I have a Waranty on my battery, Walmart workers refuse to give me a replacement battery after my battery came back bad when they tested. Very disappointed.

Had an appointment at 10am. Showed up 15 min early. No one working in the service bays or at the customer check-in desk, and the doors to go in were locked.

Grocery store not auto center. I wouldn’t trust the auto center due to the grocery store. In store ok I guess as long as you check expiration dates on your food items. Pickup and delivery service is awful. I’ve reported and have been refunded multiple times. Pickup the associates throw your items in the car, very young and disrespectful. Delivery ha! Good luck they delivery to any address and then send you a “good news” text that your items have been delivered. This store needs to meet the same fate as the Hurstbourne Lane and Green Belt Hwy stores… close immediately.

Never answered the phone because they don’t have a phone took my car and the kept it for a few hours just to say they can’t fix my tire then said they tried to call me when they don’t even have a phone

2nd battery in one week. Cold weather killed the batteries in my truck and wife's car. Got fast replacements at excellent prices.

Bought new tires only waited about 40 minutes. My only complaint was the person who mounted them had been working on a vehicle previously and his hands had grease and oil on them . There were greasy hand prints all over my new car and on the Grey steering wheel.

They did get to my vehicle immediately but it took them an hour and a half to mount my tires. Then when they gave me my vehicle back I found that they assumed my tire pressure should be 33 psi instead of looking at the sticker inside my door and seeing it needs to be at 37 cold. Had to drive all the way home on brand new under inflated tires. They kept losing pressure all the way home. Had to fix it myself. Should have just done the whole thing myself. I'm going to make sure I get a refund because I paid over $100 for them to improperly mount my tires

The staff that works at auto care have an unprofessional attitude with customers including the supervisor, they canceled an appointment for a tire installation and then told me that I did not have any appointment with them, I had to call customer service for the refund of money for the irresponsibility of the staff who work at Walmart auto care! God bless you and help you work for his glory!

Walmart Auto Services is affordable and reliable. Perfect for Oil and Tires changes. However, even if we usually make an appointment, we spend about 2 hours waiting for the car. Just make sure to have the day off to get all you need done.
