Purchased a tire, got it installed & everything went pretty good. However later on i got a nail in the tire and I came back to get it fix under warranty, well they made me wait about 40 mins inside the store, tried to charged me $18 and when I got my car back and I looked at the tire it was absolutely the same way I left it, still had the nail in it.

Horrible service. Every single customer waiting on their cars was complaining. We were there for 2 hours and they had only changed 1 tire. My husband told them not to put on the other tires and he went somewhere else to get them put on. The workers do not know what they are doing. Do NOT go there unless you want to spend your day there. I went to Los Amigos 3 on western and they put my new tire on and balanced it and everything within 10 minutes if even.

When they gave me my keys back they asked if my ABS light was on previously and I said no, they let me know that it’s on now and asked what I wanted to do or if I wanted to speak to a manager? Like this is my problem now? Like they’re not the ones that work there and did the tire change? Told me to get the code scanned at Autozone and see if it needs a new sensor, IT DIDNT NEED A NEW SENSOR BEFORE YOU CHANGED THE TIRE.

Called to ask about a new battery for my backup truck. Acted like they had it and when I arrived, the shelf was empty. Nothing in the back. Their computer system apparently can’t check other stores. I went to Costco and bought an interstate for the same price. I won’t be back to Walmart for a car battery.

it's terrible every time i go, i wait for someone to speak to me for 15-20 minutes even when its not busy just horrible customer service every time. they also have people working there that have to idea what they are talking about i get a different price every time when asking for the exact same service as well. do not go here unless you have 4 hours to get one tire changed

I was overcharged. The manager pretended to correct my ticket but he didn't completely reverse the overcharged. I WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Updated review: this was the second time I came to buy a new tire. The first time was a two star that I was not happy. This second time was a lot better. The guy who worked on putting on two tires that I purchased from Walmart Auto, worked fast. I was very satisfied with his service and the two tires that I bought.

Me and my husband ha e been very happy with there customer service. This last time the didn't refill my windshield wiper fluid though and this has been the only problem I've ever had. I went back in and the took care of the problem. Thanks you guys for taking care of our vehicles!

The oil change went great except for now I have a tpms light on in my car that wasn't there before. You never knew you getting more oil change would end up cost me more money won't be going to Walmart again

Broke my the part they use to unlock the tire I come back after 2 hours and they say we did nothing cuz we couldn’t unlock the tires. Then we say you broke the tool and he says yes because your stud is messed up!!!! Bunch of rude don’t go there if you don’t want them to mess up your car ! Awful awful awful

I shopped for groceries and other home accessories why they change the oil in my car 🚗. it was quick and professional and they were very nice and polite I'm definitely take my car back there when it needs any type of service.. and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends..☺️

Spent about 20-30 at the auto center. A battery change was all I wanted and I spent more time trying to get one done than it takes to actually do the job. Further more I still was never told how much or how long I was going to be. I understand they only had two techs but I was not acknowledged by either tech or the person I tracked down inside. Customer service is terrible here and for that reason I will not have them service my vehicle.

They are usually really good at taking my vehicle after work (6:00-6:30pm) and completing the oil change. For some reason today was not the case. I arrived at 6:20, and I was told they stop taking cars for an oil change at 6:30pm. We both looked at our watches and noticed it was 6:22pm. He then said “we are in clean up mode, sorry.” 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Apart from them telling us to be there at 7 and not opening their doors until 745, and trying to add some charges they had to get a manager to take off 🙄... I did get a tire!
