Man these mfs take so long on 1 car!!! They stop 15826337 times!!!! It’s 3 people on 1 car there’s no way it should be taking almost a hour for 1 car!!!! Never coming back here Eva and I mean it!! Walmart could be makin way more money if these old mfs could move a bit faster

Technicians do not know what they talking about, but the service was done in a timely manner, but to make sure you double check your car after they complete the service because the technicians will lie to you in order to make more money.

Called about an oil change, the lady was very courteous and professional oil change for 2008 Chevy impala was a little less that $55. Valvoline prices were better.

3 guys and it looks like 2 just watching, every now and then they would hoover over a car. One guy took the other guys drink from his hand and the other guy went for it, what ever the red beverage was i noticed it. Other guy let it go, wow next oil change took 15 min. Manager said the hour car took longer, cause they dropped something in engine. Where is the other guy who used to change the oil, 2 observers look so lost.

I checked to see when they would close first before arriving and when I arrived I asked for an oil change. The girl told me they were closed and I looked at her with confusion as I had just looked to see what time they closed (they close at 7:00 PM and it was 5:30 PM). I left to go back to my car and I double checked it again to make sure I had the correct location, so I went back in and told them that their website says they’re open. She proceeded to tell me they were closed for a second time and walked away from me. As I was heading back out for a 2nd time, she then said “hold on someone will help you”. I told her I would go to another one. After I left, they started taking people for oil change as I was pulling out of the parking lot (picture below). I ended up going to the Walmart auto center in North Richland Hills and with no problem, they helped me with my oil change. However, it was still a waste of time and gas.

I went there on Saturday May 19. I got 2 new tires put on the front. I paid $309. I pulled in with my tire pressure light on and when they finally got finished my light was still on. Called to speak with manager and he gets on the phone as I explaining and said it wasn't me. I said I didn't say it wasn't you I was calling to say how disappointed I was in the service I received. Called customer service to make a complaint and they called back Monday and said they only check all 4 tires when getting an oil change. I will never visit this location again.

I went to Walmart this morning about 7:30am to have my oil changed and I received a very good deal and their professionalism was outstanding they had me finished and out the door by 8:00am, with me all is we with their Auto Care Center.

The staff here fundamentally does not understand how their own road hazard warranty works or they’re a bunch of liars. They told me the road hazard is only good for one year and that after six months, the tread typically wears down too far for it to be valid. I asked if they actually looked at my tread as the tire barely was showing any wear. A complete farce and a legit scam taking place here. The technician I spoke with understood the pro-rata warranty but the lady that called me to deny coverage completely made up her own policies without regard for the terms and conditions of the warranty written in fine print on the back of the Walmart invoice I have.

I wasted my gas to drive all the way out to this Walmart that I don't come out to very often it says online that they're open when I get there they're closed I'm told that they're closed on Fridays this needs to be updated so people don't waste their gas

I went there two times the first time they where closed an hour and 1/2 early and second day I went there I was told no one was working that day I wasted a bunch of time and burned that expensive gas you would think a big outfit like Walmart would post this type of thing on there website and to make it even worse they do not even answer there phone to tell you they are not working I guess they do not care about there customers

Make sure if you close down shop for lunch and tell a customer when you open back up. Be back on that time instead of making them wait 30 mins in the parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable.

Oil change was fine but they broke my fuel lines where I was unable to get on the road for Father's day. I can't prove it but my car is still new 2020 Camaro. It was fine b4 oil change and next day just spewing gas!! Cost me money for towing and they didn't do jack to correct. Been going here for years!! That was my last time and refuse to shop there now. My heart is broken 💔. My Dad is 79! Now I don't know when I'll get to San Antonio. I truly hate them for this! I can't stop crying. Worst day in my LIFE!!!!!!

Service took hrs. Only one car was ahead of me which they serviced quickly. They are always short staffed an me will leave your vehicle unattended without finishing right away .... Should have taken 2.5 hrs to replace a tire and do an oil Change

The service center people were very helpful. I went because my battery needed to be replaced and they checked a few avenues to see if they had a battery for my SUV. Unfortunately they didn't have the correct size that I needed.

Went in to get my oil changed, did not have synthetic high mileage in the bay so I bought 6 qt and filter to diy. Shelves were empty but found the only 5w 30 available. Was overcharged will attempt to get refund
