Not only was my appointment cancelled after I had already waited nearly 3 HOURS, I come to find out that no one put the oil cap back on. So, waited for 3 hours to not only NOT get an oil change, but also somehow worse off than I had come in. I’m praying that my engine is not ruined because I drove like this for 10-15 miles. DON’T EVER GO HERE!

Made an appointment for a tire change at noon, it’s 2 pm and they still haven’t even started on my car and have no time frame when they will start on it. Customer service is a joke, very rude and have no idea what they’re doing. Wish I could rate them 0 stars

Two different vehicles brought here both times before appt time they don’t start usually for an hour after appt time and then take an hour to do a simple oil change what a joke

I have an oil change appointment at 12:30 and arrived on time but they were not start the service till 1:05 when I asked them they told me it will take one more hours, it is my first and last time to service my car here, and I suggest you if value your time don't come here for auto services, because no service on time and no appropriate associate on desk to be respectful and responsive

Total lack of respect for customer’s time and basic customer service! Made an oil change appointment for 8:30 am, left at 11:50! After 90 minutes my car was still parked out front so I asked the gentleman that checked me in how much longer and was this typical? He said he wasn’t sure how much longer and yes they usually take 1-2 hours depending on how busy they are. After the 2:30 hour mark I asked again and I was told that they were just finishing up maybe 20 more minutes. When I finally got called that it was finished, I asked the same questions and he said “it’s not my fault we are short staffed and people don’t show up “. I then said I’m not blaming you for that but as customer service you could have notified me that when I checked in that you were missing people, that It would be longer wait than usual but you didn’t. I could have bought the stuff, went home and done it myself and saved 2 1/2 hours! The guy at the counter just doubled down and said that it’s not his fault. Never apologized for it taking so long nothing but his condescending attitude.Save yourself some time and frustration, go somewhere else.

This place is ridiculous. Waiting for oil change, phone ringing and ringing, employee full out ignored it while he was looking at his phone the whole time. Employee named Johnathon. Why this irritates me, I tried calling yesterday and it rang for a full 3 minutes and then hung up.

Ordered tires and paid for installation + road hazard online. My son went to the wrong location and was told to head to this one for his appointment. He showed up and was told it was too late now as they were booked up. Rescheduled for 2 days later at 11am. At 1230hrs (1.5 hrs waiting) they called him back and told him they could not put his car on the lift and he would need to go to another location to get the tires installed. What a waste of time! don't use this center if your car is low to the ground. Appointment times are meaningless.

Why did I go here? Discount Tire across the street has always treated me well. Sale price on Kumho tire brought me here. Initial order and install was great. After 2 alignments and the reputable folks who did that told me I probably have radial pull, I called Walmart, told them, and no problem said they’d order replacements under warranty. We made the new appointment in plenty of time for the tires to arrive. I called twice the day before and the 2 different people I talked to had no record of Walmart ordering the replacement tires. They offered me a different tire and I accepted. Arrived today and the 3rd new person I talked to had a note about the warranty but wasn’t sure those tires were there. He found them, and I dropped off the vehicle. Picked it up later, all was going good until one of the techs came out: “that your white van? There’s nothing wrong with the tires that were on it. We’re done, don’t come back saying anything else about these tires.” I asked him if he thought I was happy I had to come back in the first place? He couldn’t answer. What a joke. If you want processed food or consumables, go to Walmart. If you want tires, go to a tire store. Oh and guess what! The car drives great! It WAS the tires!

Decent place for oil changes if you don't want to crawl under your vehicle to do it yourself. Typically a wait if you try to do it on a weekend, bit since I live so close not a problem to drop it off and come back in a few hours

The worst service. My 2022 Hyundai Elantra was leaking when I changed the oil, and when I brought it inside to my garage, there was plenty of oil on the floor. This was due to the fact that the oil change technicians hadn't paid attention to what they were doing and hadn't put the crankcase bolts. Fortunately, I hadn't driven the car because if I had, all the oil would have been wasted and the engine would have been damaged. Took three hours to do an oil change. When i finally got my keys back they told me that my car is too hard to work on and to never bring my car back for an oil change again. I’ll be sure to return to this location every time I need an oil change just to give them something to do. I’ve had the oil changed in that car within 30 minutes, I didn’t expect that much laziness coming from a boomer.

The African American lady working in the front desk was very mean, because when I asked her a question she gave me her back and talked to me with an arrogant tone !! By the way, she covers her badge with a scarf that she puts on her shoulders so that no one knows her name.

Worst service. I’ve called corporate several times and I will continue to call until they fix the customer service issue. The African American lady in the service department has the worst attitude. Talk about miserable! She purposely does not wear a name tag so I have no name to give corporate. I had my car fixed here once and I would never waste my time again.

Auto manager refused to put new tires on my vehicle because they were "too big." I ordered tires that were 235/70 instead of 225/65, giving a 4.51 inch difference in circumference. According to two different sources, the tires should have fit, though with not much room. Manager Mike went on to explain how the increase in size can affect speedometer, abs, transmission, etc. His recommendation is he wouldn't perform service, then suggested a more expensive set of tires that were of less quality (based on A rating vs AA rating. After some back and forth I took my vehicle to Discount tire. Discount Tire checked the size and aspect ratio and installed the tires without a hassel. Tires, as I told Manager Mike, work just fine, do not rub, and have had zero impact on the other systems. Auto center did not only have no idea what they were talking about but Manager Mike felt it necessary tobe condescending - saying "it is usually good to stick with the stock size" and "we can put them [tires] on your car but if it rubs at all, then we can't do anything else. We do not test, because it involves too much time." (Nevermind all employees were standing around...no cars in the garages.). All in all, I will be using Discount Tire from now on. You get the same warranties for slightly higher price, but actually speak with techs that know what they are doing.

I guess since it’s noon on a Sunday and the close at 6pm you can’t get your tire repaired. Doesn’t matter if the bays are empty and everyone is standing around. The sales guy was happy to tell me to come back tomorrow because “this is a Sunday you know”… I asked what does that mean and he replies we don’t usually do that on Sundays. I replied but I have a flat today my friend, yeah but I can sell you a new tire! Wow. No thanks Buddy.

Walked in before closing time to be told that they are closing early..... Wish I could close my work early and not provide a service to the public.
