It was my first time visit at this Walmart auto center and I was worried at first due to some negative reviews but me personally I had a great experience! I went to get my battery replaced and oil changed on my 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I will be visiting again as I need to take my finances 2021 Honda Civic Sport for an oil change as well!

El manager es un imb3c\l no recomiendo que lleven sus carros duras 5 horas esperando que te cambien el aceite y salen que está muy apretado el tornillo que se puede romper cuando ellos Mismos lo apretaron y no te cambian el aseite solo pierdes el tiempo el Manager te ignora cuando reclamas se va y esconde ya son 3 veces que lo hace el r3trasado también quise cambiar las llantas las compré ahí mismo y estaba solo el lugar donde las ponen y no quiso instalarlas quería que hiciera cita y fui a Walmart de horizon y ahí si me las instalaron sin cita deberían de correr a ese manager y alas Marimachas que tienen ahí de empleadas sirve para nada

Got my last oil change here and discovered my oil pan is leaking because it was stripped, but the drain plug was covered in silicone to cover it up. I’ve been told there is a certain process to “investigate” and must speak with a manager and you can never get a hold of them. I was told to speak with John Bay who’s in charge and I could never get a hold of him after calling everyday for 2 weeks. Finally whoever answered the phone forgot to put me on hold and I heard the whole convo 😃 John told the girl to make up an excuse so ya he was in a meeting this time 👍 Yay to having to replace this on my own. DONT GO HERE.

The young man was very rude. He insisted he had many appointments and cars ahead of me, I only saw 5 cars ahead of me. So I left. The Alameda walmart has discouraged my business twice already.

Had to call the manager just to get my battery replaced. Mechanics too eager to wanna go home it was bearly 6pm. Thanks to yhe manager, the job was done in 15 minutes!!

I asked one of the techs (Miguel) who was out in the service area about my car. I didn't even have my car with me but he went out of the service area and into the lobby to get the information I needed. He gave me a printout of my car info and looked for the oil I need. He also offered to check out my car and maybe topping it off for free since I took my car in recently. He took his time and was very patient. This guy went out of his way to help me and made sure I knew exactly what I need. I'm very, very thankful to him!

They didn't have the right equipment to take out my filter took and 1 and a half hours to tell me they canceled my service. I took it to another place less that 2 minutes to take out the filter!
