Some of the worst unprofessional people. They are not even qualified to change wiper blades. Appointment was at 3pm - 4pm to change one tire 4:15pm vehicle still not in the bay. Took my tire and left they still haven't refunded my service fees. A bunch of ripoff stay away. The guy in front of me had been there since 2:30pm for 2 tires. SMH.

I am traveling out of state and tried getting a tire from here before my tire goes completely flat and I’m stranded and this store couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone on the auto center phone OR the store phone. I called at least 10 or more times over the span of four hours trying to find a tire for my car. It’s really not even that difficult to put on a tire, but it’s really not hard to answer the phone. If the employees don’t want to work while at work, they need to hire new staff and replace them. Absolutely horrible, and absolutely no help whatsoever.

I was told 20 minutes for a simple battery install. After an hour and 30 mins they told me 20 minutes was a lie and it could be 3 hours. They didn't care at all because they are low level Walmart workers. You can tell from the other reviews that Walmart itself doesn't care to rectify any issues since they continue to happen. I will not spend a penny more at any Walmart after another terrible experience at one of their stores.

Most unprofessional staff. My return was not processes properly. So I have to go through pain of calling customer service multiple time. Finally, I was asked to come back and swipe the card to receive refund. But worst part, after driving for hour to go get refund and so much trouble to customer I was made to wait on counter to have my refund and unfortunate thing no apology. Manager: Thomas

me and my sister went in for a standard oil change and 1 brake light fixed!!! our appointment was at 1:30pm & it wasn’t finished until 4:30pm! it wasn’t even packed for them to have had us waiting all that time. first when we got there, there was no employee there! had to wait 20min until someone came to help. then he wanders back doing Lord knows what & have 5 ppl waiting to get helped. i will not ever be coming back here for sure!

They do by appointment only called all morning no answer decide to go up one guy in break room one in bay other at desk no cars in bay so they were not busy I say well can you do now beings no one is here they say by appointment but your not answering the phone I try to give benefit of doubt but this is by far the worst service I received...

Went there for 4 new tires for a big road trip. Went because they were the cheapest but this was one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. Uneven tire pressure in all 4 tires and when I brought it back, the kid asked if I wanted them the same all around. ?? What?! Uh, yes please! Also found the car is wandering on the highway, good thing I found this out during my 1000 mile road trip to Florida. Today I noticed one rim has a chip in it. No rim damage in the past 5 years I've had it and too much tire to curb rash even if I tried. Safe to say I'll take care of it as I dont and can't trust these guys! Surprised they were able to mount the tires in the first place!

Waited well over an hour for them to tell me they don't have the oil or filter in stock for my car after they already brought the car in. Go elsewhere.

Had my car towed here with a flat for my appointment to install 2 tires which were ordered online and at the store. They cancelled my appointment and then said that the earliest they could schedule a new appointment was 2 days later. Then they said if I left my car here overnight they would have it towed. So I had to pay for another tow for my car to have another Walmart auto center install my tires today.

Horrible....4 tires bought on line and mounted...could not give a full receipt...?? Vehicle shaking on highway at 65 mph....took back at 400pm...needed to be rebalanced...techs refused to work...too close to leaving time at 600pm...what???...told to go to East Windsor... Hamilton is horrible... East Windsor polite and accommodating ...

I came in person to schedule an appointment for ONE tire and an oil change. I was scheduled for the next day. The day of The scheduled appointment they did not have the tire in stock and also were going to change all four. These people either have no clue what their doing or are trying to trick people to spend more money. Do not come here!

Its hit or miss, my girlfriend took her car today for a oil change and it was a great experience. I brought my car there a month ago for the same thing and it was a complete nightmare, I had to take it to a real mechanic when they were done with it. Apparently they can only do 4 cars a day

No one was here at 5 PM on Tuesday. We drove 45 miles but couldn’t install tires as employees leave early. Later learned from manager that technician came back to punch at 6 PM. Frustrating experience! Wouldn’t recommend until they get disciplined.

This place is too hit or miss - depends what employees are there. The work is good and prices are fair (when they have the time to do it) but good luck getting in. They never answer the phone, so as a customer you can never even call ahead. I would suggest avoiding and pay the extra 25$ for jiffy lube services

Guy working said to bring our car in the next day we do then said they can't because there was no time it was 325pm Was told to come back Monday so we tried calling all day, and no one answered. So we drove out there 28 minutes to the guy hanging out by the desk looking at videos. Then said all the appointment were booked. I said it would be nice if someone would answer the phones once in a while my wife and I were both call at different times.

Customer service was awesome I came into Walmart Auto Care center to talk to a sales manager his name is Taylor. The battery that I was going to purchase it was out of stock and Taylor told me to wait to see if theirs another battery coming in and finally here it is. Then my battery came in and he said he will do a discount on my purchase for my battery and it was free to put it in my car. Thank you again Taylor.

Hamilton Marketplace is Horrible!! The absolute worst! Do not bring your car here. Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or go through the stress. Do your research if want to have an automotive center. This is the most substandard customer service you can possibly imagined or can’t imagine. Worker and girlfriend arguing. Save your time and peace of mind.

The guys took my car service on time and got the job done in timely manner. There are not enough guys in the tire center to pick up calls and answer phone I would recommend heading to the store for your service need or setting up appointment. Keep up the good work and Walmart hire more Techs.
