Cheaper than other places. Go buy something while you wait. The average time i spend there while i shop and change oil is 3 hours.

If you're a woman, you're going to be taken care of fast, even ignoring men who have been in line before you. It happened to me. I arrived 20 mins. Before my appointment. I went inside to get routed on what to do as it was my first time. No one on the front counter, there was a person in front of me 10 mins passed and the person in the front counter told me to go any lane, so I took the car to the available lane and I'm waiting...next thing the car innlane one moved and quickly a woman park there, she goes to the front counter and comes out and as she's moving to her car three guys caught her and they engaged in a conversation....and I'm just watching, thinking 🤔 oh I'm not attractive! Lol

[ ] Not busy at all; two cars barely going in. The supervisor approaches another car and mine, just to ask us, "Do you have an appointment?" Of course I say no, because you can't make an appointment for balancing or rotation. So he tells me he can't take walk-ins. That's BS. But I guess that's how you run your automotive store.

They don’t honor your appointment time. Took 1/2 an hour to even check us in and then still wanted us to wait another hour just to switch out a tire that I bought there. Guy was walking around us like he has all day.

Horrible customer service, the manager got my name wrong multiple times and instead of trying to provide customer service he just kept telling me what to do like if I was a worker there. Very limited service and help. Had called to check if my tires were there was put in 30 minutes hold which they forgot.

I was turned away for a basic oil change with no cars in the bay. I was also told that they don't do walk-ins. I did an appointment and was taken care of in 20 minutes.

Avoid this place at all cost they will literally endanger you and your family with their "work" or lack of it. I took my car in to get my tires rotated and a leaking tire repaired. When I went to pick up the car and paid for the tire rotation I started driving down the road and noticed the same tire sensor from before was showing the same tire leaking. I turned around and went inside and asked the girl if they repaired the leaking tire and rotated the tires. She called one of the guys from the back and he told me they couldn't repair it because the tire had dry rot which was fine but why not say anything about it. I asked him how come nobody informed me that the tire wasn't repaired and he apologize for the lack of communication. I then asked how come the tires weren't rotated and he straight lied to my face and said he did rotate them. Even though I can clearly see on my dash by the tire sensors that they weren't. I was going to ask for a refund on the tire rotation but decided at this point it wasn't worth the effort. On a side note they'll also quote you ridiculously long wait times while they all hang around the one car that's in the shop talking just so you won't drop your car off. My dad who would go to this same Walmart for oil changes told me he stopped going a couple months before because they kept quoting him ridiculous wait times with hardly any cars in the shop and the people just hanging around talking. I thought he was being grumpy because he's older but apparently he was right. The positive thing that came out of this I found a local tire shop and oil change shop right down the road to get everything I needed done instead of ever coming back here and risking mine or my families safety.

Husband called, they said come in. 45 min before closing for one tire. Mechanic looked lazy and sluggish. Said they couldn’t do it. Must be a great job my husband said free hrs. For the “employees”

What are you thinking Walmart is the last place to get anything done on your vehicle Inexperienced and rude employees who really don’t know what they are doing or want to do anything… Take your vehicle somewhere else and spend the extra $5

Came to simply drop off some oil and the guy working at the bay tells me to go sign in which I already did. Tells me okay 20min and proceeds to ignore me while trying to figure out how to open a car door. Terrible customer service. Doesn’t even take 5 min to dump the oil and I brought it in an easy container. Would not recommend this place.

Gabriel Alva and Jairo Q changed my oil ($35.00) and replaced my air cabin filter ($20.00 parts and $10 to install. Savanna was the cashier. All three associates were friendly and outstanding. Great customer service. Cheapest price in town. More than half the cost of the dealership.

I had a nail on my tire.. I wanted a new tire.. Close to 3hrs later they come and tell me they found no nail even tho the first guy that I talked to saw it so they cancelled my service and I left and as I was driving my car was shaking so I stopped and saw they broke my bolt.. This place is trash

It's either understaffed or poorly staffed. My old Walmart Auto in Las Cruces always had my oil change done in 20 minutes. I've been here 3 times now and turned away because "we have too many cars sorry." Don't even try with this Walmart, wasted my time 3 times already with a no apologies.

Really bad service! Was told to wait even though I was the first car there. Waited for over 50 minutes. And then was told that they couldn’t work on my car because they couldn’t reach the dipstick from where they were standing. They sent the shortest guy out to check for the dipstick. I’m 5 feet tall, and this guy was shorter than me. They could have told me that in the beginning, and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.

They should tell you, up front, that they are not mechanics. After they cross-thread and damage your oil filter stem causing a leak, they will refer you to a mechanic. When you try to sue them after the fact they bust out the big lawyers.

Utter mess. Ordered tires. Said they came in. Then said the order was cancelled and would be refunded in 10 days. Then was notified by phone call the tires *were* in the store; scheduled appointment for 3pm. Arrive at the store, no one in the car bay outside. No one at checkout inside. They call and call employees, finally 30 mins later some dude shows up. Then I ask if my tires are there, they confirm…and 5 mins later I get a notification that a refund has been processed. Sure wasted a lot of time. At least no $. Never again for car things! What a mess. I can only imagine what they would have done to my car!

Manager Mario assisted my mother when she was needing help with one of her tires. My mother was very happy and felt at ease with his assistance.
