Them not being able to work on cars because of custom rims says a lot about their shop. I wouldn’t trust them to do any other kind of work on a car at that point.

If you need tires or some kind of service here. Just go else where. I called and asked if they had a specific set of tires. Was told they had them. Went up there 30 minutes later and asked the person working the counter was told again they had them. Was directed to the tire guy to get them installed and was told they don't have them. Told him I was told by 2 other people they did have them. We went and looked them up again and the lady at the counter told me see looked up the wrong tires. They tried to sell me a different set but could not tell me the difference between the set I wanted and the set they tried to sell me. While waiting I was watching the guys in the service area. Looked like they would rather be having a lobotomy than be working there. Obviously did not buy what they were selling and am looking else where to find my tire.

Was driving nearby and got my tire torn. It was very unexpected and at an inconvenient time 6:30 ish. A lot of places were closed but luckily I saw the Walmart auto was open. I was nearby maybe 8 minutes drive maybe a few minutes longer due to driving slow with a flat tire it hit 6:40 and I thought to call to make sure they'd still help me (3 min away at this point). I call and the man who answered were reluctant claiming they didn't know if they could help us or not because they stop helping at 6:30 even though they close at 7. Like how does that even make sense. He kept being weird when I asked saying that he can't be sure and I was can you ask someone we're two minutes away. He left and by the time he said no we were already pulling up. When he responded he said that it's by appointment and to make one for Monday even though I clearly needed it right now. What a joke.

BEST SERVICE I’ve had in a while. Thanks to BERTHA who went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed of my car troubles. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thanks to her my headache from my car troubles are over! We need more like her in this field. SHE NEEDS A RAISE. Much appreciated 🙌🏽👏🏽💜

Cheap and quick you can shop while you wait and they text you updates on your service. After everything you can check out all of your purchases with little to no line at the same time when you pay for the oil change.

Horrible service - check in lady saw us standing and waiting in the wrong area (where they’ve told us to go in the past) and didn’t make any attempt to let us know we had to walk over and “find her” to check in. “Tire specialist” sat there and made plenty of eye contact but didn’t offer to just tell me to go find her to check until I flagged him down to ask. I’d avoid this location if possible.

I ordered tires on the walmart website based on what the website suggested for my make and car. When I arrived to have the tires installed (I had an appointment), I was told tires would not fix and they could not refund or cancel tire order. Went back an forth 4 times between customer service (super rude employees) and Auto shop. Each one sending me to the other department. In the end, no refund, no tires. Do NOT order tires from Walmart unless you want to donate money to them, You will not get your tires or money back, just lots and lots of excuses.

Just pulled up to get an oil change and asked if they could put on my new registration sticker after they complete the oil change. The girl under the tent said no we don’t do that. And this is why you have 3 stars on reviews. On my way to somewhere else that has better customer service. Do better, Walmart!

My husband and I went to the Walmart on cockrell hill and chalk hill area. We went to have a tire that I purchased 3 months ago with a warranty on it replaced . We found two nails in the one new tire😉. Unfortunately I had left my receipt at home but I knew that Walmart would have the information stored in there store computer. It was a PAIN at first trying to get the Walmart employee to find our information on the store computer. Finally after about 15 minutes of going back and forth with the Walmart employee she pulled up all of our information including the warranty that we purchased for our new tires . Thank GOD we finally had our new tire on our truck after about a hour and a half of waiting on a Sunday morning at 11:00am . We were not too pleased with the service we received at Walmart . We will be sure to have our receipt if there happens to ever be a next time .

Put the wrong tires on my car. The techs obviously don’t care. The girls at the front desk in the auto center are amazing and very helpful. If you mess up on someone’s car, take initiative and try to fix it asap, don’t make people wait and waste their time because of your mess up. Keto and Lonnie were helpful.

Terrible customer service and overall experience. Manager offered a discount to make up for long wait. Tech also failed to replace my splash guard screws. Guy named Drew let me know that he “didn’t like working on German cars” as he handed me my keys. I guess if you have one don’t bring your car here. Not worth the savings in the long run.

Too slow and unorganized, went there to change 1 tire it took them all day long and when I went to see whatwas going on with my car, there too many employees congregated in one place and no one knew the answer to my questions, finally got a hold of my car and went to pay cashier didn't know where the work order was, I was at the brink of loosing my cool, finally i was able to pay and left for good, and I wondered seeing all the state of the art shop equipment and it doesn't translate into efficiency at all. Waltmart need to train these kids man!

When I asked why it was taking so long for my oil change, they told me they had lost my keys. They finally found them and I left, never to come back.

By far the rudest employee in the world. Young Hispanic male walked by I told him what I needed he said yea I see you, I should have left then. Walked away had to call him again. Looks at the ground when talking to you, after my service I asked if they had the window sticker for the next oil change and he didn’t even look up continued eating his snack and shook his head no. Pitiful next time I will pay a few more dollars elsewhere to get better service.

Hands down the most incompetent mechanics I've ever seen. They are more concerned about socializing with other mechanics than working. This isn't a mechanic shop it's a social club.

Horrible people horrible service keep your car away from this place if you want to keep it safe. I took it for a tire installation and oil change and at the end I get a check engine light on with oil leaking and they couldn’t put my tires on and they end up losing on of the lock nuts

If you have a stick shift this is not the location for you. Also be warned they will over torque your oil, pan bolt, and then hide it with thread lock. Found out the hard way two vehicles in a row.

Made an appointment for NOON to replace four tires, they started an hour late and took 2.5 hours just to swap the tires out. Then forgot to invoice me until I found an associate to sign me out so I can pay and leave. This place is a mismanaged mess. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
