Only 1 employee had his head under a hood. When he finally came over, 15 minutes after my appointment time, he told me in not a very nice tone that patience was a virtue. I spent my $1,000 for new tires elsewhere.

Used to love the fast service but recently got 4 new tires plus new spare put on rim and it took over 3 hours even with an appointment (every other time I'd gotten 4 tires put on it took at most an hour)- and had to actually stop the service person after I noticed they put on 2 tires to remind them I wanted white walls on tires NOT TO SHOW on outside after they'd already done it the opposite and I had specifically told the service manager I didn't want the white walls showing. Despite this when got out to vehicle after they we were 'done' they'd left the whitewall showing on outward side of spare rim and didn't even bother to put valve stem caps on 3 tires. Would have gotten them to fix their mistakes but by that time I barely even had time to get to work. Thankfully I paid for the warranty in case anything happens with the tires (most likely due to them not doing something else right) although if possible will go to another Walmart Auto and Tire center (with possibly better reputation) from now on.

I call the auto c niter to be hung up on by a lady that n ver answered again after several minutes of waiting on the phone called back to here more times still no answer

I've definitely had to come behind Walmart... Whether it be oil pan nut bonded on or whatever buyer beware

They never answer the phone and if they do they are very short with you, rude and "out of stock"

Called Highland Dr. Location, was given a price about 10 less than the actual cost...went to get it done at Parker Road after being told at 4:30 they had taken their last car for the day and wouldn't do it...Parker Road was totally out of 0W20, was going to have me pay an extra $10 to pull it off the shelf but they were out there too....SO...no oil change

My experience for the most part was good. They vacuumed my car out without me asking. They also did an oil change at an affordable cost. The only complaint I have is, they missed a bolt when putting back on the cover underneath my car so now it is scrapping when I drive.

Went to get tires repaired and they fixed us right up
