10/05/2024. Approx. 2:10pm The workers of this walmart auto repair section in Pendleton pike, needs to be retrained and thought how not to be wasting Customers time, i see no reason why the white cashier will abandoned 8 customers on the line for an hour because she was looking for a tire in the store for another customer, can't she delegate Tire searching to someone else ? It's so ridiculous, also the older limping African American Guy was so disrespectful, I even tried to explain some issue to him about my car, he snubbed me first and later said "Go meet her that has nothing to do with me" It seem this will be my last time of getting my oil change done at walmart.

Despite opening at 7, they didn't open their garages until 7:40. There were 3 cars ahead of me (2 oil changes and 1 tire change) and I still waited 2 hours before my car was lifted for a tire change since they skipped me a few times to work on other oil changes. I ended up having to leave without the new tire at all.

They got me in and in under two hours I had two new tires put and they was very helpful friendly and on time

Came in to get a regular oil change. I asked how long the wait would be and I was told 45 mins. It’s been over an hour and they JUST started and drained the oil. I was also told I couldn’t speed the process up by paying while I waited…I recommend taking your vehicle to Valvoline!!! They will have you in and out in 20-30 mins tops and you don’t even need to get out of your car.

I got a full new set of tires put on my Ford Focus. I was in and out in two hours total, with many many other people getting oil changes and what not. They took good care of me and were very polite. I shopped around while they put them on and they even cashed me out near the auto registers although I had quite a few items. Thanks guys!

I needed a battery. They were going to close early because they were short employees. The female worker there let me in got me the battery I needed and it was great service.

Service is ok. But it is not like a hometown auto shop experience. I would recommend using locally owned businesses for this type of suto services.

Horrible customer service. First they put the wrong tires on my car then they were rude & obnoxious about correcting their mistake. Will never shop with them again & I wouldn't recommend them to others. Terrible customer service experience

I thought it was going to be along wait but it wasn't the young Lady that was working there that morning she know just what she was doing.there was two people ahead of me the guys that did the job was on point I think I was there about 45 minutes .to me that was great.five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they have me in and out

I’ve spent an entire day to have my 4 tires replaced. I’ve Waited for 1 hour, nothing. When I tried to touch base with them I’ve been told that I supposed to buy a lug nut so they could replace them. I bought the lugnut and bring it to them. They’ve sent me a message telling that my vehicle is ready. And guess what? They did not replace the vehicle. I’ve lost an entire day for nothing at Walmart Auto Center. That’s not serious!!! Like for real Walmart??? You’d better improve this. Wrong service at all

After a couple of minor incidents my new tire was installed properly but I will not have my car repaired at this location again. The staff was friendly but lacked proficiency and efficiency and their scheduling system needs to be tweeked. I was very disappointed!!!

They claim to open at 7 a.m 20 minute's later and I'm still waiting for them to open. Customers and their vehicles are lined up outside of the building. Maybe they should consider changing the hours instead of being so inconsiderate of the customers time.

They did not do as ask, so the next day we had to purchase a new self threading screw for our oil plug as it had a leak. Had they done as we had asked and vacuum the oil out there would not have been a problem. The guy on the way out said "we did not need to vacuum the oil out as you had a self threaded plug." well that is great news but I am sure you did not put it on carefully so we don't have a leak. "oh yeah, I know what I am doing." The next day my husband said that it was leaking oil slowly, but still leaking. So I called the Walmart where the oil change was done which Walmart now was a hour and a half drive one way, "oh just bring it back in" sir that is not possible may we take it to a much closer Walmart and the two of you can settle the cost. No you have to bring it back to us. Sir you don't understand that we are no longer in Indianapolis but are 14 miles south of Richmond we are not going to chance it by driving that far. "Doesn't matter where you take it we are not going to replug it for no charge. " We only went to Walmart since our regular place of auto repair and services could not get in. He had hinted at a Walmart since he was their certified technician for insurance claims. Never again!! Finally had a new self threading plug put on and very thankful that they only charged for the cost of the plug. Awesome people. If you choose Walmart stand as close as you can to make sure that they are doing what you ask. Service was done at the Walmart on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis.

Poor job. Pendleton Pike left my oil filter 4 turns loose. Leaked everywhere. Had to pay dealership to refill and they wanted $140 to clean up the oil.
