Don't Recommend this walmart on joe battle and Montana , for any of there services they offer , due to there lack knowledge and communication with the customers on policies and procedures . Also, i get the feeling they dont want to do any of the services they offer. That store is loosing money, loyalty and customers. I had to go to discount tires to get my tire rotation and wheel balance done , due a policy that supposedly walmart has. If your tire thread is at 4 , they are not able to do the services on the tires and they also broke the hub cab to the tire and tried to blame the customer , so I went across the street to discount tire , to check the thread on my tires and turns out that the thread was at 5 so I got them done at discount tire . If I had to choose a walmart for services on vehicles it would be the one on Yarbrough. That team goes above and beyond customer service . For an example , I called the walmart on joe battle and Montana again at 6pm to see if they can work on a tire that had a low leak on one my tires , and they said no because they close at 7pm . I than called walmart at Yarbrough and ask them , and they said yes , I got there at 6 :45 pm and they still took me in and fixed my flat tire. The Yarbrough Automotive team has , great customer service , honest , knowledgeable and most importantly they went above and beyond . I will need to change store locations and also recommend you to try the Yarbrough location for better services and quality work.

Always try to find a reason not to do the oil change. Today it was because I got there two hrs before they closed with 3 cars ahead but I didn't have an appointment.

Had a flat tire on a Sunday and these guys took me in. The wait was several hours but that's to be expected since I didn't have an appointment. They repaired my tire and were professional.

Always friendly and helpful! Also if you have a Walmart + membership you get free flat tire repairs and I think other little perks… I believe like free insurance on the tires you buy, but don’t quote me, I don’t remember well. Anyways! Good place to go!

Didn’t want to do my tire rotation because they said there was something wrong with my tires. Went to go get it checked and they told me they had no reason not to do my tire rotation. I think they were just being lazy because they had so many people.

Hardly get an answer via phone, best to go in. It's good, in a way, because they get your service done faster instead of wasting too much time fielding calls. However it does get frustrating when you're shopping for price estimates, etc.

Literally what is the point in being open if you are not going to provide the services you advertise... lazy workers .-. do not recommend . You might as well clock out if you aren't willing to work the time posted outside and on the website..

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They are a waste of time! Tried going two hours before they closed for an oil change but was denied because they were “closed” it was 5! The sign clearly said 7! The Automotive manager is LAZY and WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Took my vehicle to purchase all four tires and I also purchased the headlight lens restoration. I had to take my vehicle back because one of lenses was not cleaned properly but when I payed for the services I was not told any thing about that lens and the extra protection I got for the tires
