Waited almost four hours on oil change. This is sad. I want be back and they act like they don’t care. One of the man keep running in and out not working and they say Walmart want hire any help. My back was killing time I got out. I had a lot of errands to run and I’m just waiting. The service was bad and customer service was bad.

Not always a huge fan of Walmart, and knowing that it was around 4:30 when I went to the auto center to get my tire repaired, I was expecting a wait. However, the employee who was working, Garrick, put a rush on my car and got it taken care of within 45 minutes during rush hour. Absolutely amazing!

I have been coming to his auto center since I got my first car in 2011 (so well over 10 years) I’ve noticed over the last 4-5 years it has truly declined terribly. The customer service is piss poor and every mechanic has an attitude when asked simple questions that you would want and need to know before leaving your car in their care. They move at their own pace, never open on time, and do whatever they want once they have your keys (like moving other cars and customers in front of you without contacting you first to know what your timeline is or what you may have going on that day.) I’d honestly recommend driving the extra 10-15 minutes down the road and going to the Walmart auto center on Memorial & Penn instead. Anytime I’ve gone they’ve been respectful, HONEST, and very kind I’ll never go back to this location again. I had the pleasure of being helped by “Chantz” he had the WORST customer service and attitude I’ve ever received at this location

Absolutely the worse experience ever. I got there at noon to have 3 tires changed. They said no problem give us an hour and half. So my 4 year old and six month pregnant self decided that we could hold out for that long. But it took FOUR hours!!!! The workers were standing around chatting instead of working… No apologies for estimating the time incorrectly. Not to mention the waiting area has no a/c so you sit in there waiting to have a heat stroke while the workers are just hanging around. Do yourself a favor and go to a place with professionals…maybe a little extra money but 1000000% worth it. Wish I could rate them a zero.

Zero stars if I could, waited 2 hrs in line for the oil change. When it was my turn I went in the store for 20 minutes tops. Came back to the auto center to find all of the doors locked! They were closed! I had to walk all the way around the building to get to my car which they had pulled out and left with the doors unlocked and everything. I hadn't paid and I didn't have my keys. And I had no idea what to do because I gave them my contact information to call me and let me know that my service was done and they did not contact me at all. So unprofessional!! I went through hell and had to find a manager who's never even delt with automotive to come and help me. It was such a horrible experience I'll never come back.

I waited one and a half hours after they told me everything was good to go. Walking around Walmart. Just to go back and find out they don’t have but only one of the tires that I needed when they said they had them all. I walked around an hour and a half in Walmart and I have Lou Gehrig’s Disease . They didn’t care to even call around to other Walmarts . The manager was 100% rude and the clerk was 100% an idiot! Do yourself a favor, and do not go here for anything especially your tires As they have nobody there, that Has any competency. The most ridiculous waste of time I have ever spent

Went to get a oil change and brought my own oil filter because most places do not have in stock. When I was checking in the employee stated they did not have my oil filter and I said that’s ok I have one and just wanted to make sure that the filter charge is subtracted from my bill. He stated they wouldn’t be able to that because it is a filter they don’t have in stock. I stated if I can’t get a filter charge subtracted I didn’t want to pay for something they are not providing. He didn’t offer to get a manger to ask just so i just left

Takes forever. I'm here just to buy a tire so I can put it on and be on my way. I've been here for 2 hours and I see my tires just sitting on the ground. Last time I come here. Theres lots of other places who do these things in a timely manner so you don't have to stand around and wait.

Everytime I get my tires changed they never take long and they're normally really friendly. But everytime I try to call to set up an appointment I either get left on hold for 30 minutes to an hour or they'll just hang up before I have the chance to speak.

I came in at 3pm trying to buy new tires and they tell me they have the tires I want but aren't doing anymore tires for the day and set up an appointment for me to come back at 7am the next morning but when I got there I had to stand around for 30 minutes before anyone ever came to open the auto care and they tell us someone called out and so they won't open until 10am. This is the third time I've tried to come to this location to be met with disappointment.

I have been to the auto care 2 times in the last month and neither time did they open until nearly 7:30. This wouldn't be an issue if things weren't planned around the time.

Worst service ever. Went in got my tires patched up due a slow leak. They fixed the leak which was awesome but failed to mention that they do not include a tire balance with a tire repair which is completely retarded. They should have either offered the balance for the additional price or just informed me. This was a 3 hour wait. Now I’ve been trying to get back in the last two weeks just to get it balanced which takes not even 10 minutes and they can never get me in. This morning I decided to try and get there early so I can be the first one in and out and somehow all of their techs decided not to show up for work this morning and it would be a 4 hour wait.

Do not go there for your tires. They will mess up your car then lie to you and say it was already like that. Crazy that the only tire that needed work on it was somehow already messed up. YEAH RIGHT

I never give Walmart 5 star's because it's Walmart but I do have to say the automotive department is outstanding. Had my oil changed a couple month's ago and it was cheaper than most. I went last week and thought I'd have to buy 2 tires and the man said Why? I told him I thought Walmart policy was you had to buy 2. He told me know so I got almost the same tires I have on my car for a great price.

Price of tire was extremely reasonable, wait time to have tire installed was maybe a hour at most. When I got into my car there was a nice relief of my car being locked up tight when the service was complete. People and help was awesome

Worst service I have ever experienced. I have a great mechanic that I have used for years, unfortunately I was in a pinch and needed a tire patched on a Sunday. Dropped my vehicle off only to get a call 4 hours lager that my lug nuts were stripped so bad that they could not get wheel off. I asked service manager to show me. Funny thing is the only lug nuts on the whole vehicle that were stripped on the whole vehicle were on the one wheel he was supposed to take off. Clearly indicating that they had stripped them. They refused to admit fault and repair the damage that they had caused. Leaving me with a sure to be expensive repair. Awful and unacceptable.
