I went to get an oil change and then at the end my car would not run and they just said they aren’t mechanics they just do oil change and to call someone else and manager doesn’t want to help me

It took 3 hrs and 40 min for an oil change that was told it would take 1 hr. When asked about the long wait they told me there were scheduled appointments that were jumped ahead of me.

Bad service, unprofessional, it was just changing a tire and no one wanted to change it just because they didn't want to work anymore and when I picked up my car they made some dents in it, I asked to see the cameras and they did let me do it, if they didn't do it so why they don't let me see the cameras. If anyone knew what I could do in this situation I would appreciate your help, for the moment change the location so that it doesn't happen to you too.

My civic needed a new battery and I had gone to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Pellicano before deciding to see what the prices at Wal-Mart were. I had a negative experience at O'Reilly as the woman at the front counter seemed as if I was burdening her by asking her to help me determine what battery I needed for my car. She quoted me at the price of $200 + dollars just for the battery with only a 2-year warranty and after asking her if she would help me install it, she refused. I left for Walmart and pulled up and was immediately greeted by Jaime. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive from the jump. They had a rush of people come in right after me and Jaime was still tending to all of us and taking care of his responsibilities around the shop. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right battery and was even kind enough to fill my tires after I mentioned that they were low. He made some really good recommendations for the next time I get my car serviced to continue to ensure my safety on the road. Jaime, you are an angel. Thank you so much for your help.

I had an appointment for tire change and they kept me waiting 2 hours. They even didn't start in 2 hours and ask me to wait another 1 hour. I just asked them to cancel it because I amsure they will keep me waiting another 2 hours.

Horrible service. I got here at 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor told me that my car would be ready at 12:30.... 12:30 comes around and my car is not done. The advisor didn't even bother to call or send a text to update me that it would take longer... Around 1:26pm asked 2 employees working the counter if they could tell me what time my car would be ready and they didn't know. I had to literally walk out to my car and ask the mechanic working on it myself. I understand that service can take long, but the advisors need to be much more tentative and informing their customers of any delays. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. I'd rather pay the dealership that has additional amenities compared to waiting here for half my day with nothing.

Horrible service!!! Ordered 4 tires online with delivery to the store and I scheduled installation service following day in the morning. My appointment was cancelled due to tires not arriving. I called the 800 number at noon to track the order, and found out the store did receive them on scheduled delivery date, but I was getting conflicting info with store. Spoke with an online rep and local manager, Felix, to clear the mess out. Even after hearing the whole mess, Felix made no attempt to apologize and had me make ANOTHER service appointment for installation. I showed up early to my appointment but I still had to wait 2 HOURS until my new scheduled appointment. After waiting for over an hour, I spoke with Felix and asked if they could get started on my tire install or if I had to wait another hour for my appointment. He still wanted me to wait... Btw when I arrived only one car was getting tires serviced and I was in line to be next! The techs took in another car before me. It took hard convincing but after talking again with Felix, he had a tech bring my car to another available tire service doc and they started installing it on my car. After another hour I was finally done! Total nightmare! Next time, avoid the Walmart tire center or if you do, buy tires and have them delivered to your house and install them somewhere else. I came in for an oil change, then when I got home I noticed my car was leaking oil. I brought it back and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I can’t believe it. My car is new, my car never leaked oil before. Horrible service. Never again. This guys have no experience all.

If i could give zero starts I would. Went in for a simple flat tire patch. Jorge Took down the wrong phone number, so I never received any updates on my cars status. I had not seen any updates on the app and in an attempt to be understanding of them being short staffed, we decided to wait some time so I called several hours later. A woman named Sandra answered the phone. She was very rude and condescending saying that nothing could be done to fix my tire and tried to put the blame on me that I gave the wrong phone number. As if I dont know my own phone number. Overall terrible service and experience. Such incompetent employees. A full day wasted for a service that discount tire was able to do in less than 30 minutes & free of charge. Take your car somewhere else dont even bother coming here

Fast service once your car gets in but waiting is horrible. Oil changes should take 30 mins max once started and that’s checking fluids and topping off other fluid and visual checks etc. I gave three stars because I know the jobs done right but should be faster

Got an oil change and didn’t mind the wait, but was upset to find out they were eating in my car. I found chocolate melted and stuck to the floor at my drivers seat when I picked it up.

I went to this Walmart for an oil change and had an unexpected tire issue on the way there. A very helpful female attendant went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my tire issue as well, but unfortunately, I cannot remember her name; but she is definitely an asset to Walmart's Auto Service department!

The last time that I had tires put on was not a good experience. They were very slow and not very attentive to my concerns. So I was reluctant to come back here again, but I did, and the difference was night and day. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and was finished by 11 o’clock with four new tires installed. I gave them one star last time because of all the trouble but this time was very smooth. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

They were the only ones in EP who could get the tires I wanted. Got here and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. After 1:45 minutes I asked for a timeline, they said another 30 - 45 minutes. I'll update the final wait time when they finally finish. -- Took over 2.5 hours. Charge me an extra $60 by mistake so had to go to front of the store Customer Service to refund. The new wheels dirty and they left an oily handprint on the car.

Customer Service needs improvement. Young worker didn't know auto service installed headlights. Big 55inch TV screen tells u services that the center provides which he was not aware of.

I got a flat tire. Called them to see if they had the type of tire I needed to avoid wasting my time, but got put on hold right away, waited 20 minutes on hold for them to hang up on me. Very frustrating due to the situation.

If these guys are considered any kind of auto technicians or mechanics, then I am an ASTRONAUT. Staff here have absolutely horrible problem solving ability, zero customer service skills, and to top it off the Auto Center Manager at this location is rude and confrontational. No matter how small the job look elsewhere - I wouldn't even trust this location to change my wipers or put air in my tires.

Waited 3 weeks for tires under warranty. Then we they arrived the wrong g tires were ordered and then to make matter worse the didn't honor the tire warranty even though I bought full coverage snd only had the tires for a year snd half and less than 15k miles.
