I decided to go to Walmart Tire Center instead of Costco because their tires were a bit cheaper—but it turned out to be a decision I totally regret. The entire experience was annoying and frustrating. I initially scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, but Walmart canceled it beforehand because they said the tires wouldn’t arrive until later that afternoon. This forced me to reschedule for Thursday, taking another day off work. When I arrived for my 2 PM appointment on Thursday, it was a total disaster. The service took over three hours, and that was after I complained to the tire manager about the lazy ass staff. Four technicians were sitting around chatting while only one car was being worked on. Had I not said something, it probably would have taken even longer. If you value your time (and sanity), spend a little extra and go somewhere else. Walmart Tire Center is not worth the hassle. I’ll never go back. Walmart sucks!

I had a terrible experience with Walmart’s tire service. I scheduled an appointment in advance to replace the tires I bought from them, informing them that my car is a Tesla both during the purchase and when scheduling. When I arrived at the scheduled time, they told me they couldn’t replace the tires because they didn’t have the necessary tool for the job. I had taken the day off to get this done, and because of their poor communication and lack of preparation, I had to find another place to do it at the same day, which ended up costing me five times more than expected. To make matters worse, customer support only offered me a $5 coupon as compensation, which was insulting given the significant time and money I lost. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and the lack of professionalism and service has made me reconsider using Walmart in the future.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION A DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT - SO I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THEY'RE RWADY TO INSTALL MY TIRES ... ONLY TO DISCOVER 10 MINUTES BEFORE I LEAVE MY HOUSE DAY OF MY INSTALLATION THAT MY TIRES HAD NOT ARRIVED !!! NOW 2 DAYS LATER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO ASSISTANCE AND I CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON SITE ! AS OF NOW I STILL CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER ... YOU OWE ME A DISCOUNT NOW !!!

Stopped by to get a tire repair due to having a nail in my tire. When I inquired about having my tire serviced I was refused due to it being too late but it was 1645pm and they closed at 1900pm. With only two customers ahead I was told it’s too late and would have to come back tomorrow. The person who told me that was walking out the door to leave must be nice turn customers away as your going home. I will never use your auto care center as I went against my thoughts before went there anyway. No worries I let all my law enforcement brothers know about my experience with your store. I went to a competitor and got a tire patch in 20 mins and they were closing at 1800pm and still did the job.

I called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed. I wanted a tire for my spare and the ruin had arrived via mail (previous was stolen) got there and the cashier informed me there were cars ahead of me if I wanted to have it mounted today. Squeezed me in at 12p. Came back to the store for my appt and saw they had more of the same tire so I asked if I could add another and have it mounted and put the new tires in the front and the older on mounted as the spare. Tire mounted come with new stems (they told me to return the one I ordered cause I didn't need it savings: $40) put plastic on my seat before they put the spare tire on it. They thought they lost my log cover and have me a new one (they didn't know they hid it from themselves. It was behind the tire they put in the car). They were perfect, nice, polite, and when they weren't sure, they asked for clarification. I sent my daughter there to get her tires for her car.

I went to the auto service today around 3:45, because my car needed an oil change. I spoke to the cashier in the area and I requested the oil change, and they said it would take about an hour. The oil change ended up taking more than three and a half hours.

If you wants your rims get scratched then visit this place. I changed my tire twice before never experienced this before. Horrible service.

Slow service. Employee (Caucasian female) cursed at me for no reason. Guys working on the car were smiling the whole time though... I’ll update this review if I notice improvement.

Needed a car battery, the price quoted over the phone was less than I paid in store. Don't know what happened with the less expensive battery????

Wow… so my back tire had a tiny hole and was leaking air. They somehow replaced one of my front tires with the damaged one while installing two new tires in the back.

I called the first time and someone picked up then put me on hold right away, must have forgot about me because I waited a half hour! Then I hung up and called right back, but all I kept hearing was the machine saying"Welcome to Walmart Auto Care", then it just goes competed quite. Same thing continues to happen, can't get a hold of anyone at all!!

I usually dont make bad reviews but don't go here. I walked in asking if they got time for an oil change. Mind you it did not look busy.They say yea 30mins. I said cool. He put me in the system. Waited 2 hours, they never touched my car and he said he never put me in the system.....

Walmarts auto service center are always slow and horrible but its the star employees who make it great. I needed a new tire to replace the spare and had a pick up order that was taking forever to fill. I ran back and forth with auto center and the pick up service area until finally at 5:30pm on 11/29 the lone young African American male working the desk at auto services aided me by actually putting in an effort to check my tire status. He actually found my tire sitting right outside with the order status not updated. He was able to push the order through and give me my tire in time for my installation appointment at a different car shop. I waited for hours inside the store and non of the other employees tried to help me at all except for telling me the order isn’t ready without even checking the back. That young man needs to be given recognition for his effort in maintaining the last bit of customer service at Walmart. He’s too good for Walmart.
