Came in this morning due to a flat tire but they were very busy and the woman at the front let me know it was appointment only. while leaving i spoke to Leomar who was incredible the rest of the way. I came back at 3pm and he assisted me quickly with excellent customer service!!! I am highly satisfied with this experience and will 100% come back for any service my baby needs!!

The attention was very kind, they answered my questions and solved a couple of doubts, plus a couple of tips for the maintenance of my tires. The service took the right amount of time, I did not find it extensive. I recommend the service of this store.

I went in this morning to get a flat patched for free with Walmart+. I pulled up into the queue and the service writer just said “No Tesla”. After waiting for the Sams Club next door to open, they took great care of me, but indicated I would need new tires soon. I entered my Tesla Y on the Walmart website, and was able to select shipping and installing at this store for a set of 4 tires. I was a bit concerned given the service writers comment, but there was a language barrier between us. Given that, I decided to call the service department to confirm - well turns out the other reviews here are accurate, their customer service is terrible . After about 20 minutes on hold, I decided I will never give them my business, but was interested in how long it could go - I gave up at 1 hour and 9 minutes. So bad, just so bad

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here to get a price quote on a set of new tires. I had to wait 10 minutes while several employees were having personal conversations/joking around and not even acknowledging that I was there. Finally I was able to get someone’s attention and told him the tire size I needed, which he looked and said “nope we don’t have that tire size”. I responded that I am just wanting a price quote and he said he cannot do it there and I had to do it online. Talk about being lazy. I took my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Everytime I go there’s always an issue. I’ve been visiting for a couple days to see if I can finally get my oil change. I ended up choosing Jiffy Lube.

Went for an oil change, absolutely terrible customer service, management, everything was so disorganized. Don’t recommend, better to pay a little more money and go somewhere else.

Don’t trust them with your vehicle. A simple routine oil changed turned into a 400 repair all because they overfilled my car buy 1.5 quarts. I’m also questioning the oil change because my oil looked black after 1 week of driving.

RON IS AWESOME. I had a loose set of tires I purchased online I needed mounted and balanced on some rims and I was in and out in less than an hour. got some shopping done while the work was done and I couldn't ask for more.

Seems to be a trend and Walmart leadership could care less about the service the employees are providing at this location. Went for an oil change, bay 1 and 2 were empty, four employees were talking and joking around. I walked up and asked for an oil change service and they look at me like why are you bothering us. The one employee responded to my oil change request by stating oh the guy inside will take care of it. I said the guy checking out customers with multiple carts, after another 20 minutes wait I just left. It was very frustrating that four employees are hanging out and the other was checking out regular shopping customers. The management team needs better personnel training and the employees need to coordinate better in handling customers that require service.

Come here for the convenience as it is nearby. Service is often completed right however you should plan to spend 2+ hours for oil change. They have little respect for people's time... 30 cars outside and the staff is just hanging around making jokes all day.

Customer service here is non existent. Went in to buy a battery. After selecting the battery I wanted, I went to the check out desk. 4 employees there talking amongst themselves (Valentin, Francisco, and the two others didn't have their name tags visible). Valentin was talking to Francisco about how a customer was mad and wanted to speak to a store manager and he was trying to avoid getting a complaint. (I wonder why the customer was upset?). I finally had to ask if someone was going to check me out. Bring your patience because common sense is not readily available here.

Employees play around more the. They work. Some dudes girlfriend who works in another department hanging out with home in the shop so he’s doing nothing. Waxed them do an oil change. Took an hr. I waited 5 hrs to get new tires. 5 hrs it took just ti get my car pulled in. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. And one was just an oil change. At one point round 3:00 all 3 bays were empty no one doing anything. Then finally 3 cars got pulled in. 30 min later they started working. Terrible service. Slow. Never again.

First and very LAST time that I change a tire with this people. TERRIBLE service, I arrived at 1 pm and left at 6 pm waiting just to change 1 tire. Employees walking around and playing with our times and we NEVER were advised about this extremely long waiting time. This is so disrespectful and I think you should at least advise to the customer that we would wait for hours to get the work done. They didn’t even cleaned the tire and they left it full of dust. Car smell was TERRIBLE when they finished, apparently the person that changed my tire didn’t used deodorant and the smell is sooo overwhelming

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I waited 15 minutes just for check in since I had an appointment for oil change. No one even acknowledged me, employees were walking around chitchatting. I walked out because no one never checked me in. I would like to know where is their manager??? Their manager should be held accountable for not implementing good customer service with their employees.

