Stopped in at the automotive center to have my oil change and the staff was so warming and helpful. Made my experience at this WalMart very greatful and they were able to get me in and out and a very short amount of time. Thanks WalMart Employees!

I called ahead 6:19pm and spoke to Mary Ann to make sure my husband would be able to get in (they close at 7). They said they stop taking walk ins at 6 but assured me they would be able to patch his tire since it’s quick. He arrived at 6:26 and the person working the front refused and said no one by that name works here. I called myself and she answered I told her to transfer me to Mary Ann and the phone just rang forever. Only came to this Walmart because it was the closest, I always avoid it because of that same lazy lady that works the automotive register.

The pm lead mechanic on Monday, Sep 30th, 2024 was amazing. Thank you so much for accepting to change my battery at 6:58 p.m… two minutes before closing. I am very grateful for you and the team. What an awesome experience. Thank you!

Miss Sherry went above and beyond to help me with my tire emergency. She was very understanding and kind and it was very much appreciated. Unike a shift manager that was on duty, he was very short with me and rude.

Purchased a battery March 2024 and did not bring dead battery back for refund on core charge until June. It took two employees to input into Walmart ERP, but they did it. Job well done.

My A/C recharge experience was awesome. I was in and out by an hour no more. My vehicle is a Range Rover Sport so expecting to get overcharged because the brand vehicle, this Auto care gave me a discount and meet great expectations. I’ll definitely comeback to see Samuel and his crew .

Cherry was very helpful on the phone. She helped me find the best options and was very patient with me. Greatly appreciate her time when she helped me in the store as well. By the way, they got everything done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend. :) I got there around 11:30 and was out around an hour, that is not bad at considering all the work they did on my car. :)

If you want a repair done you might choose somewhere else. People just stare at you in the bay and never come to the vehicle to check you in.

In the two times I’ve been here for tire issues, great service and great people both counter and service help. Highly unusual for a Walmart. Thank God for a select few that gives hope.

They are terrible. I tried to get my oil changed and they said they couldn’t because the sound of my car. My car currently sounds like this due to having low oil. This is the second time Walmart has made a terrible excuse for why they wouldn’t work on my car. I went down the street and payed more then double to have another company do it. I won’t be back and will recommend everyone not to use their service going forward. Useless service to have

Awesome service, had trouble finding tires due to the way they were shipped by the company, sherry in the automotive department handled the entire situation and found tires, did amazing, I recommend her to anyone going to the automotive section of Walmart 5 star employee

It says service center... But it lacs service Seemed like a pretty simple request to have four tires installed But after five hours over the course of two days... only three tires were achieved

I’ve delivered to dozens of Walmarts around DFW. This by far worst shop. TEAM LEAD had no help whatsoever. I have numerous of other stores to hit so I can get home to my family for New Year’s. All I need to do is roll them off the trailer like I have been with every other respectful, cooperative store. This store I rolled them off, walked them inside and stacked them. Location did not look busy. There was plenty of time for somebody to help. On top of that pulling up to the shop, one of their mechanics drove out of the bay, speeding, circling around the lot to go park it like he’s in fast and furious, and we’re supposed to trust our 20-60k car with them.

I brought tires, but mechanics were not able to replace it bc they were not able to open the nuts. Took tires to Discount tire, they were able to replace tires brought from Walmart.

The employees at the desk are friendly and polite. I had two tires replaced- it took 3 hours from the time I checked in my car before I got my car back.
