If I could give less than 1 star it would definitely apply. Bought the 45k Douglas Performance tire in May 2023 and already need to replace them. And I have not even put 20k on them. Walmart has crappy tires crappy tire center employees and the absolute worst service. They do not do alignments DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR ROTATE AND BALANCE. They sell you the worst tires EVER and you then have to replace them a year later. Stay far away from them if you want quality and great service!

Best price for an oil change . Very convenient location book appointment ahead of time but they will see you if you do not have an appointment. I had my van headlight polish like new.

For tires and some more is great, but for car battery it is the last option for me. The supposed guarantee for me did not exist.

Motorists BEWARE!! I went in on Mother’s Day Sunday bright and early at 8am for a simple oil change. Then it was experience from HOT HELL! I waited on my car for hours 4-5 hours for the car to even go into service. After getting the car back I noticed the battery was tampered and ask why was my battery tampered. The techs said that it is their OSHA policy to check battery but battery wasn’t secured. When I drove home my check light was on, then more HOT HELL Arose! At first thought it was just my connections and the light went away. I picked up my daughter from school that following Monday and the car completely locked up and died on the road. I was stranded,… STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO CARE CENTER AT ALL COST!!! The management team wouldn’t even offer anything. Experience from BLAZING HOT HELL!!

My experience would fall under the "unproductive and careless" description in a dictionary. I came at opening for a flat tire (7:00 am), as of this review my car is still parked and untouched at 10:18 am. Currently there is only 1 car pulled in and 1 person working although there 3+ mechanics visible. No surprise here as it is a " Wal Mart," but the work ethic and poor level of customer service has to be THEE worst I have encountered thus far. update at end of review...STILL only one person working and car still in parking lot. Poor workers, poor customer service, waste of time.

Rude customer service just now from person who said he was the manager in the auto center. I was told he was a lead at the customer service department. He spent 5 minutes trying to prove I was wrong instead of listening. He saw per my receipts and in the system what I "attempted" to explain initially and said "oh this happened before I started here so it's not on me". He tried to redirect me to another store so I went to the store manager to resolve. Sad that he refused to listen and resolve in the auto center. Thankfully customer handled so I won't have to spend anymore at this location. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

So slow. It's ridiculous. There's one guy "working" on tires, one guy on oil changes. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't even take the car back an hour after the scheduled appt time? Took 3 hours to change 4 tires.

I called to get my tires put on. They told me they could do it to come on over. I immediately loaded up my tires and drove all the way across town just to be told “ oh we don’t have time to do it today”

Called for prices on tires. Walmart did not carry the size we needed. Staff was friendly.

Dan and Dennis are phenomenal. No matter what happened, they made sure I was able to leave safely with my new tires. I didn't have to stress about it. They are the best in my book. I may have been insistent; but they stayed professional and respectful in finding a solution. I couldn't be happier with them.🥰

Have referred quite a few to this location and have used their services multiple times. NOT ANYMORE. Lady answered the phone and when I asked for price of tire balance and rotation, she 1. Asked if I called the car center (I said, Yes. I followed the prompt and called the DIRECT line via Google.) 2. Lady says, "They are remodeling and do not have a phone right now." (SO UPDATE THAT STATUS information on GOOGLE!) 3. Lady says, "You have to come in person and ask". Upon stating it would be impossible and explained the situation, woman responds) 4. Lady stated, " You have to come in person BECAUSE WE ARE TOO BUSY TO GO DO THAT RIGHT NOW." Wow. NO WORDS. So information desk would not have that readily available? That's an easy fix. Put it on your website or have it on your computer to easily access it. UPDATE: I was able to quickly locate a business who scheduled me in for a VERY competitive price for LIFETIME balance and rotation.

I bought 4 tires for my Toyota highlander since they were busy installing they told me to come tomorrow morning. The same person helped me to put inside my car . So the next day, I went again, driving 20 min ,waiting for around 1 hour inside walmart, and got msg. It's done so I went to pay and they told me I can't do it and not charging me. And suggest me to go another walmart 30 miles away because their lifter is better. I lost 2 days, and I have to install another place .

I wish I could give them zero stars and I am sitting in tears in my car. I came here today to get an oil change which normally includes topping off of fluids in the car but after being disrespected by the woman dropping of my car I should have know this is a bunch of people that could care less about your vehicle…. I have a receipt saying that the fluids were checked and good and there is empty windshield wiper fluid, empty coolant and another empty something or the other. I received a receipt stating that so much was done and checked and I just checked to be sure and can see my documents were falsified…. If you care about your cars health do not waste your money their prices are high and work ethic super low…. The Supervisor has came out saying that they ran out of fluids and so mine wasn’t done but I feel like if you don’t have the tools to complete the job then I should have been turned away as this was the last of my money for this matter…. I am probably going to look into these false documents down to the tire pressure is too high with my tires at 44 psi and written down that they were at 35 psi this is false and could cause a safety issue when traveling….Save your money and your time and go to a place that still values their customers….

I would not recommend no one to get a battery change tire change nothing here they have fake mechanical people that really don't know what they are doing I would not be going back at all and if you have a warrant they don't want to service you period especially a little white boy that tall with short ear length hair he don't know what the hell he doing

The lady who get customer information is a bad customer service agent. She literally make me felt uncomfortable by the way she approached me. I end up leaving, cheap price but I rather pay more somewhere else and get better service

Upon arriving for a 7 am appointment to have 4 tires installed, with having prepaid online, I wasn’t even so much as greeted. When I finally was after 20 minutes of sitting there, it was met with attitude and being told I needed to move my vehicle, when their building is clearly marked tires. I complied without any issues, and tried to ask if the lady needed anything from me. While hardly responding, leaving me entirely clueless, she musters up all her attitude to yell at me that yes I need to wait outside. Mind you, nobody is saying anything. Not even so much as a hello or good morning. After sitting for 40 minutes passed my time they told me they couldn’t install the tires due to an issue with my vehicle that went against their policy. Left with no idea what to do about the money I already spent, they proceeded to be just as unhelpful, with an “oh well” attitude. I went out on a limb trying Walmart’s Auto Service, against my better judgement and left even more disappointed than I thought I could. Never again.

Went shopping at Walmart and when I returned to my vehicle it wouldn’t start. Called inside to the Auto Care Center and asked for a jump. He said, come back inside and one of our technicians will meet you at customer service. I was grateful to see a technician with a portable self jump. He had me going in 2 minutes tops! Definitely appreciate the service

Wish i could give no stars...I usaually do my own oil changes but was in need of an oil change and was tight on time for the next days...So I decided to knock out Grocery shopping and Went in for an oil change they were quick ...and I Went about my day and next day I saw an oil stain on my driveway which was weird cause none of my vehicles leak. So I decided to jack up my car and saw that the leak was coming from the oil pan plug I reached and hand turned it turned out it was loose it wasn't even tighten so I tighten it up with my ratchet and bam no more leak and I lost about a quart of oil so I refilled it. Luckily I saw it was leaking and knew what to look for if not I would of been out of a car. I can't believe this is how the establishment is ran.... never again I would go in for an oil.

Too much wait time, you are being treated as if you are given free services. They are always short staffed and don't have proper parts to install on cars. I regret why I bought tires from walmart.

Was told air compressor was being worked on and can't do tire installations even when tires were purchased through app which stated install would be available. Would not recommend. Please advise customers of no installation at time of purchase instead of after waiting for the tires to be ready.