If I can give them a negative - 5 I would. The people who work here are nothing but morons. I set up an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change at 2 pm. I came to the store over a 30 minutes early. I went to the counter and asked to be checked in. They told me to wait. I waited and waited. Mind you, I set up an appointment, a concept they don't seem to grasp. Why would you make your appointment clients wait and take others who do not have an appointment. Your company wasted my time. Walmart does not care about taking care of their clients. They hire people who barely can function walking and breathing at the same time. I will never ever do business with these morons or recommend anyone else. If they go under, I would smile all day long. What a FKIN joke. Here is a clue Walmart management, go see who companies like Chick-fil-a or Starbucks are run. Maybe you can learn a lesson.

Impossible to give a zero star review or that would have been my rating. I bought 4 tires online and made an appointment a whole week in advance. My wife came to the store dropped off the car and went inside. I got an email saying they had cancelled my appointment and thought it was weird but nobody said anything to my wife who was waiting onsite. About 1.5 hours later she starts asking for the car and the clerk tells her they can't install them because we have aftermarket wheels. Mind you I have 17 inch wheels that fit the same tire size that comes in the new Corolla model so I am not coming with 24 inch spinners and weird stuff that they can't handle at a regular tire shop. I guess they don't have any smart technicians that can install some regular tires on some regular wheels. Worst service ever, just go somewhere else.

Long lines Don’t give you attention when checking in- often doesn’t seem like they want your service Went for tire rotation and they couldn’t find my wheel lock. I know very little about vehicles and found it in truck within 30 seconds. Always seem rushed. Prices are great

Mal servicio es horrible ese lugar e l mismo Manager es un señor muy grosero y mal educado parece que trabaja comiendo culebras ,todo el tiempo esta de Mala actitud .la verdad creo que a este lugar no volvere .Si usted quiere un buen servicio como usuario no visite este lugar estara en el lugar equivocado.

This automotive care center couldn't do the basic tire change for my vehicle because the bolts were too tight for them and they had no means of removing the wheel from the vehicle. I then went back with my breaker bar and socket to do the work for them since they can't and said I am not allowed to do that for safety reasons which makes sense but I told them to use it then and they say according to walmart they are not allowed to. Manager Edwin is the one that said they only use a certain airgun for removing lug bolts and if that doesn't do it then go to another company. I was there for an appointment at 9am and wasn't pulled in till 9:30 however once pulled in, the walmart went on evacuation for safety reasons, afterwards (which was around 30 min) the 2 mechanics they had on duty disappeared for another 30 minutes. And when I asked the person checking cars in (Loretta) she told me she would go and check where they are which is when Edwin came and told me that they would be back in an hour. At this point it was 10:22 and I wanted my vehicle back but them the mechanics came out suddenly and they started attempting to do work. They did nothing on my vehicle talked to me about the lugs being to tight from last time meanwhile they didn't even do anything at all. He didn't even attempt at removing the bolts. Edwin then came out with Mayra telling me they can't do anything which resulted in me waiting my time for nearly 2 hours for no service to be done. This walmart is terrible. I even came last night at 5pm. They're hours are till 7pm. They were closed at 5pm due to short staff.which is funny because I saw 3 guys in there cleaning up and they were still in there when I went to check in. Ridiculous.

UNRELIABLE! I’ve been first line for an oil change three separate times so I could be the first car to get serviced when they open at 7am, the problem is that staff does NOT show up on time, including management. The last time I went there I gave up and left at 7:25 because the bay doors still hadn’t opened. TERRIBLE!

Very unprofessional, after three hours waiting, they told me that they can't do prepaid service because the tires worn uneven, don't waste your money buying prepaid services.

Walmart attention is never good. I have to mention that there was an employee called Lydia in the car center that was EXCELENTE and her help was extraordinary. As Usual most of the other employees were there to earn money, not to serve. Thanks Lydia for helping so much.
