La peor atencion en todo USA la cita era para las 4 de la tarde,para un cambio de aceite y sali 6:30 parese q estan enfermos los q ahi trabajan por la paciencia q se dan ,solo dos trabajadores trabajando donde deberian de haber 6 personas. I came in with a metal cover dangling from my car that fell off while driving. The guys were beyond kind and got my baby & I back on the road in under 30 minutes. I'm beyond grateful they were willing to help and did the work so quickly! Thank you to this team for helping us today and for doing it with smiles on their faces!

Been trying to call him for 20 minutes to see what time they're open until for an oil change. I've even tried calling the main Walmart number and I haven't spoken to a person. Try calling HR, no one answers, the operator, no one answers. The auto section themselves directly, no one answers. Not surprised. This Walmart is the worst one I've ever been to. I hate that it's the one closest to my house

You order the tires online and make the appointment and it gets closer to the date and they cancel it , you go in person and they say they only cancel the appointment if the tires aren’t there yet but they look and they are. Then they claim the only thing they can do for you is “if someone cancels squeeze you in” as if one didn’t make an appointment for the sole purpose of not having to do that. Very unprofessional to cancel people’s appointment and not even call to first ask if they are okay with canceling or to ask them to reschedule?

I got there for an oil change, and they said: "Oh, I am sorry. You need an appointment for it, and our next available spot is in 2 weeks." Are you for real! Well, I also tried to call them and guess what happened? Well, look at the picture and see how many calls I did, and none of them was answered.

Terrible!! You try to call and no one EVER answers the phone and when you get there they tell you, you need an appointment!!! Really ? Then answer your phone !!!

I stopped by the service center at Walmart and the lady at the desk got me in to get my lug nuts re tightened because they where so loose I could losen them with no effort at all and when the worker named Carlos was looking at my car he started talking about me in Spanish to the lady at the desk and I understood what he said. He was very disrespectful and kept questioning to help me he refused to listen to me and I told him the problem and that this service center was the last place I came to get my tires serviced and Carlos refused to help me he was coming at me in an aggressive hostile way and not professional at all. He refused to help me and I had to leave with loose luggage nuts on my car which could have fallen off at any time. I was told by Carlos’s they do not use an impact to tighten the lug nuts and they hand tighten them and they are not torqued to the specifications they need to be at. He got nasty with me and refused to help the situation and get me out in a timely manor. I was waiting for an hour going back and forth with Carlos while the whole time he continued to refuse to tighten my lug nuts for me to be on my way. Carlos did not get paid any more or any less to help me out and I told him I have warranty for the work I was provided and Carlos still refused. He was so unprofessional and he is a safety hazard to have working at a this service center if he can’t fix a problem that was brought to his attention. This problem could have been solved in less than 15 min but he refused and wasted a whole hour of my time instead of professionally handling it. I would not allow Carlos to touch my car in the future as he is a liability to myself and Walmart customers if he can’t fix a simple problem like lose lug nuts.I tried calling the store manager or supervisor and no one answers the phones. That’s why I’m writing this review next call is going to be Corporate. I shouldn’t have been treated this way when I paid for this service and bought all 4 tires there.

I went there to buy tires they told me I had to make an appointment first. I just called now 3 times. Nobody answer the phone, I was ringing about 3 minutes each time !!

They damaged my rims, maybe dropped them off, and now my car is shaking with new tires. They said that old tires auto balanced over time. Kind of crazy, right?
