If I could give zero stars I would. I got there half an hour before my scheduled appointment and they made me sit in my car and wait half an hour before anyone came up to me. Finally somebody did and started filling out their iPad and walked away. They didn’t come back to me for another half hour and they said they wouldn’t have time to do the job that only takes 45 minutes. This was 2 hours before they closed. Don’t come here expecting them to actually get work done.

Second time messing my car air filter up. This is the second time I have had an oil change at the Fern Creek Wal Mart Auto Center and they are not putting my air filter back on right causing my check engine light to come on. They put the air filter on backwards and didn't tighten the screws up right. They where not even screwed in just sitting in the hole. If I was someone that didn't know any better this would have costed me a lot of money to get fix as the check engine code was for a MAF sensor that is roughly $100 and that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. I 1000% do NOT recommend FERN CREEK WAL MART AUTO CENTER to do oil changes.

This is the worst tire center I've ever been to. Even with an appointment, they keep you waiting for three hours just to change your oil. They always complain about being short-handed, but every time I'm here, I see four or five people running around and doing nothing.

I’m a Walmart employee at the distribution warehouse I would like to keep coming here but I can’t get anyone to answer my call. I don’t mind paying for the filter since my car is a 2023 but I have limited time to come in due to work schedule. I am supposed to get my discount but for some reason don’t.

This auto center has messed up my wheels and tires on 2 different cars. They have over-tightened lug nuts to the point they had to be cut off. They refused to honor the road hazard warranty on 2 tires that were only 5 months old by claiming too much tread was worn off. When I took the tires to a different Walmart they told me that was not true. Won't be going back.

I had an appointment today, Sunday, at 7 am to change my car's oil. I waited from 6:45 am until 8:15 am, only for someone to tell me they were closed because they didn't have anyone available. I find this disrespectful to the customer and shows a lack of attention to service.

I have been getting my oil changed at this Walmart for many, many years and never had an issue until the past few months. I came by on Monday and was told that they are only doing oil changes Wednesdays and Saturdays, which isn't posted anywhere. The hours listed on Google for Wednesdays are 8-5. I showed up at 4 only to be told that they were doing oil changes earlier in the day, but the person left already amd its actually Wednesdays and Fridays, btw. I will not attempt to get any automotive service from this Walmart again. The customer service is at a bare minimum and I'm not rewarding this ridiculous behavior with my hard earned money. Too many other places to get an oil change to put up with that. It's also important to note that the tech I spoke with on Monday told me that another Walmart has like 17 people that change oil, but no one wants to work at the Fern Creek automotive center. Wonder why that is?

Don't even waste your time calling - they let the phone ring for 20 minutes and were extremely rude when answering. Apparently they don't need/want customers.

Don’t come here if it is an urgent situation, you’ll end up spending more money to pay for Triple A to tow you to a different tire shop because they operate on appointments only. Note to the managers, car emergencies are not always able to be planned out. Sincerely, Annoyed

Bought tires online and had them sent to this location because they had an appointment time that fit my needs. When I arrived for appointment on time was told they would start it in 30mins. 2 hours later, they were just getting started. All I got from the manager was a sorry, I don’t know why I took so long. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. But I won’t be going back, and would recommend not going to this location.

I own 4 vehicles. I have been taking them here for all my oil changes and tire replacement for almost 20 yrs. I've gone in to get oil change for 3 weeks now only to be turned away. They say they're not doing oil changes that day or the guy in front of me I'd the last one for the day. I will never, ever go back to this location again. I will take my business to a competitor

I want the cheapest oil change. " No problem buddy i hear ya." "So you just want the standard?" Yeah the cheap one. Guess what? They gave me the standard, not the cheap one. See what he did there? Yeah i did have said no not the standard but since 11 seconds earlier i had said the cheapest that couldn't have disappeared from the ether that quick could it? Anyway, no biggie, it's was 10 bucks, it just irks me.

If you're in need of an oil change, new tires or a battery checkup, this is the place to go! Cool staff, quick service and great prices. Definitely recommend.

Paid around 200 for one 20 inch tire and had it installed at this location. I noticed upon getting back into the vehicle that the tire pressure was about 8-10 lbs low. I said something to the manager and he said after driving for a while it would go up. Drove for 24 hours and now my tire pressure is down to 22!! Called and they can’t even get me in to fix it. Even though I told them it was wrong before I left. I did not want to go to wal mart but it was the only way I could get a tire this week. Never again.

Took my truck to the care center to have them install a battery with a minor post problem so I had them install it to save me the hassle. It's been awhile since I'd been up there. But things seemed more organized. They had a new Mgr. She was very knowledgeable. Very pleased
