DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!!!! All I did was coming for an oil change and they forced one of the engine coolant hose. Next thing I did was to drive to work and smoke started coming out. I came back and one of the guys told me it wasn’t because of that. Since I couldn’t drive my car (it was still at Walmart) I brought my mechanic guy and without me telling anything he mentioned that the damaged was done whenever they changed the oil and filter. Went back into the store to speak with a manager and after checking the cameras they said they couldn’t take responsibility because when my car left the store there was some liquid in the floor that wasn’t there before. HOW COME???? MAYBE BECAUSE WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING AND TURN OFF THE AC THE WATER WILL ALWAYS COME DOWN BECAUSE CONDENSATION??? NOW MY CAR ENGINE IS BROKEN!!!! They even mentioned that even if I bring lawyers to them, they are not going to do anything!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IS A SHAME THEY WONT BE HELD RESPONSABLE FOR DAMAGING MY CAR!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!

Don’t waste your time making an appointment to this place. There’s no Manager, Supervisor at all. They treat you like you weren’t there , they don’t even talk to you. No respect at all. Spent 1 hours waiting after my appointment to be informed they could not change the oil.

My appointment was at 2, so I came here to change my oil and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I was second in line. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes, and then a different guy cut in line. When my husband and I said something, they came up with the cheapest excuse that the person had an appointment, but that was clearly not the case. Finally, they took my car, and when it was time to pay, some crazy lady cut in line, and I was clearly next. The staff was super unprofessional; they were discriminating against us.

They don’t even know how to answer the phone, been ringing for over 10 minutes, wait music comes on for a second and I hear background noise but then goes right back to ringing, edit they hung up on me💀

I give 2 stars because of the price I've been sitting in line for an oil change for almost an hour!!! Only reason I got on line was because there was ONLY 2 cars ahead of me. In all this time they have only done 1 oil change!!! Just sitting here burning gas!! 😤

There’s no supervisor to coordinate the operation, or if there’s then he would need training or a manager that knows what to do. There’re five cars sitting outside to be checked in and no one comes out. Went inside to ask and the person there only said “he should be outside” and continued doing what she was doing.

Estou dando 1 estrela pois o pessoal que trabalha aí na verdade não trabalha, ficam brincando um com o outro, e seu carro lá parado! Levam 1 hora para fazer um serviço de 20min. Agora ficou pior ainda pois tem que fazer agendamento lol Resumindo, irei buscar outro local para fazer troca de óleo.

How about have a sign that you only take appointments for tire changes . Your management sucks so bad they can't get a sign to show that or enough workers to man both oil change and tire . Get better you trash .

It's a ghetto WalMart,,, lights are off at 630pm,,, but they Close at 7pm. One person will be working the counter as there are 10 customers waiting to spending thousands of $s, but the workers arent motivated to do a professional job. Honestly, it's kind of what you expect in America in a grimy neighborhood. The Haitian lady did a good job for me and was really nice, but again they are working her to death as 1 person running the counter in a walmart auto department. It starts from the top, and I would bet my check that the people running this department don't have a college education or any professional training. But again, this is the new normal in America in these type of neighborhoods where even the most basic service is not given. Lovely experience.

SCHOOL: I waited for about 30 mins before I decided to get out of there & salvage what was left of my morning. I wish I had brought a book to read. Or maybe even some flowers to plant in the meantime. I could have gone to school to be a mechanic in the time it took them to even say Good Morning. They didn’t btw. This location will have you waiting in your car to be helped anywhere from 30 - 45 mins before even acknowledging you’re there. Other locations will at least get you scanned, give you your ticket, and tell you your ETA. Don’t waste your time & go somewhere else.

The absolute worst auto center everrrr. I’m a big fan of Walmart auto center, but this one here is horrible. The staff literally do not want to do work. They just stand around and come with excuses. They alwayssss do this! Like please, hire some better and more willing workers. These workers are acting lazy.

Went for a flat tire at 2 pm with only one car waiting in the tire line and was told it was appointments only. Told me to go to Ocoee/Turkey Lake. Nobody inside waiting...awful service.

Awesome experience, under 30 min friendly service guys. But the cashier was rude when she checked me out didn't speak after I spoke to her just told me the price was talking to another Walmart worker about someone else right in front of me while me and another guy was waiting. She had a bad attitude..

The service manager denied me service for an oil change because I had an oil separator. I kindly told him if it was possible for him to empty it out and he said no. He refused to give me service even though I told him it was just a question, it was not necessary I was just asking. He did not want to talk to me and told me leave that he was not going to give me any service. I waited in line for 2 hours and he did not want to listen to me. If this is a retail store, I at least expect them the manager to treat me with respect and he did the opposite and did not want to listen to me by any means. Terrible service and I will never go to this Walmart again.

Very disappointed, Service Manager was very rude. I don’t understand how Walmart’s Metrowest store has this kind of person as manager, talking and yelling to clients in a bad way. If you want poor service, then go to the service center inside of this Walmart located on the intersection Metrowest Blvd and Kirkman. Here’s the address for the worst service center, solely due to the manager. WORST EXPERIENCE (Manager).

They do not answer their phones AT ALL. Canceled my appointment because my tow truck was running behind schedule and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to see if it would be okay. Now I'm unable to reschedule my appointment by phone or in the app for a tire I had already purchased there.

The service I received was very warm and care for even though they took it upon themselves to change my oil and put synthetic, which was never asked to me. I understand it’s a better product, but the prices change, and I wasn’t aware of how much I was going to pay at the time, he was never mentioned to me but I also appreciate the time they took to help me with my car. I was satisfying that they went to give me the best that they had to offer because my car is already six years old and I don’t want to start making sounds on me I wish we had more auto cares like this one at lake Nona that took out the time to give you better service and quality of oil that your car is needed. The service was excellent and I would definitely return back. I just wish I can receive some coupons for future reference because they have never ever gave me any coupons to save on my oil change?
