I visited the Walmart Auto at the Boulder Location in Las Vegas, and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The restrooms had a very fresh clean smell. Overall, the store was really nice. The automotive section was very clean. The associates that worked there were very helpful. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to get a battery installed. They checked me in at 11:19 and I didn’t leave there until 12:58. It looked like some of the guys that could’ve been working on cars were on the register, checking people out. I did talk to manager Mary and let her know I applied for the cashier position in that department and waiting for a response.

I wish I could give you 0 stars. I’m very disappointed. I scheduled to take care 4 tires for uncle Pedro , 2 days ago, I even wanted to take care the payment for it, they told me I had no option to do that. I picked the 4 tires, they put them in the back, they asked for all my information and supposedly I was set for today at 8:00AM. Uncle Pedro was there before 7:45AM today and they told him there was no scheduled time, and they could only take care 2 tires so he would have to go back Sunday for the other 2 tires. I don’t know how people are so incompetent and not consider others. This is unacceptable.

Never again! The price for an oil change is affordable, but the $30 you save over Jiffy Lube/Quaker State IS NOT WORTH IT. Waited over 3 hours, NOT exaggerating, for a compact car oil change on Friday September 6. They weren't understaffed, the supervisor Team Lead was there. Most oil change shops take 15-30 minutes, 45 minutes at the most. The staff just kept saying we'll bring your car in the bay soon to blow us off, many other customers needing tires waited for many hours too. When we checked in, the staff should of just told us about long delays and to come back another time. The oil change was done right, but there was no excuse for the poor service!

Si quieres perder tiempo y salir de ahí sin resolver algo pues este es el lugar . Pedí mi cita desde temprano para las 2 pm llego a tiempo para cambiar el filtro del aire y el aceite al carro después de 2 horas y media me dicen que no pudieron cambiarle el aceite al carro porq el filtro del aceite estaba muy duro que fuera a otro lugar para que lo cambiaran perdí casi toda la tarde allí y nisiquiera me informaron de lo que pasaba hasta 2 horas y media después es una falta de respeto 😡

Bought 3 sets of tires , on this car last 6 yrs. Get oil changes regularly. I saved best tire from a set they had replaced with new. In case I ever need tire in emergency. Now this tire was bought from them. Drove in on spare donut tire and wanted them to put saved tire on. They called mgr, she refused saying " won't replace with a used tire" I even had receipt plus in their computer. Didn't want to purchase a new tire( would replace with full set later ) when my finances were ready ( would of been within month).So I drove on donut to a small " tire" shop on bldr hwy and they put my tire on the rim, and installed. This mgr not being trained to look at big picture to take care of a loyal REPEAT customer ( 70 yrs old).Went in following months to Firestone and bought a New full set. The maturity of a month takes time in their position, but this young lady was ill prepared to hold a decision making position. If I should get a flat, Next stop would be Firestone.

Oil change is fine but the pieces as covering are screwed tightly and loosely on the other which is a dangerous thing and almost cost me more money.Wont come back.

Horrible service I was the first person in line when they opened. I talked with the lead associate about the oil change that I needed, We went through her book and found the filter, and she brought it out to me. TWO HOURS LATER My car JUST got in the bay and they are now saying they don’t have the filter. I am not mad that they don’t have the filter I need for my car I am upset because how am I the first person here but yet I had to wait two hours for you guys to figure that out smh A complete waste of my time.

I had a 10am appointment to replace 2 tires. The service bays were empty and I was the only car in line. At 10:45 the service bays were still empty. At 11:30 they finally finished. They left tire seal compound all over my rims and tires. They left the stickers on my tires without attempting to remove them. Once I got in the car I had a dash panal warning for my suspension system. They somehow disconnected the electronic computer control connector on my shocks!

This is a warning ⚠️ If you want poor customer service, and a Ridiculous wait time then this place is for you. We decided to give Walmart a chance since we saw a few good prices on some tires. We bought the tires, and made a appointment for the next day at 9am. They warned us if we were 15 minutes late that are appointment would be canceled. We arrived the nex day at 8:45am 15 minutes early just to be safe. When we checked in the technician said that we were going to have to wait because at 9am they hadn't even started on the 7am appointments yet. What kind of business makes appointments so they can start on them 2 hours later? We watch many people that morning just wanting their cars back so they could just leave. (Lost money, and customers.) My wife and I ended up waiting 5 hours to get tire on the car. We asked why it took so long and the technician said he didn't know how to balance the tires on the machine. WHAT!!! WHY ARE YOU WORKING THERE THEN. This place is the worst!!! I will never buy anything from the autocare center ever again.

Came in at 8am for an oil change. 2 hours before they even started the service. When asked why it is taking so long, "I'm not sure what was written up before you" was the answer I got. There was 1 car here before me for an oil change. Also, I was sitting in the waiting area for 45 min and saw my SUV in the bay.... Why was it just sitting there all that time??? No wonder why Walmart had a bad name. Here we wait another hour before it's done. Great job 👍

They suck they never even answer the dam phone for u to even check on your car literally the phone a be ringing off the hook.even not busy and they never pick up. Corporate Bentonville y'all need do something bout this boulder highway Walmart can't even ask if car ready or no questions they to evil to even answer ..and it's been a pattern of this awful

Well at this stage my wife and I have actually thought that Walmart itself my just not like white seniors unless their easy marks to rip off,cause there's not a person there that cares at least for your bad experience or not. You start to wonder if the people that are looting stores like that aren't just getting their money back after being ripped of by them. We are not going to dwell on this forever,just wanted to make you folks aware of their business practices. Have a great life Walmart,Iam moving on
