I despise this auto shop😡Robbed personal property from my key ring. I used it every day for 35 years! irreplaceable gift & tool. Walmart did nothing to get it back. Few had access to steal from my key ring. I am furious every day I go to use it. GONE. GIVE IT BACK!!!😡

You guys have uncertified technicians working on cars alone taking over 4 hours to do a simple oil change when we only had 3 people ahead of us but you guys pick and choose which cars you want to work on not by order received which is a terrible business move. You guys cannot keep consistent people hired and I do not wonder why. There was a large black male employee that had longer dreaded hair (the one who was uncertified) rudely gestering to customers insinuating he wanted to fight a customer due to us questioning the amount of time it's taking for an oil change which is ridiculous. This poor excuse of a man couldnt even find where the oil filter was or figure out how to take it off, had to get some poor young girl who also didnt look like she knew what to do based off the amount of goofing off she was doing with the men in the shop to try to do it. Crazy thing is we wouldn't have known the man was uncertified but the employee at the auto service desk TOLD US. You could have kept your dirty secret to yourself but no your employee told us herself. Maybe if you guys stopped hiring anyone who can breathe you might have customers who are actually happy with their services.

Getting oil change been here over an hour then guy tells my they don’t have high mileage oil I can take it and go somewhere else or buy synthetic oil which is higher price ask them to honor the price since they made mistake they declined so thumbs down for me Liberty Mo Walmart auto service .

Carrie is spectacular at this location! She's the best of everybody checking customers in and out! Highly efficient and a team asset! Lines are usually long and take quite a while to get work accomplished correctly. It's easy to shop while vehicle work is being performed! A win-win situation!

I went in for an oil change at 9am with 3 cars In front of me. It's 12 o clock my car hasn't been pulled in. They've pulled 2 cars out without pulling any in. 3 mechanics went to lunch at once. Employees won't stop complaining about the cold and how they need to shut store down instead of working. Refusing all service to anybody coming In. Don't waste your time Lazy

It’s like they try to get out of working, you bring in some tires to get mounted and balanced, then say their machine can’t do it( the same exact truck is in the bay getting tires put on the same exact wheels) try to schedule an oil change and they’re too busy to get to it that day (3 guys smoking cigs out back) just go to a real mechanic

They will happily take your money and give you no service. They had people waiting outside in -7° weather and instead of having some balls and saying we’re closed they just hung a sign up. These people don’t care about you your car or nothing. Don’t come here

My boyfriend made a appointment to get new tires for his trailer. Showed up there and wouldn't take the tires off because they couldn't fit it in the "shop" side note it's a normal size trailer not even bigger than a truck. Told him to back up on the opposite side of the shop gave him a jack and a tire bar to take the tires off himself. I would not recommend this place to take your trailers here for new tires they will make you do it yourself.

Wont honor walmart online prices for tires. Show they open at 7 am. Get there and now they can not do tire work until 11 am. HIRE SOME HELP.
