Worst Walmart Auto care center,,,I will be speaking with corporate,every weekend they want to close early,,there was nobody there at 2pm when I showed up this last time and asked if I can wait to see if their next appointment showed they said they are closing early anyway due to short staff,,,it's always the same excuse,other walmarts are short staffed but still take my car,,if this is happening to you write a review and expose these lazy people..sometimes it's the only way to get them to fix the problem

Went to get a oil change left with a check engine light on and then not know what was wrong with my truck even the manger went back over his employee work and he still did not know what was wrong took my truck in for a simple oil change did not have a check engine light on for nothing now I have to take my truck to A mechanic to fix the problem that they caused and this is not the first time that I’ve had a problem with the same location I will not be going back and I would advise people to stop going to Walmart if they want to save their engines

They were not on time of opening, however the service was good and simple It took about 40-50 minutes for oil change, when it might take 5-10 minutes in other places The price and convenience of going to buy groceries at the same time is a good deal for me

I give no stars due to the poor service I received yesterday evening at 1:57pm my appointment was at 2pm, they didn't actually start working on the car at 2:20pm, the technician did more talking then working and lied about filling my tires with air. I will unload photos, you all probably know the red head working there, can't miss him he is the only tall red head that claims he knows nothing, that part is accurate, also while parking the customer car, does not mean roll down the windows and have a conversation with your Co worker, while you are supposed to be parking the customer vehicle. The disrespect is real at this auto center, I recommend women especially African American women don't go without a male chaperon, as you know they try to get over. Take photos and document your visit if you do go alone.

Would've loved to be able to review and rate the service/work at this Walmart's auto care center but never got to that point in the process. Perhaps a blessing in disguise, maybe? If the quality of work/ repairs is as bad as their customer service I definitely dodged a bullet. The unwillingness to answer the phone or when answered placed on hold and forgotten about is unprofessional and frustrating. Then again, this is a Walmart we're talking about so perhaps my expectations need 🤏 adjustment and repair. Not my vehicle.👎 SMH
