HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If I could rate negatively I would. They checked my car in at 4:56 did not text me to tell me it was done. Walked back they said they couldn’t perform an oil change but the mechanic said he would look at it to see what happened. Waited over a hour and a half here we are 6:45 he finally says oh it was idiling that’s why and I explained it needed an oil change etc. he pulls the car up walks in with the other mechanics and proceeds to come out and say they said they not gone do it it’s too late. Huh? He tries to go ask because again my car was checked in at 4:56 and an older guy comes out and TOSSES MY KEYS and stated my lead said he not doing it and walks away. I over heard there was no manager and THEY NEED ONE! This was ridiculous and to toss my keys at me is beyond disrespectful I hope they’re all investigated and Walmart decides to hire better people to work at their establishment. This is so disgusting

I purchased tires from them but they put on a different tire size tires then what I purchased and put warranty on. The manager was going back and fourth with me like having wrong tire sizes can’t cause stability issues along with other issues that can’t lead to people getting hurt due to that type of negligence. With a big mistake like that you would think they could at least honor their tire road hazard warranty.

I took my car in today to have all four of my tires change there was some confusion when I first dropped my car off about what tire size then once that situation was cleared up I received another phone call stating that they were unable to remove my lug nuts off my tire. After having to make two trips which I had to get a ride for I had to then take my vehicle that had a flat tire to a tire place right up the street and they were able to change my tires with no issue. please make sure the people that you have working for you in that department are competent and able to do their job also make sure that you have the equipment to be able to do the services that you offer. I would not recommend your tire division or will be back for service

Yesterday the customer service was so bad I left without getting service. Today was much better , a newer employee helped me out today I think it was his second day. His name started with an S . He was great🙂!

I went there waited for over 2 hours i go ask the attendant how much longer he says another 2 hours at least the guy never told me it would be this long when i got there i would not hace stayed and wasted 2 hours...everyone nice but the service itself was disappointing. I read some of their reviews but i wanted to see for myself
