No tuve buena experiencia, me entregaron mi carro como que le habían hecho el cambio de aceite y no le hicieron nada, lo que provocó que mi carro empezará a tener problema tuve que ir con otro mecánico y cuando revisó estaba pasado de aceite pues no le avían sacado el viejo y le echaron el nuevo encima. No lo recomiendo fue muy mal trabajo.😔😔😡

Been here for over 2 hours waiting for my single tire to be patched... Highly concerning definitely go to the Middletown one UPDATE: AFTER THEY HAD MY CAR AND KEYS FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS I COME AROUND THE BACK TO SEE MY CAR SITTING THERE WITH NOTHING DONE TO IT AT ALL I WASTED MY TIME HERE DONT BE LIKE ME AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE OR LIKE I SAID GO TO MIDDLETOWN

I brought my car in to have a tire repaired under warranty. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and they had forgotten my car. The next day I brought it back and waited over 30 minutes in my car before anyone even spoke to me about what was wrong with the car. All I needed to do was drop it off for them to work on at some point during the day. I couldn’t leave because the tire was losing air too fast so I was late getting back to work because they are inefficient at just basic task of finding out what’s wrong so the owner can leave.

Seriously these people are the nicest, most hardworking employees ever. This place was absolutely slammed and I had a weird situation (flipped my car, and it had significant body damage + tire issues but was still drivable), but they very patiently assisted me and provided a lot of info I wouldn’t have otherwise known (not a car person). They really made my day wayyyy less stressful. Thank you!

I waited two hours for an oil change and there was no one to talk to or tell me anything. They are very lazy in their work. I feel frustrated.

It is always good to be able to walk around and look while you are waiting! They also installed a front turn signal bulb and didn't charge me any more, I just had to pay for the bulb!

It is damn near impossible to get anybody to answer a phone. It will ring for 30 minutes unanswered, and if you hang up and call again it will continue to ring. I doubt that anybody even answers the phone, or if there is a phone at all. I would like to comment on there work, but I was unable to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment. Hopefully they can develop an AI to answer phones, since apparently the people running the mechanic shop are incapable of doing so.

The service itself—getting tire replaced—was good and surprisingly speedy. So kudos to the mechanics! Otoh, the inside/retail end of it sucked, starting with calling before heading over. Multiple unanswered calls. Then, when they finally picked up, I was immediately put on hold (no human voice was heard). During the next 25 minutes—part of which I was standing at the counter for—the call was picked up twice (when the phone rang them back) and immediately put back on hold. To top it off, getting the answer to my simple question was not only hugely overcomplicated, the answer they (𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺!) gave me was wrong. I know from experience that working retail can really bite. But if you're not up to it, find a different job.

They told me one hour for service … went and got groceries…. It’s been over two hours now … frozen groceries melting … no one is standing near my vehicle in the bay zlots of mechanics walking around in the store with their thumbs up their a**… don’t come here unless you have half of your afternoon to waist ..they don’t care..

I will NEVER return to any Walmart auto center!! My fiancé and I came in for an oil change a few weeks ago, when we came in there was nothing wrong with our car other than the oil change. When we picked up our car later, the engine light came on and it had no boost plus a clicking noise so we took it back and they told us there was nothing they could do and that it “wasn’t their problem”. If I could give 0 starts, I would.

If I could of given 0 stars I would have one of my daughter tires come apart we did not have a spare to put on the car to actually drive the car to Walmart bashford manor location so we took 2 of the tires with us was gonna purchase 2 new tires at that time to be able to drive the car to also replace the other 2 and asked about the rd hazzard and was told I could not have rd hazzard without the car being with me although I had all the cars info like how was I going to get the car with busted tire there needless to say they just lost a 400$ sale cause they didn’t want to warranty the tires never will go to that location again and the manager was very rude

Mas de una hora de espera y no por que habían muchos autos si no por que tenían los slot vacíos y los autos esperando, no había ningún auto en servicio durante una hora y media en que tuve que irme. Horrible y pésimo lo peor, nadie viene a decirte nada, no hay ni explicación ni disculpas. Peor lugar jamas visto para hacer un servicio. No lo recomiendo jamas y a mis amigos ya les dije que ni fueran que es pésimo. La última vez pusieron mal el registro de mis millas. Pero hoy fue la gota que desbordó el vaso.

HORRIBLE - does not give you a time estimate , you have to get out the car , I had to wait an hr, not to mention they don’t have tap pay and the online pay system they had didn’t know how to take the money off my card . The waiting room is just metal benches in a tire room smells like rubber , no phone charger ports , no tv no magazines just horrible . Walmart can do better , go to valvaline the extra 6$ is worth it .

Oil change time. These guys did a GREAT JOB and they were short handed so it took awhile. Always very busy but it gaves me a chance to walk around without having to rush. Really it's a FIVE STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. IT'S LOWER BECAUSE OF THIS.... I don't know if someone called in or Walmart just can't hire enough people or maybe don't want to hire anyone, but they need someone else in the main auto repair waiting area. The young man had to keep leaving that area because the cash register didn't work. So the customers had to go out of the main waiting room with him to pay their bill. What's wrong with that? Well, no one could exit the doors because the employee has to unlock the door so you can leave. THAT'S A SAFETY HAZARD. What if there had been a fire or some other type of emergency... NOT GOOD WALMART..... NOT GOOD!!! FIX THE DOG GONE CASH REGISTER (hopefully by now it has been fixed. I should go check it out). There are two reasons why I think Walmart wants the door locked... 1. Prevent theft and it's not a main entrance 2. So no one gets hit by a car pulling up to be serviced? Maybe.... However, patrons nor employees can leave to get to their vehicle until that attendant comes back. If the cash register was fixed then the attendant could just push the button. Simple fix. Happy customer. WALMART... EITHER REPAIR THE REGISTER, BUY A NEW ONE 😱 OR HIRE ANOTHER PERSON TO WORK BACK THERE. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ... EVEN IF YOU Don't CARE ABOUT US.
