I want to give a huge shout out to Nicholas R. !!!! He needs a raise Walmart!!! He went above and beyond his duties to help me with a tire today when my tire was flat, otherwise I would not have been able to get my child from school. So blessed to have a great and understanding employee Walmart! Please show Nicholas R. he is worth having as an employee! He really deserves it!!!

Tire lube center needs more employees answering the phone if they answer you get put in hold for 20 minutes just to find out they don't have what you need just ridiculous 🙄.

This was my first visit for an oil change with Walmart and the employees made all the difference. The customer service desk girls were so friendly, professional, and got me right in late afternoon on a busy Sunday. The techs went above and beyond, even vacuuming my floorboards which hadn't been cleaned in a year! I previously went to Tires Plus, and even with a veteran discount, I still paid nearly twice as much for a synthetic oil change and there were no bonuses. Not only was the same service much less expensive here at this walmart, they finished my truck before I even finished shopping the weekend before 4th of July. Please ensure the staff all get recognized for having such great attitudes and work ethic. I'll continue my services here as long as the staff don't leave!

Do everything you can to avoid getting an oil change here. I've been here over an hour already. Only had 2 ahead of me, and surprise,surprise. Oh but now 1 more ahead of me keeps happening. These guys care more about clowning around honking horns at each other taking break after break. This place is an absolute joke. Meanwhile the tools in my truck continue getting rained on because. "I'm next"

Had to get a new tire on my room. My car was not drivable to the store. Quickly changed and balanced it and I was out in an hour.

1 hour after my time, they started working to mount and balance my tires. It took them 1.5 hours to complete the work, which I believe is normal. Then it took about 30 minutes waiting to pay for the work. Finally, they tried to charge me for the tires again, which I paid for a few days before. Thank goodness, I had the receipt for the tires in my wallet.

Bought 4 new tires. Once we got on the main road we realized they didn't balance the tires. Took it to a Walmart near my work the next day to have them fix it. They wouldn't fix it that day. Had to make an appointment for 2 days later.

Good for oil changes, but no help for selecting tires (mine are not standard in stock tires). Just told to go online and order to store. Wouldn't even assist at all. I visited twice, then went back to my old tire place, who helped me. They earned my business back and the sale of 4 new tires.

Have tried calling for 3 days to set up an appointment for tires. The only day we got ahold of a living person we were put on hold for over half an hour before hanging up.

They would have 5 stars if it wasn’t for being understaffed by the company itself. The workers themselves were very well. I had 2 tires replaced and so far so good.

What can I say? It's a Walmart so they probably have what you're looking for. They just need more help! I couldn't find a sole to help me locate what I was looking for.....

Hit and miss on who does your tires. Had one guy who was really careful with the rims and the next time they scratched up the rims.

There not much help!!!! We needed a tire bad but the 4 days we came back to see every time they said we don't have a mechanic here for that and our machine is down.

Tried calling for about an hour. Gave time in between calls. No one will answer the phone. The manager tells me there's nothing she can do. They won't answer the phone because they are busy non stop. Sounds like y'all should t have cut back on so many employees there Walmart🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I found that if you're good to people, they will be good back. That was my experience with the auto center. Folks were friendly, and work was what I asked for.

Omg! Absolutely awful.... Called one store, had the tires but tire machine was broken. Called another store, machine worked but only one tire. Called 2 other stores numerous times and no answer. Finally found a store with 2 tires and a tire machine and made a 9am appointment. I arrived by 8:45am and parked in front of the tire bay while my wife went in to register. They had no record of our appointment but luckily they found 2 tires with my wife's name on them so they honored our appointment time. At 9am , while I was still sitting in the car, the tire tech asked what I was there for and I told him a 9am for 2 tires. He asked me to park because he needed to pull in the 8am appointment.....at 9am! The wife and I made the appointment so we wouldn't waste our day. After the tech finished the 8am he pulled our car in and disappeared. I'm an extremely patient man but after 45 min of the car sitting there unattended I asked the clerk were they ever going to put our tires on? She said pretty much nothing but it was obvious there was an employee problem. I asked where the tech was and she said she didn't know. I walked outside and he was talking to a co-worker. I asked another tech if anyone else could put my tires on and he mumbled incoherently and walked off. After another 15 min the tire tech came in the garage and 4 other employees and the tire tech just stood there having a chat session for about 15min. Weirdly enough the tech that I asked if anyone else could work on my car ended up being the one who started working on my car! I watched and after another 20min he came to me and informed me that he couldn't get the lug nuts off and his socket broke trying. We were informed, after 2 hours of waiting, that they could not assist us. I took my car home, loosened the lug nuts, took the car back and finally got the tires put on. Overall it took over 5 hours and 2 trips to get 2 tires put on. I give Walmart an F for customer service.
