Basura total el servicio de aquí ,compré unos neumáticos aquí con supuesta garantía ,y la primera ocasión me querían cobrar por reparar el neumático nuevo a pesar de la garantía y la segunda ocasión después de esperar más de 5 horas dijeron q el neumático no tenía nada ,q no podían encontrar la fuga y de paso te dejan el mecánico creo se llama Carlos te deja tu carro abierto ,te hacen esperar para hablar con alguien para luego decirte el Manajer casi a las 3pm q tienes q seguir esperando por q es horario de almuerzo ,Q falta de respeto este servicio aquí.

Walmarts needs to eliminate this entire division. I have been to at least 10 different locations and every single place gives me the worst service I have ever received. Several times I just sit and wait for anyone to acknowledge me in anyway, and after 20+ minutes I simply leave. Do it at home or go somewhere else, they can’t get this right.

I arrived 3 mins after the auto department closed but a young gentleman named John, at the 35th Ave and Bethany location, was super helpful and didn’t act inconvenienced selling me a tire. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable too!!

Service was speedy and courteous. They only had one model of tire for my truck, although the store website said that several models were available for installation.

Complete garbage the mechanics know nothing I brought my car in for an oil change they killed my battery then blamed me complete trash customer service garbage all around will never be back

I called and called to schedule an Appointment and no one ever answered the phone! I guess it’s a good thing because a 2 star rating is definitely not a good thing. I will have to go elsewhere.

Says they’re open until 7 but they close whenever they want. We had an appointment scheduled but when we arrived the auto center was closed down. Poor practice to allow for scheduling when the place is closed.

Made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. They told me it was gonna be over an hour before they can see me. Then why did I make an appointment?!?

Rude over the phone service. The first worker I spoke with claimed open and available I live 3 min down the road and the guy behind the counter tells me they have no available slots for today when there is not a single car in any of the bays. Tried calling back and the same worker refused to answer the phone. Had to call three times. By the way I was in the store watching this man let the phone ring. If you don't want to work get out of the way and let the people who do want to work.

i got 2 new front tires and they didn’t even bother to check the back tires to see if they had any problems when i left the shop my 2 back tires were flat.

Horrible service I experienced today at Walmart Auto Center. Took vehicle for them to put a patch on a tire that had a nail. Over an hour they find another nail on the same tire that’s not repairable. But why over an hour??? Is this what you call certified? Then they didn’t want to charge me because I wasn’t satisfied. NO THANKS! I don’t need nothing free from WALMART. I did pay $18 for a bad service :) I don’t have the option for 0 stars which is what I rated.

Took my vehicle here for an oil change. No customer service. They obviously don't care about the customer. I can't have someone working on my vehicle with that mindset. I'll probably just try a different location or just take it to someone else next time. Please hire people who care.

Dropped our car off for a headlight replacement, and the estimate was 3 hrs, 6 hrs later and after trying to call 5 times (just rang, no pick up each time), we decided to just go down to see what the hold up was, they said it was a wiring issue they never did anything NOR called us to tell us that… really disappointed with that service. Office for the auto center was completely unaware of this too causing about a 15 minute wait of associate, coach and coach calling the person that “serviced” the car to get an answer of what was going on. And no oh sorry or anything waiting 6 hours for just “nothing was done, part was loose, here’s your key”.

Young kids run that place, no knowledge at the counter I was given the book for parts and was told to see if I could look it up and find it . They don’t even want to be there let alone work on your car.

I asked for assistance because a piece was hanging from car, I was initially told it could be removed by an older Caucasian man wearing a red and black checkered shirt. So when I pick up my car and I went back to a tec or so I thought. The man that appeared to be Hispanic or Mexican, with half of his hair shaved told me the manager and he wasn’t removing and I could get on the ground and do it myself. Very disappointed that a male in leadership would even suggest such a thing for a woman to do.

Tried to force me to pay more for a synthetic oil change when they did the prior 2 before as standard oil changes, actually refused to do my requested service !!

Never answer phone. Fail to let you know when the job is done. Wouldn't order the tires I needed into the store for me. Had to have them shipped to my mom's in CO since there wasn't a place to have them delivered to here in phoenix. Only 3 were delivered to co, so had to buy a different tire at Wal-Mart there that didn't match to have them brought down to me. When I went to Wal-Mart to get them mounted&balanced, they wouldn't sell me road hazard coverage. Will never deal with Wal-Mart again & hope this warns other people not to!

I used to walk-in when I needed a tire and I would be in and out less than 30 minutes. Now they have a by appointment only policy and I showed up right on time and have been sitting here for more than 2 hours and I'm still waiting.

My oil pan feel out the bottom of my car 2 days after the oil change. I had to drive back to the location with the oil Pan scraping on the ground. How embarrassing then I asked for a refund and they refused I would never go there again

The few time's I've been here has just been an absolute waste of time. I agree with many fellow shoppers of the lack of notifying you when your Vehicle is ready upon the "mechanic" switching names up thinking it's a joke while taking your vehicle for a spin. What lie's they've spewed to customers over the year's.
