I went in on 11/19/2024 to have oil change and tires change. After finished driving home feel the wheel a little loose but thought I was just change tires and then my car start shaking real bad without over 30 mph, so I tried to get back to them to check but they're all gone home and this is not over 15 mins. This is ridiculous. I went in the next day they're closed too, so I have to wait another day and no car drive to work. Even if they full refund me, so my life is going to cost only $200??? How do you hire machenic here don't let the guy who did my car touch any car again. This is terrified me.

The 1725 new hope church auto center has terrible customer service, the technician that did the oil change to my vehicle left the interior with oil stains all over the steering wheel and the inner and outer door handles. I usually go to a different Walmart auto center, this is the first and only time it’s happened to me.

Made an appointment to still have to wait hours for service. Was scheduled for 12:30 and my car is jus now being pulled in at 3… More appointments come in and same thing for them, No sense of urgency, 3 people in the shop, 2 standing around the other one just moving slow without a care in the world. Would not recommend at all service was horrrible

Alicia, the manager, provided exceptional service. She was short-staffed for an appointment and still wa able to put in a little extra time to get me taken care of, which I appreciated.

Even though I told them to put the new tires on the back and the old ones on the front, they should have known better. I didn't find out until later from somebody else. They're the professionals. You don't have to argue with me, but if you notice something is a better way then do it and just make the customer aware of the situation that Walmart sucked

The worst service ever. I had an appointment at 11 am just to change two tires, they didn’t start till 12:30, and they finished till 2:30. 3 hours and half to change two tires is insane. They hire incompetent people to do the job, they don’t even know what they doing, they don’t care, they were chitchatting and laughing while they still didn’t finish there job. If there is a bellow zero rating i will give it to this location.

Got here at 3oclock, got a text at 4 that they were starting service, its 5 oclock and they have not moved the car into the shop yet! I give up!!

I went to the tire shop located in the back. It was ghetto and the customer service was trash. When asked can they take walk in the guy literally screamed HELL NO. This is why everybody don’t need jobs. The streets are perfectly fine for some of you.

Pésimos servicio en este lugar,para hacer cambio de aceite,llevaba casi 4 horas esperando mi vehículo para que le hicieran el cambio de aceite,cuando pregunté que si ya estaba listo,porq no veía ningún carro montado me dijeron que no. No puede ser,me tuve que retirar de ese lugar no sirven esos empleados toda l vida para cambiar un aceite,de paso una gente de color que no tienen ni buen servicio al cliente No recomiendo ese lugar para nada.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 O estrellas

Ordered 2 sets of Goodyear Reliant tire for my car on May 12 and scheduled an appointment for 18th May. While ordering, it said that the tires should be delivered within May 15th. At end of May 15, the order status said that the order has been delayed. Upon contacting with the customer care center, they said that tires have been delivered (tracked through FedEx) to the store and I should get a “ready to install” notification within next few days. On May 18th, just 2hrs before the appointment time, the appointment got canceled and said that the tires have not reached yet. I rushed to the store immediately and found that tie tires have been delivered to the store but they have not “scanned” the deliveries yet which resulted into “delayed” notification in my end which resulted into auto cancelation of my appointment. Requested them to install the tires and the mechanic was like, “nah we are closed” whereas the closing time is 7pm. Totally ridiculous service and please please please, avoid this place!

THE MOST PAINFUL TIRE CHANGE EXPERIENCE Came here to replace my 2 front tires. The employee TJ was super rude and unprofessional. After I waited for 2.5 hours, they gave me my car back after they replaced the FOUR tires. I asked them to take the rear tires off because I didn’t ask for them and they said yes but made me wait for 3 more hours and they seem to enjoy it. After I took my car, I found their trash empty bottles still in my car.

Made a 7am appointment the day before, no one was there to help me until 7:30. Then it took them over an hour to change two tires when I was the only customer there. Do not recommend if you need to get to work at a certain time.

Came for an oil change and was told that it would be a while. I waited around for 30 minutes just to be told that nobody was there who could do the oil change and that they wouldn't be at work until noon. I know the prices are economical, but the service is trash at best. Save your time and go to Jiffy Lube or somewhere else.

I want that for a simple $40 oil change and after it was all said and done I got hit with a $63 bill. They did not tell me prior that the oil filter that I needed was not in their inventory and that they had to pull it off the shelf. I should have been informed of this and let me make an informed decision if whether or not I wanted to proceed. At any rate, I don't think I would use that particular auto center again. I don't trust them!

Not enough staff to perform an oil change 45 minutes to close. “But you can come back tomorrow.” What is the point of hours of operation when you aren’t operating during those hours?

They don't answer the phone. When I went there, they were closed during business hours, putting a sign that they have shortage of people. When I asked why they don't answer calls so at least we know they are closed, they said they are remodeling the floor. So which one is it, people shortage or floor remodeling? And either way, answer the freaking phone.

This auto center should be closed and restructured with customer service driven professionals who actually take pride in their skill/job. The excuses you get for the simplest of needed services is unbelievable. They seem to always be out of stock...after you locate someone to actually speak with. A waste of time and energy.
