Over tightened my oil filter and cracked my oil filter housing. Set me back far more than I'd ever save getting my oil changed here than somewhere more careful.

I was quoted 30 minutes for an oil change, went and checked after almost 45 minutes, and THEN they told me they weren't able to get my oil filter off without "busting it". Told me to go to a dealership so I could replace the part when it broke. ❓❓❓

Pricing is fair, work is good, but the wait time for a simple 5 minutes procedure is very very long. Main reason I don't go there. It's ridiculous having to wait that long. Drop ot off in the morning you will be lucky for it to be done after work.

I came in for a $55 full synthetic oil change at the Walmart on Parker Road. They were great about quality service. They refilled my fluids, aired my tires, vacuumed my floors, and went to town cleaning the bugs off of my windshield. Bless the boys hearts, they really put the elbow grease into getting it spotless. They went above expectations and I've already recommended them to family.

What a joke... These people are so incompetent. Had to buy tires online because of course they don't have any in stock and made an appointment to get the tires put on. When the day came for the appointment received a notification that the tires have been delayed. Call up to the store to find out what is going on and try to reschedule the appointment "Sorry you can't reschedule over the phone you have to do that online" but there is no place online to reschedule. Oh but you can just show up and we can put them on for you without an appointment. Asked about my tires that state delayed and they say they know nothing about them then in the same sentence say hey I am looking at them right now but they don't have a name on them these are the exact brand and size you ordered. Talked to a manager to ask if I can have my name put on the tires since they are obviously my tires and the manager states that I should get up there quickly if I want them before they sell them to someone else. Now that I am up there they are giving me the run around to get my tires put on. WHAT JOKE.... Walmart do better....

Purchased a truck battery and asked associated if it doesn't fit can we bring it back for refund customer service will not honor their employees words which is wrong to me

Very slow..not taking vehicles in order as they come in....spend to much time talking....only 3 vehicles ahead of me ...they get my vehicle in after 2 hr and 45 minutes

There is never a way to get an oil change. Both locations always have a 3+ hour wait or so they say.
