Worst auto center experience. Have used other Walmart auto centers with zero issues but not at that this location. Service desk os extremely rude. Was told one price before installation then received a much higher price after. Should have walked away when they called me because they didn't know how to start a vehicle that uses a key fab.

My appt was at 11a, they didn’t get started on my car until noon. They gave me no warning they were busy or anything & told me they can’t control it. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. However, they were kind.

Walmart auto care center did my oil on my Volkswagen Jetta My husband and I waited for 30 minutes and got our oil changed which was quick Justin The Service Technician Expert for Walmart Auto Care Center got My husband and I out quickly We are happy and will do our oil change there in the future

Although I had to wait for a while to get my tire fixed because they were short staffed, they were able to get it done and the team members were very courteous.

Opened a little late, shirt staffed. Too too long to get my car, and I was the first customer. Equipment failed, but the employee was kind and patient.

WHATEVER you do DO NOT take your car here.. I took my car here to get my battery changed because Auto Zone said they couldn’t do it, the manager claimed autozone did not want to do it even tho auto zone stated it was against their policy long story short they did not put my battery in right so I took it back and they just gave me a new battery they didn’t check to see if there was another issue not even 2 minutes after leaving the second go round my car cut out, come to find out they did not screw the screws on my battery all the way and also erased the entire computer system.. they do not know what they are doing and clearly don’t care! I would leave ZERO stars if I could they suck !!! You are better off YouTubing and doing it your damn self !!

Could not get either location I called to answer their phones! And, 3 times the phone was picked up only to be hung right back up! I will never use Walmart for my car needs ever again!

I bought 4 tires here in the end of March and the service was good, but last week got a razor blade in my tire and need it replaced. I tried calling a few days ago a few times no answer. I tired calling today 3 times, I even called the Walmart store twice 2 answer. I even called other departments to get ahold of the auto department but still no answer. I dont understand how you run a business if you can't answer customers phone calls. What a joke this walmart is.

Tried calling several times for tires. No answer. EVER. Went to another Walmart, said I had to make appt. No one was there for service. Hung around and in that hour, not one car showed up for service. The manager was so busy he sat in his own car on the phone. None of the Walmarts have employees who want to work. They just want the pay.

All of their signs say they open at 7 am. The sign the door for auto says store hours start at 7 am. I walked in through the main store door and walked back and an employee was standing in the auto dept and said they open at 9 am. Even on Google it says they open at 7 am. It's 10 after 9 right now and they still haven't opened. I'm going somewhere else because I've been here for almost an hour now and they won't open the doors. Also, I did 1 star because I had to

Hey these guys work tirelessly and always are accommodating. The customer service was top of the line and Tyler took care of me and kept me informed through out the time my car was in the shop. You can’t beat their price and you can’t beat a couple of guys who hard from start to finish.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!! I brought 4 brand new tires from them and as soon as I left my tire pressure light came on, I went back the next day to let them know and they said that they don't have the toolst it, So them so I called Champion dodge to see how much they would charge me to reset it and they said with brand new tires the sensor is suppose to reset itself so I went to put air in my tire come to find out they broke my air valve when they changed my tires $496 +$60 for the air valve smh

Great customer service here. The folks working today were busy as all heck and slapped my tires on in a timely manner. Their calm and professional demeanor calmed me down when I wasn't being the friendliest customer.

Called and set an appointment for my two front tires to be replaced. Came in 15 minutes early like asked. They got me in and took care of me in just an hr. May seem long to others but for how busy they always are I have zero complaints. They were very respectable to me and other customers in line. Busy long days are stressful for everyone not just the customers.
