Horrible place do not come here, they use to be real good when John ran the place now they are horribles took 5 hours for an oil change in heard of. I will be contacting corporate to report this place for wasting customers time, they mostly just sit around and talk all day instead of taking are of customers.

Emanuel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at explaining me everything I need to know regarding my issue. Will definitely come back here. Service was also quick and effective.

Debbie is great, everyone else leaves something to be desired. Came in for an oil change/tire rotation today at noon (Tuesday) and only just left. I came up after 2 hours and was told the wait would be 3 hours. And the tech/cashier was short with me and told me the wait would be an hour longer than I was told when I arrived. I waited 4 hours in total. Debbie, who I have to assume is the main auto manager, was super nice and apologetic about the wait but everyone else looked like they didn’t want to be there.

I don't know what it is about THIS particular Walmart Automotive, but the nicest group of men work threre. I pay very close attention to not only how customers are treated, but how co-workers interact. I've worked with the same older Filipino gentlman on 2 occasions, and both times, I've felt so at peace because he is just so nice, and I love watching everyone interact. If energy matters to you, this is the place to get your oil changed!

Yeah just look at all the other one star reviews, it checks out The staff is rude, your appointment time is meaningless as it will take way longer to do any task you need, place is disorganized Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else for your auto care

Every bad review you see if this place is accurate. The only reason I came here is because I had a Walmart battery fail under warranty. This was the most convenient to come to. They give me an estimate of about 3 hours. 4 hours later I'm still waiting and they don't do anything until I confront the repairman and then they go to get my car into the bay. The lady at the front register was bad attitude and service when I try Ask a simple question. I almost wanted to go ignore warranty and pay $ $270 for a new battery elsewhere and install it myself.

Came to Walmart Auto with my WALMART tires that were ordered online and had proof. Hana, Acc Team Lead, was on site that day and is the one that helped me. I’m assuming a manager wasn’t on duty because when I went to drop off, they were charging me for each individual service as if I brought my own tires from a different retailer. After several back and forth between multiple techs and calls to a manager, they told me they would override the price when I come back to pickup my mounted tires. Yet when I came back after they mounted and balanced my wheels, I had to explain myself again to her. These tires were physically carried in yes, BUT they were bought at Walmart and as such, I’m entitled to get the tire balance and mounting for $18 per tire, with proof of purchase! It literally says it on their website. She had to call someone to help walk her through how to change the pricing, which is fine that she wasn’t sure how to change it but the fact that they didn’t have a manager on site to help their subordinates is negligent. Before leaving, I asked if they guarantee that the tires are balanced. She said no because they were carry ins and they didn’t install them onto the vehicle. I then asked how do they test to make sure it’s balanced then if they can only guarantee it when they personally install the wheel onto the vehicle, she said they use a machine. Obviously…but based off of the machine’s calculations, they are supposed to be balanced regardless of whether they install them onto the vehicle themselves or don’t. I will definitely be taking my last 2 tires from Walmart to a different Walmart auto shop for their mounting and balancing. I would NOT recommend taking your tires here, whether you bought them there or not.

Oil change took 5 hours!!! Every time they say it will take 2 hours, LOL, 2 is 2 not 5, it is a preschool math. Such a simple job, will do it by myself from now.

It can be very busy if you just show up. Recommend getting an appointment for service. We were in and out within an hour for an oil change with an appointment! Great service and knowledgeable staff!

TERRIBLE DON'T GO THERE!!? 2+ hour per tire change, 20 min to put air, 1 hour balance, 1 hour back installation, 30 min paperwork. Slowest tire service that you can even see!! 3 hours to change 2 tires. Only 2 tires and 3 hours. 1.5 hour per tire change. Don't go there!! You will lose all your day. I even not talking about wait time. If you get 2 cars in front of you then good luck if your turn comes in 4 hours.

