WORST EVER!!! 1 ⭐ ONLY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LEAVE IT BLANK OR MARK NEGATIVE !!!! This Auto Center is GARBAGE! I went in for a simple oil change. The girl got my info and off I went in the store. A while went by I return to the auto center and she tells me " Ma'am we couldn't finish the job. We didn't realize that the oil cap was missing but we did fill it back up with oil". OK fine so I went to O'Reilly and got a oil cap and returned about 10 minutes later so that they could do the job. I go back off into the store 15 minutes later I look at the status in the app again...on HOLD...I return to the auto Center once again. They then tell me that they can't finish the job because the drain plug is stripped and I need to return to the store that did it last. Now if you're paying attention to the events that happened you would ask why do I need to return to the prior store when clearly you are the one that stripped it since you had to put the oil back in the first time would mean you had to of let it out.....after I told the manager this she said they didn't drain it so I asked for the girl that I was dealing with....she's on lunch WOW really then the tech that was on the paper said he didn't know nothing about it and hadn't even dealt with the car "It wasn't me"...then the manager goes on to tell me that I would have to buy the part in order for them to fix it...WHAT!...Oh but we will reimburse you! I will NEVER EVER return to this Walmart Auto Center for ANYTHING PERIOD POINT BLANK!

☆UPDATE 12/30/2024 Wreckless and half-assed work. I had a tire put on, and they left one of the lug nuts completely untightened, not even hand tightened! Took them forever to put on one new tire. ☆Did I also mention LAZY workers at the "Auto Care" checkout? Talk about apathy! Portland is particularly slothful. I have only come here in the past because the oil change prices are the lowest in the area. I figured they can't ruin the oil itself but with all of the negative one star reviews and my own experiences I think it's worth it to pay $10 or $15 more to go someplace that's much more professional.

Experiencia orrible, tardaron 4 horas en cambiar 4 llantas y cuando al fin acabaron no apretaron los pernos de una llanta y así nos la estaban entregando con una llanta floja y cobrando llantas más caras de las que avían puesto

This place was very accommodating and helpful after the Autozone nearby laughed at me for not knowing how to change my battery and lied to me about being able to change it for me, despite the fact I confirmed it with them previously. This Auto Care Center installed my Autozone battery for $20 and also told me that they’ve got the same battery for $60 cheaper and free installation if you buy the battery there. So, overall, if I’d have come here instead of Autozone I’d have saved almost over $80. Highly recommend this store.

I will need to have a serious conversation with Manager Chase Tucker. Very frustrating and uncourteous service, disrespectful to say the least. Came in for a tire change, I get I was was told service personnel was low and may take up to 2 hours, when there was ONLY 1 car in front of me. Went to eat breakfast and when I came back, the 3 service personnel that had arrived, 4 total now, were working 3 other vehicles and I went off on a service guy respectfully,letting him know that you cannot bypass a customer just because ylI was told 2 hour wait time. He stated the others were easier and had 2 other cars on that lane, for a total of 5. I told him "isn't there a protocol ordered process, he said yes again, but still had 20 minutes till 2 hours" I was livid. I told him are you going to finish unmount and remount new tires in 20 minutes, plus what happened to the protocol order process". Representative playing dumb and very disrespectful. It is 30 minutes past 2 hours and still has 2 tires to go. WTH is that!!! So darn frustrating. Will need to voice the frustration with management. Four service people and and can't seem to get it organized and help out. I EVEN OFFERED TO HELP... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

FRAUDULENT STAFF NEVER CHANGED MY OIL FILTER. I ONLY REALIZED HOW OLD THE FILTER WAS AFTER DOING OIL CHANGE MYSELF.

Had a flat tire. Towed it to this walmart. Tires were under warranty. Didn't have my wallet to get it taken care of. Talked to the supposed guy over TLE told him I would be back first thing Sat morning when they opened to get it taken care of. Told it would be fine to leave it for just 2 days. Came back this morning and they had towed the car. Haven't been told any information of what company towed it and where. And keep getting told they are just waiting for the guy over loss prevention to get back with them.

I had the worst experience with their oil change service. After getting an oil change, my car started leaking oil all over my driveway. It's been a messy and expensive ordeal to fix, and I'm extremely disappointed with their service. One star is too generous.

I have often come to Walmart for inexpensive tire & oil change needs, but this time was a nightmare. Waited for 3 hours and they hadn't even started on my vehicle. I had to leave without even getting the tire repair because they were taking so long

I have zero complaints, they get the job (that I don't want to do, aka a oil change) done! Guys that have attended me have always been pretty helpful.

I would never recommend coming here. The manager Jason I believe is no support they sold me a bad battery and the same hand held machine they use to tell me my old battery was good is the same machine that told me the new battery I got from them was bad. Better off going to an real automotive store

If any of the workers lost a screwdriver well i found it on the fan of my truck when I got home and it broke the fan I had went for a battery change and when I left I heard a big noise under the hood and when I got home a check and the screwdriver had broke my fan

I was told a standard oil change was $44.88 and high milage was $54.88. Last time a standard was $34.88 but I figured the price went up like everything else these days. It didn't. The oil change was $34.88 but it turns out, after I paid and saw the receipt, they charged me for "top treat" at an additional $10. My receipt stated "customer wants top treat." That is a total lie. I didn't even know what top treat is. I did not ask for it, and if they would have offered it to me I would have declined. Make sure you don't get scammed like I did.
