Usually understaffed, underqualified. Unprofessional. Un-everything. Avoid if you can. Watched a guy in front of me in line get the wrong tires on his car replaced and have to tell them about it.

Guys at the front counter are surly and cannot give a time estimate for the service order I was first told that it shouldn't take long to install 1 new tire but here I am an hour later and my car hasn't been pulled in. When I asked about my service time expectation the guy at the counter was rude and said they get to it when they could. Yeah, not getting serviced here again.

Came in when it wasn't busy Waited 3hrs for a fix a flat to be fixed and they still never started it I would have waited longer if I didn't complain, never again

Went in got an oil change . I got my carpet and floor mats covered in oil from the techs shoes. He didn't even reset my change oil light. Unprofessional to the maximum

Cheyenne was incredible! She took her time and was extremely thorough. I got the text my car was ready at 3:54 and reached the counter at 4:20. Could use some extra help but other than the wait, I’ve got no issues. Prices are fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back when I need more maintenance on my car

I took my car in to get a tire change and they damaged my car.. Do not take your car here for anything.. really poor service

Pretty quick depending on the service you're having done. I had tires done in , 2022. Just had them replaced 2024.

I had been waiting for over 2 hour they are many lazy people just walking @ and no body can help me what is the point to get a very bad service I truly believe that Walmart should do better whit all this guys very incompetence service

I called about getting my tire replaced. The tire was under a warranty I had purchased from Walmart. I called they made my appointment for the next day which was fine. Next day comes around I get a notification that my appointment at 1 pm was coming up, I had to call Walmart again because they told me it was at 4pm not 1pm like the text said. When I called same person that answer the day before answers, she looks up the account I explain the situation and tells me its fine to bring it in at 4pm like we had agreed. My brother takes the car in for me and they tell him its 3 hours past our appointment time and they can't take us in. After arguing with the person over this, she then agrees to take us as a walk in and tells us we don't have any warranty on the tires. Long story short my brother showed her the receipt for the warranty and still then she said the warranty could no longer cover it and I would have to pay the full price for the tire. They have terrible communication issues with in the department and the customers have to pay for it. Over all terrible customer service. I will definitely not be taking my vehicle to this location ever again.

Such a terrible experience I went 2hrs before I had to get my child from school I just needed my battery replaced I waited a hour an a half and they never pulled my car back even though I was told it wouldn't take long when I got there. I left went and got my child came back waited again over a hour just for them to tell me they're out of the battery my car needs. So y'all couldn't tell me that when I first came back had me waiting with a fussy baby and toddler for over a hour FOR NOTHING. Didn't even apologize. On top of that someone stole my bags out of my shopping cart and they could care less. They stand around while there's a line instead of doing their job. The lady at the register was so nice but she was so stressed poor lady. The men are terrible all of them. And I had to leave scared my car wouldn't start because my current battery is bad. Never again. Lesson learned

Tearesa was great. Only person back in automotive working customers. Over worked, no help, called numerous times for managers, no one showed. Rude customers, handled it better than I would.

Walmart Auto Care did a really good job pointing me in the right direction for tires on my vehicle. Great service... But as always you walk out with so much more...lolol... You go for chips and leave with a bunch of other stuff...lolol...
