4 hours to do oil change? And same excuse every time “we have appointments” ‏This is the worst Walmart auto service location I’ve ever visited. The manager, Will, and the associate, Mercy, are both extremely slow in customer service, making it hard for customers to want to come back. Will spends too much time chatting with customer, explaining things while there’s a long line, ignoring the waiting customers. Mercy isn’t bad, but she seems inexperienced and requires guidance. It seems like Will is trying to train her, but this only adds to the waiting time for everyone. This is honestly the worst auto care experience I’ve had. If there’s no response or improvement from management, this visit may truly be my last.

I bought warranty on my tires and when I came for a flat tire the guy refused to get it in saying it's normal the tire goes low then said it's not fixable without knowing where the leak was just by looking at the tire, he refused to give me his name & wasted 20 minutes of my time Spoke with management & they offered to get my car in but I refused to deal with such unprofessional staff worrying they may do something to my car

I recently had a terrible experience at the Walmart Auto Center. I purchased two tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. When I arrived, a man approached my vehicle, and I informed him of my appointment. He didn’t seem to care, and another employee came over. In front of me, they sarcastically asked each other, “Hey, do we have anyone that puts tires on here?” before walking away. When one of them finally came back to assist me, the other returned just to inform me that I was late and they were canceling my appointment and I would now be considered a walk-in. I told him it didn’t matter because I intended to just drop my car off, but he responded with another smart remark and I told him I do not appreciate his attitude and he walked away. As I handed over my keys, I could hear him mocking me behind my back. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking, and it got worse when I went inside to speak to a manager. The woman working there immediately guessed the names of both men based on my description of their behavior, which clearly shows this isn’t the first time they’ve had complaints about these two, Santiago and Matthew. If you work in customer service, you should know how to treat customers respectfully. Judging by the numerous negative reviews of this location, they’re failing miserably at one of the most basic aspects of running a business. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible service Got there early for an oil change, my car was done pretty quick. They had my car just sitting in the shop for a hour after it was done.

Very bad customer service manager,staff techs 2 times made appt. No service for new tires no staff to put tires on and when staff was finally available late for appt and oncell phones dealing with personal problems !! Walmart needs to hire responsible staff that wants to show up for work on time and do there job very sad they are wasting customers time and walmart sales we walked out no service!!!

Was in line at 7:00 with only two other people in front of me and took 2 hours just for an oil change person told me before taking my car it should not take more than 45 minutes but took 2 hours ... have better communication poor service

The technician was nice...But clearly he didn't listen or care to. I stated the two front tires NEED to be replaced, as they were both old and one had a nail. Finally got the notification two hours later to come get it..Quick look at the new tires, everything looked fine but was curious why they were on the back, figured he rotated them for me since I asked about rotating...few days later, air sensor goes off, same tire, with the same nail, still in the front. Which means they replaced the back tires that were more new than the front ones. So now I have to get 2 more tires.

Bad experience even when they’re aren’t busy at all. I Called in to confirm it wasn’t busy and the lady said it wasn’t at all and that it would be quick, I came at around 7:55am and parked but the door was closed so I went to the car entrances and the workers turned their heads as soon as they saw me so I walk to the other side and they walked away except for one older gentleman that said if I pulled up someone would be right with me to write me up so I went back to my car and pulled up and wait for over 20 minutes while workers were just walking around looking at me, even the car behind me that was also waiting left so I waited a a little longer and nobody came to write me up even though it was dead so l left and called them and asked if it was now busy all of a sudden and she said no and that I have to go up to them so they can write me up.

The headlight restoration was absolutely amazing. I’m not giving them a five stars because it took 4 hours on a Monday (including waiting before they started working on my car) to get oil, battery, and headlight restoration done.

Last week had tires put on my Ram. Had appointment set, no other cars in tire bay, still took 2 and a half hours to mount and balance. Drive for a week, horrible vibrations, came back in, no other cars in tire bay, promised me 30 minutes to complete. Did not even start on tires for 45 minutes. Asked manager about it, and she doesn't seem to care. I would go to a different location, I know I will.

So I see they deleted my last review I went in for a oil change two weeks ago a hour after my engine blew entirely I had mieneke look at it and they said that Walmart did not replace my filter cap on top of a bunch of other little parts they did not put back got a call from rose (on her personal cell phone during business hours) the auto manager at Walmart after she laughed at me and told me my car had a oil leak basically demanding me to bring my car back so she can see what’s going on I don’t trust her or her team I think if I take my car back they will make a hole somewhere to prove a oil leak that mieneke is telling me and has documentation that there isn’t and wasn’t ever a oil leak I don’t have tow money to keep bringing my car to her I am having a attorney contact them as I have no car and no compensation from Walmart at all and I made note that my last review was taken down and let the lawyer know that as well do not let them work on your car

Don't ever answer their phone and when you do get through appointments aren't available immediately rather have to be scheduled days out at a time for a service that used to be so simple....

After making an appointment 2 weeks in advance, getting there 20min before the time schedule, not having any other customers before myself, it took them 3 hours to replace 4 tires. The next day, I realized the 2 tires were installed the wrong way (tires show the rotation on ther side wall, failure to follow this, friction, speed and pressure can result on the tires to come apart while in movement) . Went there again. They wouldn't accept on their records they installed wrong and mark it as "fixing a flat tire" ...plausible deniability on their system, ...and we all know that "computers NEVER lie" except for the people who enter the information and who is going to believe the customer? Right? It took them 2 hours.

Worst service!! They always try to guess the problem with your car. Changed my batteries but still had a problem, so they told me to change it to a different battery size( cost additional 100$) but seems out that the issue is not with the battery. I requested to replace back the cheaper battery but they said no even though they are the ones who made the wrong guess.

All I did was buy a battery. I already had it pulled from the vehicle. They tested it and confirmed it was bad. They looked up the right battery, and it was a quick transaction.

Terrible experience here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if it was the last and only place available. They clearly don’t care about honoring the service agreements they sell. Only about selling. The safety of their customers is the obviously last on their list of priorities. If you value your safety, time and money, go quite literally anywhere else. Period. Rude. Untruthful and uncaring.

Took like two hours to get to my car for a tire patch on a slow air leak, and then told me I needed to replace the whole tire because they couldn't patch it due to the angle of the nail to which I said "okay, leave it how it is, I'll get a second opinion". I took it down the road to a tire shop, told them I needed a patch, and they repaired it within about 15 minutes for 20$. I'm guessing the mechanics make commissions.
