I would not recommend coming here for any type of tire installment. My appointment was 4:00 PM. I did show up early around 3:30 PM. The lady informed me they were running behind. I told her it was OK as my appointment wasn’t until 4 o’clock anyways, I was estimated the installment would take an hour so it would be done by 5:00 PM, it was nearly 6:00 PM before I ever received my car back. My dad went with me to get this done, He went to check on it around 5:30 PM and only one tire had been taken off so far. A one hour event turned into About 2 1/2. As I was going to my car, I realized my center cap was broken off one of my rims. When we asked about it, she informed me it was in the cupholder. We were never informed that anything was broken off my vehicle until we discovered it ourselves. The only compensation I received was a $10 Walmart gift card after paying about $330 in total for the tires and installment. Very disappointed

The 1st guy I talked to was pleasant. He answered my questions and said they will be able to help me. The female who took my info when I drove around was pleasant. She explained why I couldn't get the level oil change I was wanting, she joked around and let me know the probable put come. After everything was done, I went to the guy at the register. He was talking to another female customer, so I patiently waited. When he finished talking to her, he walked out without as much as a word to me. When he came back in, he asked my name, I gave it to him. Then another employee came in and started talking to him. He carried on a conversation with him hesitating long enough to tell me the cost and then continued the conversation with him. I paid then I had to ask of they did anything with my flat tire (THE MAIN REASON I WENT THERE) and he said no giving a brief reason why. I asked why they didn't call me, because I needed it done to drive home. He said it just got finished. I told him that wasn't true, because I saw it sitting in the parking spot for almost 45 minutes. He then said I could try to see if they could put a new tire on if I wanted to drive back around. This man should not be working in customer service. He lies, and is more interested in talking to other employees than his customers. I think if I didn't ask him, he never would have told me about the tires. I will never go here again.

Do not go there got two new tires put on at 830am bye 1130 I was imon the side of the road with a flat tire call them they would to busy to get. Me In had to go to another Walmart to get fix just because they forgot to put the valve stem in i will never go back to them

Had a tire go flat and wasn't fixable. Planned on going for one tire replacement and adjustments. They were able to get me in without an appointment and quickly changed all 4 tires after I asked. Very grateful for how quick and affordable it was to get new tires on my car.

Maddie & Prabin and Jerrad are the one who deserves the 5 stars I was lucky that they working that day call around 11 for a flat tire she got me in for 12 ALTHOUGH I called the previous day multiple times to set an appointment one of them was on hold for 24 minutes employees answered the phone kept putting me on hold !!!! Thank you MADDIE & Prabin for doing your job in the best .way .

Appointments are recommended, however with one technician on staff, you might as well leave it or find another service center.

Needed two tires. Firestone and Big O were going to make me wait a week. Walmart got me in and out in under an hour!

The guy running the register was very helpful and pleasant as can be probably the nicest employee i have ever met anywhere in my entire 37 years here on earth. Blonde hair he had and he fixed us right up thanks a bunch.

They NEVER answer the phone
