Mysteriously the inside part of the keys of my car disappeared while they had them, I went to see if they could check the cameras, they said they will, and that they would call me which they didn't, I did have hope to get it back but it didn't happen, so just be careful If you let them your car keys

They do change oil inexpensively, but the customer service has something to be desired. I was told they could get me right in, then it took close to 2 hours. The lady at the front desk, whom I've seen there a few times, is not the most professional.

Went in for an oil change, thay said it would take about 45 min, took them 2 hrs to do an oil change.

Busy place. They installed tire pressure monitors and didn't "learn them" or whatever. I had to go back 2 days later they "learned them" and the TPM worked fine.

Always friendly, guy was super busy and seemed to be alone. They did everything I asked. Paperwork said I declined to have my transmission fluid check but they didn't ask! Also, asked that they vacuum my car as there sign says they will but that didn't happen! Guy was extremely nice and extremely busy he needs a receptionist!! Give that man a raise..

First of all, they charge extra to balance brand new tires. That just seems ridiculous to me. I’ve never had anyone charge for that. Then they asked if I wanted new stems on my tires. I said no, but they replaced them anyway and tried to charge me for it. They said they’d swap back to my summer tires at a discount, but their service was so awful that I paid another shop more rather than going back (and I knew they’d charge extra for balancing again and probably try to charge for new stems or something ridiculous again). I’ll never go back.

Had some tires mounted and balanced. At first they said they wouldn't do it because thier lift was down but then they decided to so it. Took longer than I expected, about 2 hours, but they were balanced well which has been a problem lately for other shops.

He got me in quicker then I was told it would be. Very friendly. Needs to turn up the heat back in waiting area I was freezing the whole time.

I was the first arrive at the Automotive Dept close to 7:10 a.m. The worker said it would take about 40 minutes to do the oil change and the cleaning of the oil system. The actual time was 80 minutes. It would have been good if someone would have been kind enough to give me an update and to explain the reason for the additional time needed to complete the service.

went to get a tire fixed said they couldn't fix it. I needed it fixed badly!! But the guy said policy was. ...... And he couldn't. Left very bummed. But when my battery was stolen I took "the core" battery back from "my car" and the Service guys said there's definately no way a 2015 battery would come in a 2009 car. Which confirmed that battery was not the one that came in the car, like the officer said when he dismissed my report. So they are knowledgeable, Just sayn.