I really hope no one ever has to use the road hazard warranty. I won’t knock the employees too hard because a lot of it is out of their control. Got turned away because they were full up with appointments which is understandable, but the only way to set appointments is for oil changes and when you purchase new tires. If you want to use the warranty you paid for you’re SOL. Employee didn’t ask any questions and told me to just buy a patch kit and do it myself. Punctured sidewalls are not repairable and shouldn’t be patched, but if someone doesn’t know that it’s dangerous advice. Also what’s the point of paying for a warranty when they tell you to just go buy something else? Since the same tire wasn’t in stock, the only way they offered to get it replaced was by buying a new tire online and setting an appointment and getting reimbursed for it after under warranty. Walmart already proved they can’t handle the warranty already so why would I ever expect that trying to get reimbursed would be simple? Again not the fault of the employees, Walmart just has no system in place for a paid service they offer.

Worst place to bring your car for tire replacement. I have the two front tires that need to be replaced. I had an appt set at 11AM. I showed up at 10:45 AM. The tech checked me in, and he said that it would be done within one to one and a half hours. The tech did not start to replace my tire until 1:45PM. That's almost 3 hrs. What kind of service is this? Why take an appt and then not work on it till 3 hrs. Later. Will never go there again for tire replacement.

Everybody is terrible like the male manager in the Auto Care Center. He doesn’t have patience to customers. Terrible customer service. I was confused on the line because they do not have apparent signs and this male manager shouted on me for asking twice where should I fall in line. This trip was also a waste of time because they told me I can just walk in and wait. They made me wait for a very long time but they end up telling me they cannot do the service because they don’t have enough people to do it. People who works here has different rules and different things to say. The woman I talked to said they can do it but the other one told me they cannot. It is a chaos. I have wasted my precious time at Walmart. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Absolute incompetence. I don’t usually like supporting big box stores over local independent shops but I couldn’t find my set of desired tires cheaper anywhere else so I reluctantly gave wal mart my business. I immediately regretted my decision. Mounting and balancing tires is about as straight forward and simple of a job as can be expected, yet somehow, on the way home, a catastrophic, dizzying vibration radiated through the entire car, ending at a steering wheel violently shaking in my hands at sub highway speeds. Not wanting to wait another 4 hrs(even with an appointment) for them to fix their mistake, I directed my business to a trusted local tire shop. Immediately, before even pulling the tires off and rebalancing, they noted that one tire didn’t even have any balancing weights and after inspection and rebalancing, stated that each of the four tires were severely out of balance and placement of prior weights seemed random and without reason, possibly making balance even worse off than without weights at all. So, no…I will not be returning or recommending this service center to others.

After dealing with the stress of our car battery dying and needing a tow, 1st thing this morning my husband encounters Mia who says “we can’t install your battery today because we’re short staffed” when he asked if we could schedule an appointment for later, she said “no, appointments are for tires only, try the Wal Mart on Fort Apache or a car center”. He left and found out how much extra it would be to have it towed further. About an hour later I went there (our car was near this location) and spoke with a very sweet older lady w long black hair, I wish I new her name, but she informed us we could definitely leave the car and they would get to it as time permits. And they did!! When we returned we encountered Debbie and Jabari the technician that installed the battery. They were all amazing and provided amazing customer service!! 5 starts despite the one, she can’t ruin all the good of the others! Thank you all again!

Great service even when there’s a massive line. Staff is really helpful and was accommodating when my Toyota had a bad flat tire. Incredibly busy every time I visit but the best customer service of the shops in town

I arrived at this place at 9.30 am, and I left at 4 pm and they didn't change the tire and still charged me for the repair, and I have a guarantee. The service and the service sucks. Don't come to this place

I was there to do an oil change at 4:20 pm and waited for long after I called to the auto motive and they said they are closed all the time happen to me just try different auto but this Walmart auto is not good for time and they waste time

They claim to be open until 7pm. Arrived at 5:40pm for an oil change. I was turned away because they “weren’t taking anymore customers”. They only had one other car out front to work on, so I’m not sure how they can turn away customers an hour and 20 minutes before they close. update your posted hours if this is how you operate.

this place is horrible. don't come here no matter how much it costs. i had an appointment at 8am. checked in at 7:49am. it took them 4 hours to install 2 front tires. they couldn't give me a receipt because their printer broke. wow i laughed ... what else could go wrong.
