Disrespectful staff! Do NOT Go there! I came in for a simple tire patch without an appointment, as did another customer who arrived after me. Despite waiting over 2.5 hours, I was disappointed to find that the other customer was helped first because he knew the staff.

Do not come here! DO NOT Waste your time because you won’t be helped and you won’t have a nice experience. I came here today for and oil change, my car keys were taken at 2:57PM they said I’d take about and hour so we waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS just to be told that the service couldn’t be done since they didn’t have the proper tools FOR AN OIL CHANGE. On the paperwork we were given it states that the service was finished at 3:30PM But we were never called nor informed that we couldn’t be helped, and we had to go to the counter and ask if our car was ready because it had been parked there for too long but we we never acknowledged. It’s more than obvious that I won’t come here again and I won’t come to this Walmart location in the future.

I feel as if Walmart Autocare employees just hang around while getting the job done. These guys are so nonchalant and would take hours to do a job that should be done in minutes. Came for wheel installation from 1pm-2pm. Car wasn’t taken in until 2pm cuz of vehicles with no appointments before me. Took almost 80 minutes to get my vehicle out. The balancing they give for free wont even be worth it considering they make you wait so freaking long. Never again. Walmart auto. needs. to do. Better.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center today. I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM to get my tires changed, but the whole ordeal turned into a nightmare. I didn’t get my car back until after 4 PM—over three hours later for something that should have been straightforward. To make matters worse, the customer service was horrendous. The employee named Dan was extremely rude, and when I asked how much longer it would take, another employee dismissively told me that I’d have to set another appointment, then turned his back on me! This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I had an appointment, and they completely disregarded it. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it if you value your time and respect.

Went to get an oil change done as a walk in. Was told by team lead Samantha that they will only check in a certain number cars at a time so that their metrics don't get messed up. They'll take customer information, but won't let you drop off your keys so that they look like they are doing a better job than they are. Auto care center staff also do not interact with customers or even say hello and that someone will be you shortly. They just stand around having conversations with each other and ignore waiting customers. Do not visit this Walmart for car service. Rest of the store is usually busy all the time, but other staff are great.

I dropped everything I was doing and arrived when I got the call (oil change appointment). I asked how long the oil change procedure would approximately take and was told about 40 minutes or less. In the end, an hour passed, I waited in the store (although if I had known it would take longer - I would have gone home), and my car was not even started.

Absolutely terrible car care center. Went in for a simple oil change and they gave me the keys back with the check engine light and the red oil light on and said they couldn’t see what the problem was with their tools and the person who performed the oil change was no where to be found as well as the manager. Not to mention the awful customer server. Told me to take it somewhere else, I’ll gladly take it to someone more competent. Never go here if you value your car or being treated like a customer.

Pésima atención al público. 3 horas esperando por mi carro que sólo le voy a hacer un cambio de aceite. Preguntas al personal y nadie te da respuesta. Si no tienen personal suficiente no abran la tienda.. mi tiempo vale tanto como el de Uds.. Una semana después vuelvo por dos cauchos para mi carro. Llego a las 8.30 am no me atienden y la primera cita de la mañana es a las 11am (agarro esa cita). Llego al Walmart de nuevo a las 10.45 me hacen el check in del carro. Ahora con las 12 y aún no han comenzado con mi carro. Me pregunto yo?? Para que son las citas?? Entre otras razones, no es para evitar retrasos en los servicios que presta la tienda?? Increíble que nadie solventa esta situación nadie te da respuesta.. y por lo que leo en todos los comentarios pues llevan años con esta pésima atención al público.

While on the highway on a Sunday, I experienced a flat tire. After looking through my options, the Walmart Auto Care Center was the only place open after 5 pm, and it was already 3:30pm. I called to make sure they would have a tire to fit my car, and they thankfully had one leftover so I promptly made an appointment. After being towed, the process of checking in was seemless and the employees were all happy to help get me back on the road. Also, being a Walmart+ member, I qualified for a free warranty on the tire itself!

Bad service, I don’t have a newer car and I made an appointment to get my oil changed around 10, I was waiting a text from them which never came 2 hours later I call and find out they didn’t have a filter to do my oil change that I needed to go buy one and bring it to them. Biggest waste of my time, they don’t communicate at all. I should have been informed during my work up instead of wasting their time and mine.

Went for an oil change. They messed up my car. Had to get her oil change and now need an OIL PUMP. DO NOT USE the Walmart at Turkey Lake. They did not put the oil in.

They didn't have a tool to do my oil change. Be sure they can handle the work before you leave your car.

Got there at 7:20 am for oil change and there were nobody there. Waited til 8am and gave up. Someone came in around 8 and said he was supposed to start later but got called in but is not allowed work alone.

Made an appointment for 11am for my tires when I arrived there was only one person in line in front of me. Guy at the front desk was very ethnocentric proceeded to assist people that walked in afterwards because they were Spanish speaking. Once he finally got to us he told us that they weren’t taking any tire appointments today when we already made one. Terrible customer service skills, I was able to make an appointment at another Walmart nearby for the same day with no issues. Don’t come to this place i unless you want to be discriminated against for not being Hispanic.

2.5 hours for an oil change. lady at desk tried to tell me i didn’t have an appointment even until i pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her, then proceeded to talk to my boyfriend about the oil change the entire time even though the appointment was for my car. waste of time.

I made an appointment on the usual Walmart- Metro west, to get my tyre fixed. It was good until the manager notified me by msg that their compressor wasn’t working. Then I try to call Walmart Ocoee auto center to make an appointment. No one answered. I drove there to found out that they didn’t have the tyre to replace. Then I asked if they could check if they have the same tyre over the stock. The attendant said they do not have access to the central stock. So I drove to Walmart Turkey Lake where there was an indication that there was my tyre to be purchase on the internet. I try to call again to confirm and to set an appointment no one answer. On arrival she confirm they had the tyre and set the waiting time for 2 hours. I explained that the tyre had hazard road insurance. After 2 hours waiting the app showed the started to work on my car. 1 hour after the mechanic called me to say the tyre was ruined and they couldn’t fixed. I said that was the reason to take there once I was insured. After that they spend another hour with my car. I asked if they set the calibration and they said yes. The tyre they changed was marking 42 while all other 3 were marking 35. Bad service!. The lady who is in charge of setting appointments is very rude.

Superb work, thank you! Nidhi, the service writer, kept me updated all the way. Elix, the service technician, got my work done right the first time. Both Nidhi and Elix were good human beings; they were extremely professional and pleasant to work with and they were very calm under pressure (they were crazy busy). This was simply an incredibly positive experience all the way. Thank you!
