DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS WALMART LOCATION FOR CAR SERVICE. I arrived at this location on a Thursday morning at 7am (as soon as they opened) needing an oil change before work. In the past, it has taken less than 30 minutes, maybe 40 minutes maximum for them to complete my oil change. However, I have never gotten one done at this Walmart location (At least not recently) because I always have a terrible experience with the technicians in the automotive department. Last time I came to this location (which would have been a few months ago), I arrived at 5:30pm it was only one car ahead of me so I sat there waiting patiently in my car until 7pm when someone FINALLY cared to check me in or say anything to me for that matter. Finally, at closing time the gentleman walks up to my car and requested I come back in the morning and be the first to get there if I wanted to receive substantial service because they were closing. He gave me this excuse about how they didn't have enough technicians working and I was very frustrated but understanding. I did go back in the morning, like the gentleman suggested but I went to another Walmart location off of West Reno instead and they did a phenomenal job at getting me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Fast forward to this morning, I decide to try my luck at this location again considering I came as soon as the doors opened I thought surely I wouldn't be waiting hours for an oil change. There was one car ahead of me but one customer shouldn't put them too far behind schedule. The foreign gentleman working this morning asked me a ton of questions about the year, make, model, and cylinder size of my car. Which I would be more understanding about if I was a new customer but he already had my profile pulled up on his tablet and considering I always go and get oil changes from Walmart's I know generally how the process usually goes. I have never had to reiterate my cars information over and over again. All of the Walmart systems should be connected! Every other time I've gotten service in the past from Walmart they've already had my cars information in the system. This is only my second time attempting to get my oil changed at this Bel Isle location but I've been to other locations in the past (Edmond Danforth, Tinker Diagonal, I-35) who were all able to automatically just pull up my cars info. To make matters worse, the gentleman at Bel-Isle tried to tell me that I did not need an oil change today even though I'm literally looking at my last oil change sticker and it says clearly to get another oil change once I got to a certain mileage and date. Which I had exceeded that mileage by three hundred miles and the date was coming up the following week. He also tried to convince me that my pit crew oil change was going to be forty-five dollars and at this point I knew he must've not known what he was talking about. Frankly, I was nervous about even letting them touch my car at this point. I explained to him that the normal price is usually $24.88 for the oil change and he seemed a bit confused but he fixed it for me. So, if your following along you'll know I got here at 7am soon as the gates were being opened, with only one person ahead of me these guys did not complete my oil change until upwards of 9am! Almost two hours for an oil change! This made me an hour late for work, and was an extreme inconvenience for me on their end. When I told the cashier it was the longest I had ever waited for an oil change she acted like she did not care and was very nonchalant about it. I grabbed my keys and left and I will be PURPOSELY avoiding this Bel-Isle Walmart location. At least that is when it comes to my automotive needs... I'd feel more comfortable going to the location that is located on West Reno from this day forward. I hope this saves someone a real headache. AVOID AT ALL COST! KNOW YOUR WORTH! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So to be called a mechanic there, well, he said to get a mechanic on my vehicle, so I did, they said, my ball joints aren’t bad, that y’all guys didn’t put the tires on correctly and stripped the pieces where the lug nuts go, like I said. It’s makes a difference when you put the tire on straight, and then put the lug nuts on correctly, make sure they have leeway to turn, if they don’t you just don’t force them on with a impact.

Don’t come here for an OIL CHANGE!!! Granted we have used this location for a whole year and half since moving to OKC— most recent oil change we got took over 2 1/2 hours and only a handful of cars in the automotive area! When picking up our keys and paying , they man who did our oil change said we had an “oil leak” because he seen oil dropped onto the pan . Our oil continued to leak everything we started our car, pouring out super fast! And we have never had any issues with our car . I called my mechanic grandpa and he said the filter is on too loose or too tight! — we continue to leak oil and refilling our oil until our next off days from work to go and get another oil change somewhere else. We went to Walmart on Penn & they stated we did not have a leak just barely any oil & that our filter was not properly on. & now our car is back to normal , NOT LEAKING! My mom just got her oil change at Belle Isle like usual & the exact same thing happened to her. She has warranty on her car so she took it to her dealership & the exact same thing happed to her . BEWARE of careless mechanics. Unfortunately when I called and told Walmart belle isle about what had happened , they basically told me it wasn’t their fault that WE had leaks . Done with them & will take my business to a different Walmart!

