I never left any kind of bad review, usually I am pretty understanding and nice abt things but this has been the absolute worst experience of any kind of service. I’m on a trip from okc to Dallas and everything has been fine with my car I just needed an oil change before I came here but they couldn’t do it due to only having one person which is understandable so I decided to change it when I get here to Dallas. So I put a appt for 2:30 (it is now the following day after) and I get there tell them I have an appt and hand him the keys (all that stuff) and then I wait. It wasn’t until 50mins later I get a text saying that it’s being looked at (they weren’t really busy) but I was like it’s whatever and after a reasonable amount of time I walk to the counter and luckily got there as soon as it was finished. Got the keys. Paid 56.xx (I was expecting it to be more expensive than okc) and as I was walking to my car the mechanic said my window won’t go up I just said ok cause tbh I didn’t understand him. He had a kinda thick Mexican accent. And I get in and try to turn up my window that wasn’t put down before, they did this, and I just hear the motor going and what sounded like glass crackling or like when you’re going down a gravel road but more like a glassy sound. Luckily I went to another tire place called Dallas tires and they were at least able to temp fix it for a decent price, even tho the guy was wanting to leave early. Thank you Mr isaac. But DO NOT go here at all

Associates were late getting to department by 15 minutes. My Service appointment started late. Service was lousy. I would not use this particular service slcenter again!

If your car is not done before they close, mind you I had been waiting for almost 3 hours, they will hand you your keys and make you walk around the whole Super Walmart building in the 90 degree heat to get to your car because they locked the door and won’t let you out. If a customer is still in the building how can they lock you out like that and how hard is it to unlock the door to let the paying customer out. That is bad customer service and what if I was a disabled person. Walmart y’all need to make better rules.

This is THE WORST Walmart automotive car, please read ALL! I was the first customer at 7 am, they lasted one hour and 15 minutes to replace ONLY one tire, but guess what? They replaced THE WRONG ONE, and I let them know the mistake and it was SUPPOSED that they should pull my car again FIRST…but not! I have still TWO hours waiting and they did not even pull the car inside again…So it is still outside…I will never COME BACK to this awful place. Indeed, at the front desk the service was SO slow as well! Such a terrible experience I am so pissed!!!!!!!

I am not one to give a bad review. But this deserves one: One very rude personnel at the auto care center. Like, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not recommend. Now I am seeing the bad reviews. And if they damage something while repairing something else your car at the center, just know you won't be told. You will find it out on your own, and, it is your problem. Also, you just might be physically assaulted when you insist there was no issue before bringing it here. When a customer is unhappy, there are ways of dealing with them, instead of saying, "I'm not going to help you." Then slamming the door in their face, hitting them in the process. When you're the ones that damaged stuff?! The manager at the place was very professional though. And I am grateful for that. I still had a regrettable experience. ... Then I was left waiting for over an hour while they all went to lunch or something. Lol. I should just have stayed home.

Definitely don't bring your car here. Needed a new tire and not only did the employees not care, but they didn't even do the task I asked. I asked for them to install a tire, and they asked I make an appt. I did and came in the next day and they said they didnt have that tire in stock. So I ordered a tire and they said they got it ordered for me and it taked 24 hrs to come in, but when I came back the following week (4 days later) it hadn't been ordered. When I wanted to place a 'new order,' the manager said he wouldn't do it, and that I should do it through their website. I am still without a tire.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here for anything. They are basically careless. The manager, his name was Jamal, got my cars info and put it into the system. I got a notification from Walmart saying that I had a 1999 Infiniti I30 while my car is a 1997 Infiniti J30. I warned the manager and he said he asked me twice and I said 1999. I said then why did you chose I30 I said J30. He said he ASSUMED they were the same. These people can easily ruin your engine by putting a wrong filter and a wrong engine oil. Never ever again. The same manager was arguing with a Hispanic guy about his English and telling him that he should learn English ASAP. The guy thinks the world is around him, but can't do his job right. This place is a joke!

Lazy employees. I took my truck to get my four tires mounted. They called and said only two could be placed because the screws were rusty. When I go pick up my truck I asked what the problem was. They tell me the machine to get the tire out of the rim was not working. Como on now, get your lies right! Then I noticed the first Walmart had charged me more 😈

The manger Juan was completely and utterly rude ! Kept sending his employee to give me messages while he hid in the office. His employee was sweet and only was trying to do his job and as a manager, he put him in harms way to deal with an upset matter. He was so ready to go, he closed shop 25 minutes before it was even time and couldn’t even tell why, had his employee do it. Wow. If you want professional from the top, down, try another location.

I stopped by the garage before turning off my car to ask if they change batteries because my battery May not come back on after it was turned off because I had to jump it to drive it here. The rep at the garage told me that they do it's a park my car and they'll help me at the register. I go to the register and he tells me that no they won't be able to do it. I'm thankful my car was able to turn back on and I was able to go to a different location I would give zero stars if I could. Definitely not coming back.

It is not the right place to service a car that is $40k+. Even though the price is just 50% compare to dealership but for sure you only get 50% or even less of the service. The "service report" shows they do a full vehicle check and the tire pressure are good, all 4 tires are at 35psi... However, I had tire presssure warning on the gauge cluster before I dropped off my car, system shows 1 tires is 31psi, other 3 are 33psi. After the service, I got the exact same tire pressure and the tire presssure warning is still on... So for sure the report was fake, they didn't do any type of check. C'mon man, not even pumping the tires??

Appalling. I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They told me I was too late and they were booked. I arrived at 6:35 and they close at 7:00. The technician was unsympathetic and rude. Terrible customer interaction and no apology just too bad I’m not helping you I’m busy. Now I have to call a tow truck because it’s after hours and raining.

Great service every time I have visited, respectful and helpful customer service. I have been to other oil changes and if they change a bolt or are doing something that may not work out they never come and ask for your permission before they do it and just charge you a hefty amount for it. But here at Walmart the guy came to me before loosening a tighten bolt and said, it may scratch up and may need a new bolt do you still want me to continue. I think that is extremely important, and won my heart for their services.

Muy mal servicio, me dijeron que terminarían un cambio de neumáticos en 2 horas, llevo 4 esperando y me quieren hacer volver mañana, no entiendo por que no solo te dicen que no pueden realizar lo y me mantienen esperando y perdiendo toda la tarde....

Nice an appointment for 7am to get tires installed, 7:15 and nobody is here. Lights are out. Door is locked. Absolutely ridiculous. Didnt open till 7:20 and didnt start work on my car till 7:30. Appointment at 7 by the way.

Refused service even when they close at 7 got there at 5:50 said he wasn’t going to take any cars cause they closed…i explained its 5:50 you guys close at 7 he said we are not taking any walk ins what the heck is that!!!!

This place was horrible to us. We had a blowout and barely made it to this Walmart. We could not change the spare because of the bolts. The manager refused to help us and said to come back the next day. I told him we were from out of town 6 hours away and begged for help. The manager told us that he would only help us if we waited till 9pm .. we got there at 4:30 there were no cars in the service station. We wobbled over to discount tire where they were a million times kinder and more helpful!
