Waited two hours to get my tire plugged. Paid for it….Then the man told me there’s nothing wrong with my tire and he didn’t have to plug it. I explained to him my tire was completely flat when I went to drive it but he still said that the tire was good…So I had to wait another 20 minutes for three different people to come to the back to give me my refund because nobody knew what they were doing….Two days later my tire is flat again!!!

Don’t bother calling to ask any questions because when you get here, it’s gonna be something totally different called and asked do they customer service take returns on a battery they said yesss Got here now They’re saying I have to wait until automotive open tomorrow Waste of gas in my time and very unprofessional

I bought tires online and scheduled an appointment for install. My tires got there the day before. This can be proved and backed up. They cancelled my appointment said the tires hadn't arrived. After a week of calling the store and the website line someone finally went into the back and found them. I still could not get them installed or take them because they hadn't been released. Scheduled an appointment on that Friday, came in, handed over my keys spent an hour waiting just to be told the computers that had printed and had me signed hadn't accepted my car. This auto center is a joke. Don't waste your time at this one.

Worst experience I ever had. That's Florida for you, this never happens in Maine where I'm from. 3 hrs to put on a new tire is absolutely ridiculous.

Came in for simple oil change was told it would take 45 min. It's been 2 and a half hours. I get places get busy but my car has been on the racks out there for over an hour. And All of this would even be tolerable if they weren't so rude on top of it all. Judging from all the other reviews in here I should have known better. Management could obviously care less because it's the same complaints on here for years

Tom at the service tent is rude. They make you go back outside and stand in the heat (heat advisory 99° today) to sign in. I asked the service rep why do we have to come outside in the heat holding my 1 yr old and 7yr old following...now he say well he have to be outside what makes me better than him

Waited 40 minutes for an oil change to find out “we can’t take your car because of your damaged key fob.” No one told me when I gave them my key.. no one mentioned it was an issue.. 40 minutes later no oil change..

Had two cars in front of me when I got here. Two hours later they pulled my vehicle in for an oil change. It's a little frustrating watching the service crew do everything but work.

The tire department was super helpful and quite pleasant! I had needed my tire fixed and I came from out of town. The ladies working the desk to the techs were all friendly and inviting. Great experience. By far the best experience I’ve received from Walmart automotives departments. (FYI-skip yulee if you can & go straight to Lem Turner for the best service)
