Absolute joke. The workers are extremely rude and not helpful. Told me they can't check my battery because I didn't buy it there when the sign on the wall behind him says battery check and installation are free. The battery I needed showed 5 in stock on the website and there were none in stock. Complete waste of my time.

la atencion de 0 a 10 siendo 0 lo peor es de -10, después que me hacen el proceso de ingreso con la peor de las actitudes me dicen que me van a cancelar el servicio porque mi carro tiene un juego en la palanca de cambio de velocidad típico de un carro viejo, no entendi.... la verdad NO RECOMIENDO IR A ESTE SITIO The service is from 0 to 10, with 0 being the worst -10. After they go through the check-in process with the worst attitude, they tell me that they are going to cancel the service because my car has a play in the gear shift lever, typical of an old car. I didn't understand... the truth is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SITE.

Gente inservible solo tiene 2 carros y mandan a esperar 4 horas un trabajo que se hace en 20 minutos de verdad deberían buscar personas más profesionales y capacitadas para el puesto son unos groseros y arrogantes cada vez que uno va para allá lo tratan como mierda y basura por favor gerentes de Walmart cambiar a estas personas con urgencia

Absolutely horrible experience. Got there at my 10 am appt and waited over an hour in my car. The guy helping told me 5 minutes I’ll be back and didn’t come back for almost 40. It wasn’t until I spoke to the manage that anything got done. Nathan was great but man be prepared to deal with complete ignorance in this area from the employees. It truly felt like the employees just didn’t care (excluding Nathan). His service is the only reason this is 2 stars and not 1.

I ordered 4 tires and prepaid online. It was hard to use the online scheduling tool, but I set installation for the first available slot (7am). I showed up at 6:55am, and I was the second car in line. There are absolutely no frills, and basically no communication from the team, but the four tires were installed in about 2 hours.

It works, honestly but you got to be early in the morning to be attended, and be prepared to lose a couple of long hours.Just saying if the tire machine it's not broken!! Lol.

I had an appointment for 7am. The website said it was delayed up to 2 hours so I went online and they rescheduled me for 9am. At 9 I showed up for my appointment and my tire was still not there. Yoel told me there was nothing that could be done until the tire arrived. That same day the tire arrived so I call and asked for a manager and they put on the guy I spoke with that morning Yoel (not the manager) and he told me he would not honor the appointment and the earliest he could do was the following Monday. I told him that was unacceptable as I already had two appointments for that day and that it was not my fault the appointment was cancelled. I told him it was only 1 tire that needed to be installed and would only take 15 minutes and he laughed at me over the phone and told me that it wasn’t his fault either and there was nothing to be done. I went and picked up my tire (which was another headache where I finally got to meet the “manager” and Yoel, who thought the entire thing was STILL funny) and brought it to The Tire Choice, connected to the Walmart parking lot when you pull in. The service was AMAZING and the guy that took care of me only charged me for “fix a flat” instead of a tire installation and balancing. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business there instead of at Walmart.

Fast, fast, other Walmarts let you wait forever so you can go shopping more. Not here, these guys are NASCAR fast. Thank you for the oil change. I really appreciate being considerate of my time. 🤝

The service was great, I ordered the tires and made an appointment for them to install them online. It was done within 1 hrs. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your time!!! I parked within the cones, "like you are supposed to," waiting for someone to come to my car. Let me just say that the time it takes for them to come to your car, they never came or even acknowledged I was there, 15 minutes and counting, (well one person did as he paased by me on his way to lunch) is probably the same time it would take to actually get the oil changed in "Take 5 Oil change" This one guy contnually looked at me like, "you still there"? In there defense they looked under staffed about 3 people, but just beware before you go, add wait time to the actual wait time.

I came to this location after verifying my battery was within it’s 3 year warranty to get my replacement and an install. The gentleman in the front desk was extremely helpful and called the Service Manager ( Emanuel) to assist me, the minute he walked up I greeted him in spanish noticing he was bilingual and asked how he was doing and he just looked at me with the most serious face and demeanor. I explained how I called and was within my warranty period and he said “I don't know about any of that I need the barcode” after scanning it he put a receipt on the counter and said “yup it was purchased in June 2022” and then just stared at me, I asked him “what do I do next?” And he said “well I need the battery” again with attitude. I explained to him I had no tools to remove it and he sarcastically told me “ Outside? Theres a auto center, you drive there and they do it for you”. This was my first time ever at a Walmart auto center and I expressed that therefore I expected a little more empathy specially from a Manager and an explanation on what to do next and the entire time he just had an attitude as if he didn’t like his job or the fact that I was a woman or that I was with my female partner and he was homophobic. All things aside, the mechanic who took care of me in the shop was an absolute angel, also hispanic and the most respectful gentleman ever.