Just had the worst experience I ordered tires online and set them up to be installed today the actual work was great but this older lady and older skinny mechanic were ruder and more disrespectful than any person I have ever spoke to all because I asked what one of the charges was for she got mad and super disrespectful and I told her never mind I was just wondering what that charge was and that I did not want to argue with an older woman if she could just charge me and my bad for asking she got mad said she was calling for some else some older mechanic came mad threatening me and said I had better leave I asked what I said that was rude especially because I never even raised my voice or said a single bad word so I asked what I did or said that was so offensive he said nothing but I better leave or else and this all happened while I was with my young kid

Always look up reviews before bringing your car in. I had an appointment for 7am and employees didn’t show up or start working on my car until 7:40am. Once I was greeted, there was no apology or explanation, which I rolled with. My oil change was preformed by Alvin and Christian. The job was completed around 8:30, making me late for work. I asked the team lead, Juan, if there was any kind of discount that could be applied for the inconvenience, he said no and was completely unphased. He did not offer an apology or explanation. Complete lack of costumer service. I am not one to make a scene so I left in silence. Juan, Christian, and Alvin were all standing at my car to pass off my keys and not one of them, nor myself, said a single word as they returned my car to me. By far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Belle Isle Walmart had me in a rage. I normally try to keep my cool but I waited 2 1/2 hours after doing them a favor purchasing tires. I had to yell to the top of my voice to then get them to finish the job and the new young guy working there , along with the staff acted as if I’m just angry for nothing, not trying to put themselves in my shoes, not to mention that I had a ton of other things on my schedule after just leaving and waiting 2 hours beforehand for my oil change somewhere else. A little understanding goes a long way and I’d recommend no one to go there for service.

I called the service center because my car was on a tow truck ready to be towed to get my flat tire fixed ONLY to be told that there was no one certified or trained to change a flat tire! That’s absurd! It’s Walmart! A multibillion dollar company but you can’t find and hire competent individuals to provide the services in which you advertise? I’m extremely upset! This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and definitely a huge inconvenience to my family and I. Instead of being able to tow my car to Walmart 1.1 mile away, I had to pay an additional $120 to get it towed 18 miles away all because the automotive care employees are completely incapable of doing the jobs they were hired for!!!!

Went to the one off Bell Isle two days in a row. I have a spare on my car. And the poor gentleman didn't have any help. So I came back in the am. Same thing. He was by himself. So I have yet to get it fixed.

Half the staff was rude and dismissive. One of the staff members inside acted like I was bothering her by wanting to pay for the service and get my keys back. The 2 men who checked in my vehicle were professional at least.

Short white old lady employee at the counter is always terrible. She is always uncooperative, unfriendly and treats me like I'm a scam artist. She always acts like she knows everything. Is she a car mechanic or something?(I AM car mechanic)I don't mind old people needs time and it takes extra time for service but that attitude is terrible. I've been using this Walmart probably more than 100 times but today was the 3rd time that I got irritated by her attitude. (first time was probably 5 years ago and I still remember her attitude) ALSO, today, female customer next to me was irritated too. She purchased stuff at the electronics department and tried to leave from Auto Care entrance but this lady employee stopped her. The customer showed her receipt but this employee stopped her for no reason. She locked the door so me (purchased car battery), female customer and another male customer couldn't get out of the store. Management needs to fire her. I just moved to south side OKC, I'm really glad that I don't need to use this store anymore. A guy with pink color glasses employee at the front self-checkout area is always really nice. I wish Auto Care Center would hire same kind of friendly person.

Told over the phone they’d change my headlight, get there to be informed that no, they don’t do that. When I told the guy he should probably let the person answering phone know so they don’t tell anyone else the incorrect information, I was told to “relay the information myself”. Sorry for not wanting anyone else to drive there and be turned away.

Went in to purchase and replace a tire. The estimation was a 3 hour wait which was okay since it was Sunday and there was a long line. Unfortunately the man working on my car completely forgot to process when it was done, so I ended up waiting an extra hour and a half in Walmart while my car sat ready to go in the parking lot. Even after I went to check the front desk (bc I saw my car sitting finished) they told me I still had to wait because it wasn't done yet. :/// Not a great experience

Pricing of tires was great. Service was good but the wait was way too long for only 1 tire I got. I spent over 2 hours here just for it.
