Awful customer service. Only one associate working in auto care, and I had to wait 40 minutes just to pick up my car, all while standing in line with my infant. They really need to improve their staffing!

Terrible Service at Walmart My visit to Walmart’s service center was extremely disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I arrived early at 9:04 AM and asked an employee named Leo if they could take me earlier. The response was a firm “We’re busy.” However, I noticed that no one was doing anything useful for the entire hour. Then, at the customer service desk, I was told that my tires were not in stock, even though I had prepaid for them! This level of negligence is absurd. Thankfully, a young employee managed to find my new tires tucked away in a remote corner of the warehouse. Things only got worse from there. An employee named Kevin asked me to move to the waiting area, claiming I was “in the way,” even though I was standing outside and simply observing him. It became clear why—Kevin seemed inexperienced or unskilled and had to rely on a more experienced colleague to complete the tire installation. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they managed to strip the threads on one of my rear wheels during the installation! This isn’t just unprofessional; it’s outright negligence that could have endangered my safety on the road. To make matters worse, the wheels were poorly balanced. After enduring their nightmare service, I had to drive to a Honda service center to fix their mistakes. The actual tire replacement process took from 9:48 to 10:40 AM, which was relatively quick, but the overall experience left a terrible impression. There is absolutely no trust in the abilities of this team. I do not recommend this service to anyone expecting professional and reliable work.

I arrived today for an oil change, asked how long it would take, said 45 minutes. After 40 minutes, the car came as it stood on the street and remained, took the keys and left. How can you be so beastly to customers!

Rude, arrived early for an oil change, everyone looking clueless, mind you the oil change was scheduled for 8am. No customer service towards Walmart, How do you shrug your shoulders and stated personal problems of “ Someone called in! And our next technician won’t arrive until 9. What does that have to do with me? So you’re telling me you won’t do business until then? Quit offering services that you don’t have staff for. And quit offering scheduling if your gonna fall behind before you even get started.Do better‼️I wouldn’t even rate 1 star but had to just to leave a review !!

I gave a 4 star because of the cashier in the auto service department. He was patient and kind. He didn't let the long line get to him.

The whole team was very kind and efficient. More importantly Dale went above and beyond to assist me with my flat tire today. Of all the tires I have bought from various Walmarts he was the first to look up my tire to see if I had a warranty. I didn't remember if I had purchased one but when Dale input my info he found that I did. He made sure to explain how my warranty works in completion and informed me that my tire would be covered. He completed my replacement in great timing. Definitely an asset to the auto team. Thanks again Dale.

Great service, helpful staff, and overall a good experience, especially when dealing with a flat tire and a bad battery. I also appreciate that the staff members I felt with were honest and sincere.

I had really a bad experience with the service. They did not have high mileage oil, so that I needed to buy inside the store. The guy did not allow me to see from outside of the service area what he was doing. The service which was expected to cost USD 54 (full synthetic oil) cost above USD 75, as they charged USD 30 just for service. It was definitely the first and last time I went there.

Llegue ayer a las 6 pm y me dijeron que cerraban a las 7 pm y ya no hacian mas servicio, a pesar que ya no habian carros. Hoy fui a las 9 am y no habian muchos carros pero me dijeron que demorarian unas dos horas les dije que yo esperaba, luego me dijeron que no tenian el filtro del aceite y no lo podian cambiar, entre a buscar el filtro y SI HABIA no querian era trabajar 😡

The worst curbside pick up experience ever associates walk right past don’t make any effort to engage you or find what your needs are. They just act like you’re there to rest in the sunlight or something. It’s ridiculous who is training these people?

I came here to get my wife's tires rotated and balanced. I left and got got a flat tire less than a mile down the road. I put on the spare and came back and had to buy a brand new tire. A total of 3.5 hrs of my life wasted. I was told by every worker here that they do not check tires for nails. They just rotate and balance and send u on ur merry way. Don't waste your time and money, go to Discount tire. Just left and tire pressures are from 27 to 39, what a joke!

It's to the left of the Walmart Super Center. Leo, the technician, did a great job. He repaired & showed me where & what was in my tires. I'll recommend him for any other services.

Larga fila para cambiar el aceite y filtro de mi camioneta cuando al final me atendieron me dijeron que no tenían el filtro de ese modelo en particular y que tenía que ir a comprarlo en auto zone en la esquina. Mucha desinformación en ese lugar

Walmart auto on Kirkwood . The man called MIGUENTZ . Wow it's a great guy . He always do his work diligently with respect. Very humble man. His manner of approach is fantastic.. Keep it up MIGUENTZ . Very reliable staff and hardworking man . The sky is your limit

Im giving 2 stars because Dale was very nice, professional, patient, and understanding. He helped me when no one else would. INCLUDING the manager. Leo was very rude and should not be working customer service as well as the mgr. I called Saturday to see if it was busy to get an oil change. They said it would be a 3 hr wait but I could book an appt online. I booked an appointment online for Sunday afternoon. I got there 30 mins only bc they wanted you to be there 15 minutes prior to the appt. I saw they had tires on sale for Black Friday and needed some, so i arrived early to see if they would install them. When I got there at 11:30 (appt was at 12) leo walked to my car I told him about my appt. He said oh it’s going to be a 3 hr wait. I said they said that yesterday that’s why I scheduled an appt. He shrugged his shoulders like oh well and said these cars in front of you ain’t moving. So I called the store to speak the the mgr. her attitude was worst! She told me I could go somewhere else to get it done. That they only had 2 techs which I saw more. So after going back n forth with her all of a sudden she was able to fit me in. So then Leo said well we can do the oil change but the tires would be a 4 hr wait. They were not that busy. So after all the confusion I finally got my car back but when I look at the paperwork they did not check my psi just said it was 35 when it wasn’t etc. so I decided to go back bc now I don’t trust the situation I wanted to see my dipstick to make sure they really did the oil change. So a lady pulls up and get right in for a tire change. So that’s when I met Dale who helped me get my tires. He should be the manager. Leo should work in the warehouse somewhere in the back

Unreliable batteries. This is the 2nd time ive encountered this. Poor battery warranty exchange program. Buy a battery here and you will have dead cells far before the warranty is up. Expect to pay out of pocket fees for towing and roadside rescue and recovery. This unreliable battery has cost me over 400 bucks in towing and rescue in the past 3 days yet walmart won't eat the $40 buck difference to actually replace my battery with what they have in stock. I'm now waiting for the next hour or so for the bad battery to be charged and have been instructed to visit another auto center. THIS is BEYOND HORRIBLE!! Bad battery costs the customer money but not Walmart. *on a positive note, Miguentz, the technician was more than professional and courteous.

The auto care workers are scammers, I paid all for my two 2 tires, the workers charged me $40 just for charging to tires.
