Cheap prices, but service is not so great. Had several inconveniences as i expected i would. I dont rate lower because i resolved what i came for afterall.

No te responden por nada, cuando compras las llantas una vez puestas no te dan garantía de nada, al mes de haber puesto mi llanta una se me rompió, ponen llantas viejas y malas ..pésimo servicio

I came in after a minor car accident that left me with two flat tires at 6 pm, an hour before they closed. I was turned away by one associate but the Auto Care Center manager, Jose came out and helped so much! He realized the urgency of the situation, that I’d have to leave my car there and Uber back 40 minutes away from my house if they couldn’t fix it that day. He made magic happen and got me new tires in within the hour. An appointment is required but they helped in an extreme situation.

Too crowed, I tried Walmart for my new tires and tires are good I am satisfied with that but installer tech never notified me regarding a TPMS sensor that needs to be replaced. Oil technician super nice guy. Cashiers good experience at the begining but was a different one when I went to pay that she doesn't know about customer services and that's why Walmart is losing clients. Service personal should be separate from cashier but this is the way Walmart in Hialeah works. Welcome to new Cuba here. So clarifications Oil tech A+, first cashier A, tire tech C-, and last cashier D.....we learned from mistakes and I learned...next time pepboys or firestone. So good tires and price but not a really good service center for your needs.

1 star because zero stars were not an option…I showed up with an emergency issue requesting a new tire or to patch the tire. I spoke with Alex who would not disclose his last name or his supervisors name. The supervisor was out to lunch at 4pm and no one was left to cover him. The supervisor said that they cannot take Teslas. Although it is not a company policy and they refused to help me with a five month old baby in the car with a tire issue. They did not even add air to my tires or check the pressure just told me they could not help because of my model car. Alex also said “I am done with you” extremely rude and did not offer any guidance, help or any options. He was covering for his idiot boss who told him not to take Teslas anymore when they serviced them before. He could not show me a policy, or even explain why other than they have had issues in the past and it is their store policy. I had to think outside the box for him and ask to just sell me the tire and I would add it in myself. He said they did not carry the size I needed. The service was horrendous, mostly his boss to blame for creating rules that are not part of company policy. I will take this to corporate.

The Walmart personnel were excellent and gave great service BUT the tire installation machine was recently changed for a new machine that could not change 19” tires. I wasted time and had to cancel the order.

Pésimo el trato en este lugar, tienen a un troglodita atendiendo a las personas y haciendo las órdenes y queriendo hacer pasar a uno por tonto, ni siquiera llegué a hacer el servicio me fui. Es lamentable que en este país haya personas así trabajando con público y aún así los mantienen en sus puestos a costa de las malas opiniones que tiene el lugar.

Fui con un problema en un neumático , tengo garantía y supuestamente no me cubre la garantía porque según el manager es problema de suspensión , vine a un mecánico y chequea el carro y me dice que no tiene problema en la suspensión , que pena que por ahorrarle dinero al dueño de Walmart no quieran resolver los problemas a los clientes , así que les recomiendo a todos los que vayan a comprar neumáticos que no les pongan garantía porque no les va a servir de nada ,siempre van a buscar un pretexto para no hacerles valer la garantía

Auto care service was quick and easy. Came in for a battery change and was out in 35 min. The battery has a 4 year warranty and way less than the regular auto part stores and lets not talk about the dealer.

El Peor lugar para hacerle algún servicio al carro, la atención es muy mala los Empleados todo son unos groseros y mal hablado. NO RECOMENDADO !!!!!

Estuve 3 horas esperando en la fila para el cambio de aceite de mi vehículo , y la fila nunca avanzó, los empleados caminaban sin hacer nada , sacando cuenta de los que ganan y de lo que le pagan , hablé con el gerente y me dijo que si lo me gustaba que me fuera , meten los vehículos de los amigos faltando el respeto a los que hacemos la fila , de verdad que es servicio es el peor qie he visto en miami , deberían despedir al manager que permite que estas situaciones sucedan , que vergüenza !! Espero que la directiva de esta gran empresa tome las acciones !
