I arrived at 6 pm to get a flat tire on my car. The cashier told me that he couldn't do it anymore because he had two more cars and they were closing. I knew that their closing time was at 7 pm, which was one hour difference. Yesterday, November 14, I returned for the second time at 5:45 pm and when I arrived they did not serve me, because they had very little staff and they had 3 other cars. When the closing time is at 7:00 pm. That is why I do not recommend this place at all. I do not understand why they do not put the closing time of the business at 6 pm

They had a system upgrade that deleted all my services history. 5 months back, another walmart reversed the tire direction when installing them. Now I have to pay for new tires out of pocket while they should have been covered by warranty. Horrible customer experience. Never doing any auto service with them again.

This is a great place to go if you wanna sit and wait for two hours for an oil change was here this morning and an hour later they hadn’t even touched my car yet for a simple oil change. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy waiting.

I came for balance my tires with lifetime warranty after 1hr wait they come with the news that i need new tires imagine if I said yes I want it they will take 10 hours more to installed. Is crazy!

I'm calling on the phone and never got the answer I called multiple times over and over for automotive. Only others departments would answer. I purchased a battery from there several years ago. It was still under warranty. Didn't have it in stock so I purchased another battery come to find out. I was sold the incorrect battery the first time.

Good luck getting someone on the phone here. Just call Discount Tire if you need tires, as these walmart folks really do live up to their reputation of "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"!! Absolutely terrible place to get help! Bunch of miserable people work here.

Stupid service for 4 hours to change oil, With appointments takes an hour and a half. Never come back here!

The guys finished the oil change smoothly! After leaving, only to realize the valve stem was leaking air. They were able to fix it. Thanks a lot for your hard work techs and keep your heads up!

Alert! In this place they told me that one of my tires did not have the air sensor and my car was taken from the agency. They argued with me for a long time that I did not bring it and that my car would keep the light on! until it annoys me that my car is certified by an agency and that I have never changed the tires. The sensor appeared out of nowhere and they told me with laughter as if it were a joke that they did have it after they saw that it bothered me and that things were going to get ugly for them. Either they wanted to steal it or I was very irresponsible in losing my sensor! for either of the two things is a danger. I do not recommend you come to this place at all. thieves or irresponsible one of two! Alerta! en este lugar me dijeron que que uno de mis neumáticos no tenía el sensor de aire y mi carro es sacado de agencia me discutieron por mucho tiempo que no lo traía y que mi carro se quedaría con la luz prendida! hasta que me moleste que mi carro está sacado certificado de agencia y que nunca le he cambiado las llantas. de la nada apareció el sensor y me dijeron con risas como si fuera un chiste que si lo tenían después de que vieron que me moleste y que las cosas se iban a tomar feas para ellos. o la querían robar o fuero muy irresponsables en perder mi sensor! por cualquiera de las dos cosas es un peligro. no les recomiendo para nada venir a este lugar. ladrones o irresponsables una de dos!

I went to purchase and install new tires in my car. The auto care customer services is good but the mechanical area is slower than what I was aspecting. You need to add more staff at the mechanical side. Thank you

They are horrible. I came in on a Sunday at 5pm only 2 cars were in the bay one for a oil change and the other was getting a battery changed. They have 4 workers and 1 hour 45 min later they just start working on my oil change. Now 37 mins later they finish with my oil change. This location needs a complete firing of techs and start over with all new one. Do Not Use This Walmart Auto Service Center

They are understaffed. 2 guys outside, 1 at the cashier. One changes oil , the other one tires. They accept appointments but plan to spend good time there. It took an hour for oil change, and two hours to get tires replaced (with appointment, and I was the first one at 7:am) . Staff is very nice, so don't blame them for the slow service. Is hot outside, and I bet salary is low...be kind!

Went there. Was told to wait for a mechanic to come out to look at the battery. Waited over an hour for nothing. No one even came. Sad.

Need 0 stars. Have been there twice in last 2 weeks. They claim they don't have the oil filter for my car. Idk why they haven't ordered parts needed to provide auto service. Smh.

They spent 4 hours to do balance and rotation to my truck tires
