I recently purchased 2 tires from Walmart at this location and was charged for the installation. However, I am aware that some Walmart locations do not charge a fee when tires are purchased from their store. And also they chargeme for some stuff I don't even know!

Cost is similar to other repair places, but the wait is not worth it. The issue is the line, it will take 30 minutes to check in and 40 minutes to check out , adding at least an hour of unnecessary time.

Often their in store stock does not match what they see in the computer. After calling and confirming that they have the tires in stock,I drove 50 miles for a set of tires only to find out that they don’t have any in stock.

Tried to get an oil change service at this auto care center and after waiting for 3 hours I found out that they lost my key and started accusing me of not giving the key to them. The employees and the manager were rude and disrespectful. They found my key hidden somewhere in their back room after looked for it for an hour. Never go to this walmart for an oil change again.

I am happy with my oil change and I will give them a five-star. Pros Prices are transparent. Prices for different services are posted on the wall board, you have the flexibility to order just the oil change (oil and filter change plus checking lights and tire pressure), or pay for additional services as needed. See attached photo for the current prices in April 2024. Efficiency. I went around noon on a Sunday, and the oil change was done in less than an hour. They text to your cell phone to keep you posted with the progress. Friendly and professional staff. They answered your question and acted friendly, but did not try to hard sell any additional service aside from the oil change I ordered. You can shop at the Walmart grocery, and/or stop at the McDonald’s at the Walmart, while waiting for the service. I love shopping so the waiting time is enjoyable. The Walmart gas station has very attractive price ($2.949 per gallon). So you can combine grocery shopping, car care and gas filling into one trip! Cons I wish the price could be even better, but I guess in this environment, they have done all the things they could. Tips: the auto center is located at the very left side of the building when you are facing the walmart grocery major entrance. It’s behind the lawn and garden section.

Been going here for my oil changes and tire needs since 2018. After I moved to North Houston, I still find myself driving all the way here to get their excellent service.

Atencion al cliente horrible. No les recomiendo ir ahí jamas. Se tardan horas. Christina tiene pesima atencion al cliente. No me ayudo jamas. Le dije en repetida ocasiones usa aceite sintentico y termino usando el high milage. Y cuando le fui a preguntar el por qué hizo tal cosa. Me respondio de forma altanera y muy grosera hacia. Cero respeto al cliente.

Sooo Natalie decided that after confirming my 2 hour wait since (5:15p.m) they didn't have the tire I asked for in stock but i could purchase a higher priced one meanwhile the 3 workers they do have are walking around big chillin with literally 2 cars ahead (oil changes) and my tire change. Literally telling me this at 7:10 wont cut it booboo all the others are closed now. Make it make sense. Smh do better people DO BETTER!!

Mal servicio fui hacer mi cambio de aceite el día de ahora y después de esperar 3 horas me dijieron que no lo podían hacer porque se me iba a quebrar una pieza de mi camióneta y que no había hecho el Cambio de aceite ahí en me dio risa le dije si lo había hecho ahí y tenía el sticker de ellos y me dijo desde el 2021 no hay registro y saben que hicieron borraron del sistema esa fecha que yo había ido porque ellos habían tenido la culpa y m quitaron el striker que yo andaba y me pusieron el Estiker de la fecha que aparecía en el Sistema aparece que en dos años no le había hecho cambio de aceite a mi carro fue un cubano que me hizo eso por fín tiene sus mañas en su país y los siguen teniendo aquí para no hacerse responsable de las cosas

They are good people but my advise , ask first about the cost of the service exactly before you start work .. as general Walmart is a big name and trusted .. they have super cheap prices like changing oil , batteries , tire rotation …

Tried this place again three years later... Waited for 2 and a half hours on a monday when it wasn't even busy.. Couldn't wait any longer. Had to take my business elsewhere. It seems like the workers are on strike.

Do not get your tires installed here unless you can wait 3 hours minimum even with an appointment. Would not ever come back here again. Wait plus install for my 4 tires, 4 hours

This place is a literal joke! I'm the regular customer to change all my cars oil but this Sunday I brought my 3 cars for changing oil only, first they sent a mechanic said the tools are broken they can't change the oil filter then the manager his Name was Jorge came he said your car machine is making noise we can't change the oil we are really very disappointed they don't want work they are refusing all the customers they want set for free very bad employees attitude.
