I have no plans to come back and get any work done here on any vehicles anymore. I made an appointment for an oil change and three hours later I finally got my vehicle back.

Came in at 9:15 for an oil change it’s now 10:24 and there was one car in here when I came my car still has not been done while there are about 5 employees here walking around eating snacks.

Went in for an oil change and I told John exactly what I wanted. First he insisted that I get a standard oil change even though I wanted a synthetic oil change. Then he tried to charge me for a really expensive oil filter that I didn't want. He is very incompetent and rude. You really need a new service writer. John just cost you a customer I won't ever be back. Thankfully Ben who did the oil change was smart enough to correct what John tried to do. So for just Ben 5 stars but John got you a 1 star rating.

The wait is fairly long here because they can't get people to staff the auto center. They do a good service for tires and oil changes, but like I said, the service is slow. I had to wait over two hours due to only having one or two techs.

The people there are not horrible to deal with but I begged them to please be careful with my chrome rims 23 years old not one scratch and they are all scuffed up like they dropped it in its face. It’s not like they care or will do anything about it I knew I was going to regret being impatient coming here to replace a spare but this was insanely disappointing and I doubt Walmart will care enough to reimburse me for refinishing costs unless I take them to small claims court. Just go anywhere else mavis down the road is a better choice if they have your tires in stock

The gentleman mechanic was rude. Left my car lights on and car unlocked. I was never notified car was done. Still charged full prices despite all of this. Perhaps a refresher course in customer service skills and Double-checking that things are done properly. And always secure the customers vehicle. Was also told that they no longer give an estimate as to how long it will take. Per company policy.

Amazing experience with an appointment and tire pre-order. The staff was great to work with even though they were swamped with work. Definitely a wonderful experience despite the urgent appointment. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment with them. They got everything right despite some negative reviews. Glad I chose them.

Came in for an oil change at 8am. Was treated poorly when I entered with no greeting or even a look in the eye! When I asked for a time estimate he said “maybe an hour, maybe more. Might be a while”. I waited over 5 hours just to get my oil changed. There was no communication throughout my whole wait of how long it would be

Dropped my car off at 11 am and was told they had 2 tire jobs in front of me and would be 2 hrs before they could get my car in. So, I left my car and went home. At 5 pm, I still had not heard anything, so I went there, and my car STILL hadn't been in for an oil change. That was the first and only time I will go there.

Had a appointment at noon to install tires. Cancelled at 11 no tires. 11:am message tires are in pickup. Went there they found tire manager said will take you know 11:15am. Well they didnt finish till 1:10pm. It takes 45min to install tires If they stop arguing about how bad the manage is I wouldn't had to wait 2hrs.

Had a balancing issue w one of the tires from the set. Ordered a new one. Removed the bad, No issues. They r going to an appointment schedule more like Discount Tire, which will be nice vs the constant walk ins. Will be back.

I arrived for an oil change at 10:45am on a Thursday. I was checked in by 11am. It’s 1:45pm and my car has yet to be touched. I’ve been here almost 3 hours and will have to wait another half hour or more for the service. Do NOT come here for an oil change unless you’re looking to spend the day waiting. I was told that oil changes are at the bottom of the list no matter how many care are ahead of you…..

I called and asked if they had time to repair a tire leak and the lady said yes as long as I could be there within 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, waited over 5 minutes at the counter without anyone acknowledging me only to be told they wouldn’t do it. I explained that I called in advanced and was told to come on in, and the guy rudely told me once again he wouldn’t do it. Worst customer service ever.

I called in at 3:30 to get my car serviced for an oil change I know they don't take appointments manager reassured me that if I was in there before 5 and which I arrive at 4:15 to get an oil change I waited 52 minutes before I got a manager there to help in which my car was never service for an oil change how does it take 45-50 minutes just to get my car in for a 15 minute oil change is beyond me I left the facility without an oil change with a complaint in which they tossed thier hands up and said don't know what to tell you. How can you even run a business like

Stole an Adam Sandler CD from my car years ago for whatever reason (I'll never forget), and can't answer the phone for the life of them. Just wanted to see if they they were able to do an oil change on my car.

This establishment will take your money with no care or concern for your safety. They will not notify you if there is issue with your vehicle while in their possession. They will only preform the task you brought the car in for and tell you that they did their job.Any other problem with the vehicle once you drive away is apparently unrelated, and they feel no obligation to inform you. They will even check off the “all clear” on the vehicle for you, having full knowledge they had issues with the car in their possession. I also would like to state No known issues with car were present at drop off. Terrible communication and customer service in my opinion. When I called to discuss my concerns I was unfortunate enough to speak with the team lead, Stephanie, who was rude, abrupt and callous. Her disregard of my frustration and of any safety issue caused by her teams lack of communication was frankly appalling. Her response was, “we said sorry what more do you want” I did ask to speak to the manager above her who was conveniently not in, but I was informed there was nothing he could do for me. My suggestion is to steer clear of this establishment and spend your money somewhere trust worthy or at least somewhere that provides better customer service.

Horrible service waited almost 3 hours before I finally decided to ask for my keys back . Seems like no one ever knows what’s going on or who’s car is getting worked on. Lady working the front even admitted she had no clue what she was doing .

The guy at the counter said an hour wait for an oil change, half hour after open with zero cars in the garage or parking lot... Came here once a few months back and it took an hour an a half, thought maybe they were just busy... Nope guess i was wrong. Ended up just leaving. This place is a complete total joke and recommend everyone to not come here. Literally anywhere else is better than walmart for anything car related.
