Yahir was so great went above an beyond to help me with my vehicle he needs a raise outstanding customer service, great personality kind and very honest very happy with the service I received need more workers like him top of the line auto care service.

The auto Center never delivers on appointments. I’ve driven to the one on keystone Ave several times and there is always something wrong. I have 2 vehicles I service and each time I make an appointment, and drive all the way there they can’t get the job done. The lift for my van was out of order. They ran out of the oil for my oil change and said I had to get a more expensive oil change. They wouldn’t price adjust for the inconvenience. They don’t call to say we know you have an appointment but we can’t perform the service scheduled. Instead they waste my time and gas to go there and inform me upon arrival of whatever issue they are having on their end. With zero effort to accommodate me as a customer.

The place is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I didn't have a long wait. That made me super happy about the experience.

Refused to install my tiers due to lug nuts. I bought new ones and then they put that I picked up the tiers. I never did. No one will ever answer the phone. Put me an on 20 minute hold and never came back.

They wouldn’t service my oil change because I had bad motor mount. They have nothing to do with eachother. If you schedule an appointment they will still have you waiting. Go somewhere else

Got oil change from auto care center and they broke my hood latch and didn’t want to take responsibility… management was good for the most part tried to be helpful. But still no resolution

The work done was great. Everyone was nice and professional. I did have an appointment for 2p but when I arrived, no one was available to get me checked in. I waited 30 min before I even spoke with someone.

I went to get a set of tire and no one was at customer service so I asked a manager if someone was available and he said no, I said how can I buy new tires, then the manager pointed to a guy helping a elderly person who was the cashier and said "dang can't you wait" really nasty like. I left. The manager was so ghetto and mean I couldn't believe it! The manager was a black man with long dreads. Horrible experience! They lost $600.

Called to put in a request to hold my tire and the girl who answered was really sweet and helpful I asked her probably over 10 questions and she was able to answer them all

Darian provided excellent service. He quickly found the battery I needed and replaced it with professionalism and ease. I was thankful for his clear communication and positive spirit. I recommend bringing your car to this auto care center.

Good and fast service! They were done with my oil change before I could finish all of my grocery shopping. It's super convenient! I will definitely use again.

Check in at 11am. They did nothing and worked on other cars that came after me because they "forgot" about me. Finally, after several breaks and messing around on the computer, at 3:10pm changed the ONE tire I needed fixed. Worthless.

Awful and extremely rude customer service. Avoid this place! I came today for a simple oil change. Found no one at counter even around the place to ask! The door automatically shuts when you enter the auto CENTER main lobby. There was a door slightly open behind the desk. I knocked it politely ✊ to see if there is anyone can come and help me out. Out of the blue the workers showed up from a distance. one of them (African American male, young thin with long black hair ) start yelling noooo you are not allowed to do so and so on with endless drama seen like I went behind the door while all I did was just knocking on the door . Literally anyone can see me doing so even they can check how I went there in their own video camera. I know well it is forbidden for clients to go through employee door so I didn’t ) instead of deescalating the situation and act in a civilians manner, he treated me like I invaded the place just because I knocked on the door trying to find anyone to help me out. Told him I have been waiting for 15-20 mins called me a liar. After he asked me aggressively to slow down when telling him my phone number to check in my car. He started to act like he owns the place ending up saying if I want to walk out i can do so. After all of what happened and the way he and his female colleague were talking with for sure I did walk out ( how can I allow my self to deal with such a mentally ). following this and while on my way to leave he said this to me ( don’t start calling crazy words BRO ) exactly like we are in the street not in a business place. he only assumed I was saying something on my way out because it was intense situation while all I said was telling him to open the locked door so I can leave this place. His reply was ( just open it like any normal human being ) What a low level street attitude from someone who supposed to deal with customers. Horrible experience.

Darion the manager was extremely helpful, extremely quick, and very kind. Really did a great job and blew me away with his customer service! I’ve had trouble at other Walmart auto car centers but this was definitely a great experience!

It really is as bad as people are saying on here. There are a bunch of young kids working here and no managers. I ordered 4 tires and the store only had 3. I even called ahead and they told me to come on in because they were in stock. I made an appointment and then wasted over an hour while they were trying to figure out what to do. I finally had to return the tires because they marked them as picked up, so I couldn't leave without doing something or would have been out the money for the tires. I never got mad or raised my voice but the youngster who returned the tires started saying that I was. He was saying "don't try me", and "not today". His tone was argumentative and actually a little bit threatening. He was kind of looking at me side ways in a threatening way. I'm glad it turned out the way it did because I wouldn't really want to trust these people with my car. They will have you sign something saying that they are not responsible for damage to your car or damage or missing items from your car before they install the tires.They have black curtains installed in the waiting area so that you will not be able to watch them work on your car. Now what does that tell you? Additionally, when they 1st ran it through as though they had the tires, they added road hazard insurance without telling me or even asking. Very shady and unprofessional. If I could give them a zero, I would.

We came in before they closed to buy a tire to replace my flat tire but they would not help us because they had to be closed by 5 not at 5 like the sign says. Online it say they are open to 7. We will never come to this shop again!!!

Been trying to get tires for 3 weeks. Would never answer phone. Went in and was told I had to make an appointment by the manager. How is that possible when you don't answer the phone? "We always answer the phone" says the manager. Really? How come I'm standing here, calling the Auto Care Center in front of you, phone is ringing on MY END, but NOT YOURS? Pretty hard to answer when you have the ringer turned OFF.

Do not get tires from this auto center. I ordered tires from them online and set an appointment date. Called store to confirm appointment several days before to make sure tires were in stock and ready for install; could never get a hold of anyone. Canceled my order and only got refunded for 1 tire; contacted support and they said to contact the center directly. Still have yet to reach anyone and still waiting on the refund for the other 3 tires to come around…

I like coming here the staff is always friendly and they do great work. I always come in for a oil change and I've had a bulb replaced in my front headlight as well. They've cleaned my windshield along with the other services and didn't charge me I thought that was really nice. You can get shopping done while you wait or the auto department also have a well kept, clean waiting area with a t.v. The service is pretty quick and I'm usually out within the hour. They'll also send a text to your phone when your car is ready and if they need you for a question the staff will announce over the intercom to come back to their department. This is truly a one stop shop.

It took an hour and a half to get through on the phone. The person who answered after an hour asked if I would mind holding and then never came back. The woman at the service desk constantly interrupted and talked over me. Then, the day I'm scheduled for service, they call to tell me they have to push back my appointment which does not work for my schedule. His response "that's the way it is." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