I waited for 2hrs and nothing. After I was checked in for my 11am appointment, it was 2pm and I couldn’t wait any longer. They told me they checked me in as a walk-in and didn’t even tell me anything, again, my pre-scheduled appointment was at 11am, and at 2pm they hadn’t even started to replace my 1 rear tire. Had to request the keys to my car and leave. Very bad service from the service manager Emmanuel who checked me in.

I received really good service for my first time experience. The check in employee was very professional and kind. The turnaround time was quicker than estimated which was nice that I didn’t have too wait long. I will definitely return when the time comes. I hope they read this. Thank you.

This place is unorganized . I asked them to change my front tires which were balding and they changed the back . Thanks god I noticed after waiting an hour and a half because they were backed up. They then switched them to the back and told me get them changed right away they are balding. I know! That's why I was getting them changed! And you guys changed the wrong tires. Do not come here. Two hours later I left with now balding tires in the back that need to be changed asap. Smh

I called at 4:45 pm on a Sunday and asked if they were still fixing punctures. The person answering the phone had no bi-lingual skills and hung up on me when I could not understand Spanish after three attempts. I drove to this location only to be told by the manager at 5:05pm they were no longer accepting cars as they had all they could finish before 6pm. Wal-mart loses points for not having a bilingual person to answer the phone and explain the service cutoff time and further points for operating with the waste of a bureaucracy. I’ve never detected a sense of urgency or efficiency in a Wal-mart Auto Service Center. I bought a kit and fixed the puncture myself because I don’t have time to take the manager’s suggestion to “…come back tomorrow” in spite of having purchased their road hazard warranty.

Got a brand new set of tires for my work van the line was long to get in the shop I thought it was going to take hours but it moved really quick they got me on and out replaced my tire pressure sensor Great service!!!

I had an excellent experience at Walmart Auto Care, all thanks to Cheri and Jonathan. Cheri and Jonathan were very kind and made my visit outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was well taken care of. I highly recommend their exceptional service to anyone in need of auto care. Kudos to Cheri and Jonathan for their great customer service!

I was there on 7/19 to change the battery and the customer service was terrible, they told me that they couldn't do it because they closed at 6 or 7 and since it was 4 I wasn't going to be able to do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was very rude to speak to and told me that there was no supervisor I asked to speak to the manager and he said that there was no manager I asked for his name or employee number because he was not identified he told me that they shouldn't have to for that to be necessary have more prepared and professional staff to serve the customer

My car was dropped off in the morning at 6504 S Goldenrod Rd. in perfect paint condition with no paint damage but upon pick up it was returned scratched with several marks with the shop personnel being responsible. No one resolves, neither the manager...the worse service

One of the worst customer experiences in my life. There is an appointment system but the associate stated, “we serve customers on a first come first serve basis.” I had an appointment at 9:00 AM but I was told to get in the line. Why is there an appointment system then? The customer’s expectation is that they won’t need to take so much time from work because there is an appointment and man hours have been scheduled to handle the load based on the appointment made one week prior. Over three hours to get tires changed. This was simply an experience that will deter me from ever returning to this location. Eric, the manager, called me “bud” many times throughout our conversation. I wanted to snap so many times but didn’t want to create a scene or be disrespectful. I called Walmart and requested to speak with the store manager to explain my experience and request the store provide some form of recompense for my time lost. I am still waiting to be contacted.

One of the worst customer service experiences with purchasing tires by far. Made an appointment for my tire installation on Tuesday, June 20 at 6pm, but come to find out they don’t see anybody after 6pm. Not sure why that timeslot is an option if it’s not even a possibility. Very misleading. I was told to come back early morning on the weekend and I would be helped, so I did just that today, but when I arrived my tires were not there. Them being unclaimed at my Tuesday “appointment” caused them to get shipped back 🤦🏾‍♂️. Got a refund and am taking my business to Discount Tire. I will pay more money there unfortunately, but at least I will have a much better experience.

The Guy who checked me in this morning was very nice a friendly I was surprised to be honest but they did a great job and it was hassle free dropped of my truck at 8am picked it up at noon they were real busy but I’m happy with the job and price $71 dollars for a F150👍

We waited three hours to have a tire plugged and finally left and went elsewhere. The shop manager did absolutely nothing the whole time we were there but walk around trying to look important and the other guys in the shop mostly chatted and picked their butts. A "cute" girl showed up and they took her car straight into a bay. That's when we left. Horrible shop, horrible employees because of horrible management.
