BEWARE if you buy tires here that they sell very old tires as "new". Ask to see the manufacture date on the tire. Any reputable tire company would never sell as "new" tires that are way over 2 years old. The life of your tire starts from when they are made. They begin to deteriorate even in storage (worth researching if you weren't aware of this). Apparently places like Walmart will pull one over on customers by selling very old tires. Ours was even special ordered. I'm guessing from a Walmart warehouse where they stock overstock tires they buy at a discount that no reputable company would pass off as new to customers. Buyer beware. Our lesson was learned as soon as we got back home and saw the date on the tires too late.

I pulled up at 6:26 and they told me they couldn’t take me. Not a single car in the bay and the complaint was they were short staffed but I see 3 people walking around…

So I got two new tires from them and I wasn't aware as a woman that knew tires always go on the front. So even though I told them to put the noodles on the back and move the ones on the back to the front they know better than me and they're more experienced and they should have had done what was best and came and told me that they know what's best and that is best to put it in the front. A man's car got scratched really bad while I was there and I stood outside. Worried about if they was going to scratch my car up. There's long waits Not only for someone to even get to you too so you can tell them what you need but there's just long weights. The guys are slow and they act like they don't want to work Because I chose to watch my car after they messed up someone else's. There was one particular white guy just watching me watching me wouldn't say anything. As a matter of fact, he was the one that took my payment when my car was finished. Tires are cheaper if you order them online versus ordering them in the store. Two tires was right at $200. I didn't expect that from Walmart. It's a good price but it could have been cheaper. The online prices and the store prices should be the same. In my opinion. Overall it sucked going there

I came here to get oil changes. The wait was long the first time, they mixed up my car with another person’s and that made it even more inconvenient and slow. The second time the wait was also long, the person called up the group behind me after I waited for almost 30 minutes. He began their servicing which made my simple pick up take way longer than needed. The front desk workers seem disinterested and do not bring in a positive mood. The oil change is relatively fast, but I would not go here if you do not like unprofessional and slow service coming from the front desk.

I went for oil service walk in around 2 to 3 pm. It was super quick and oil changed within an hour. This was my first time visit on this store. I was surprised it never happened in other Walmart Auto center before. I really appreciate their service and responsibility. The representative was kind and prompt to respond. I will visit again here for the next oil service. I opted for high milege oil service but the price was not the same what I paid it was high (not tx included). They never informed about this. So next time I need to ensure about this.

the 5 stars reviews must be lying because their service is extremely unprofessional. Took really long for a very quick and simple service, workers talk in profanity and exemplify a bad attitude to each other and all around. I would not come here again. They had me wait for about 30 minutes and decided to ask the person behind me in line if “someone was helping you” as if I hadn’t been standing there the whole time.

I went to this place because of the reviews, but it really is a hit or miss. Okay service. It was very crowded.. the lady who was in front of me was waiting there for almost 2 hours and no one told her they did not have the oil she needed so they did not service the car. Lady was waiting whole time when she could have went somewhere else. I was worried that would happen to me but the Walmart App is what helped me see what was happening. It was up to date with the service of my vehicle so I got updates.

This was my first time having my oil changed here. I was very impressed by the service, Friendliness and Professionalism. The waiting room was small but clean. Restrooms are clean also in this Walmart. They can address your issues fast if you make an appointment. I recommend this facility for your oil changes.

Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars, I got excellent services from the ACC Amani Ibrahim and the guy at the front desk. They helped me to the faster way on weekends to get my tires fixed

Normally very good service, but this time very slow. Only one tech in bay for my 9:00 appointment. At least two others in front of me. Turned out being a 2-hour wait.

They seem not have much mechanic to do the job. Wait time is very high. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place after dark, very fishy area and may not be safe.

Allen was beyond Amazing! I brought my vehicle in what should have been an easy fix but because of my error it took much longer than anticipated. Allen went above and beyond to help me and fix the issue. He even explained how to get another issue fixed that was out of his scope. He is a true Gem and I hope he is recognized for his work! Thank you again!

I got an oil change there. The service was ok, but if you call the automotive department, they will not answer the phone. For any questions, you are better off asking them in person. I tried to call for a whole hour and got no answer.

I went to have a tire consultation because my tire light was on. I was informed what tire needed changing. I waited 3 hours to have the ture change. After I pay;I go to my car the tire light was on. I was told another tire had a nail i ask I came to have tire replaced that cause my tire light to come that was the purpose of the consultation. I had to wait until hour 4hours for 1 tire. Then the kept my tire lock. Worst place wake forest road is better.

Learning from mistakes now Arrived 10:30 just for oil change done by 4:15 almost 6 hours just for oil change when you marked the q for oil change. There should be a reason behind that right. Not complaining bout tech but it’s low quality service by Walmart. First time ever worst experience in auto care.

There was a wait when I went but I was still very impressed with the service! Quentin was super informative and professional, especially with my questions about my car battery, even taking the time to point out and walk me through the details and technicalities. Thanks, New Bern team!

Went in for an oil change on 9/13, as the tire center opened, and was third in line. It took nearly three hours for this; it was bad enough that the person behind me in line simply wanted their car back, whether or not the service on it was complete. Unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever Bought tires on website from walmart made appt. To get installed waited 3 3 hours for them to tell me machine was broke and they couldnt do it Om maybe just bad day today took daughters can in for balancing tires and a leak in one ay 830am just picked up car at 4pm nothing had been done execpt tell me tire was not repairable talked to manager he told me balancing was not on ticket and that was the primary reason for bringing it in. No type of customer service at all even from management

You know what. My first visit to the auto center. They did great with servicing my car for 4 new tires. Dropped my car off at 12pm and pick it up at 3pm. Thank you Walmart I will be back!
