This is such a good Walmart way better then the one at hw6 and 90 the sugar land Walmart was garbage I went to this Walmart on hw6 and west park and they were so much nicer and way faster thank you so much for your services

Today visited Walmart Auto Care and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. The entire experience was a waste of time due to poor management and inefficiency. Despite waiting for what felt like ages, the staff seemed disorganized and uncoordinated. It was clear that time management is not a priority here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone looking for prompt and efficient care.

Do not repeat do not buy tires from Walmart! Their warranty sucks! I had a hole in my sidewall, and they tried to say it would not be covered under road hazard which I paid for? Then the other lady that knew even less said it doesn’t cover damages when you do it? Huh? Then he wouldn’t cover anything according to her logic. I usually always buy my tires from discount tire and never had any issues with their road hazard covering tires. Same with fire stone. Walmart needs to train their employees and figure this out with their road hazard.

Great team of maintenance, Mr. Razzak is the best I met there , very helpful and professional.. Honestly after I had some problems with another branches I started again to come to Walmart Auto service .. he is very understandable and patient .. good professional expert .. I was watching him .. really he didn’t expect my great review for him .. Managment are great .. I’m really satisfied 100% .. recommend this location for your car service .. Good luck Mr. Razzak you are the one who is great representative for big name and great management 👏👏👏

The staff that works there are extremely slow, there is almost always only one person doing the oil change and the only one who is there is even slower. If you want to wait 3 or 4 hours for your oil change, this is the right place. If I could, I would give it zero stars.

Was the first person at opening so I could be in and out quick. There was no cashier so they made me wait that’s fine. 25 minutes later, still no cashier, the guys working on someone else’s car even though he said there had to be a cashier. And he locked me out from the auto entrance so I had to walk around the whole store to get out

You can get an appointment but you can’t get an oil change for an european car. Why are you wasting my time by giving appointments then?

I recently visited the Walmart Auto Care Center on August 8, 2023, at 6:45a.m., hoping to have some much-needed tire maintenance done before starting my day. However, my experience with their customer service left me extremely frustrated and disappointed, prompting me to leave this one-star review. Firstly, even though the center was supposed to open at 7am, I was informed that no technicians would be available until 9am. This two-hour delay without any prior notice was incredibly inconvenient and wasted my valuable time. I expected better planning and organization from a well-known establishment like Walmart. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager to address the issue, there were no managers available. This lack of managerial presence and accountability only added to the frustration of the situation. It seemed like customer service was not a priority for this store. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that Walmart's tire warranty system had changed, and the new system did not have any of my warranty info. The old system was broke. Since I needed a tire replacement, I was instructed to purchase a tire online and assured that the store would refund me accordingly. However, due to the unavailability of a manager, I was unable to process the refund for the tire I had purchased. Overall, my experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center was beyond disappointing. The lack of technicians, unavailability of managers, and the absence of a functioning tire warranty system demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational efficiency. I would strongly advise against relying on this establishment for any auto care services.

Nov 2022 was my first time to have service at this auto center. Associate was very courteous. Did not pressure me to buy service that I don't need. Mechanic even gave me a thumb up when I was paying at the counter (a sign of confident at his work).

Walmart needs to understand that people have other things to do. Long story short, they received my car at 1:56.. it’s 3:46, I just told them to give me the keys back. & it wasn’t even next in line there was more in front .. employees are very nice and understanding.. they can’t help it when they have sucky management who never have enough staffing to service people right and leave the employees alone to take the blame. Typical.

Worst ever I have any experience in my life. Worst warranty procedures of tires. Most unprofessional and rude staffs and managers work in 3506 S Texas 6, Houston Walmart and Kirkwood Walmart.

Cheap place to buy tires online and pick it up at Data Center but when you get the message that you received them do not go in the same day I love 2 more days to pick them up

Purchased tires to p/u tires showed in stocks. After hitting purchase tires, not available for pick up. Never will purchase a dam thing from automotive department. When I went to pick up a week later it too 45 minutes to pick up.

Tried calling to see if they had a battery in stock phone just rings and rings and nobody answers completely unprofessional for a well known business… someone should be answering the phone
