Although very busy last Sunday, December 22nd. I was able to get the driver side wiper blades but Walmart did not have the passenger side wiper blade. The manager told me to go to Autozone. He was very professional and so was the other employees. I did get the passenger side blade at Autozone.

probably should’ve read all these bad reviews before i booked an appointment here to have 4 new tires put on. from the minute i walked in it was obviously they were irritated about having to put on 4 tires. i waited 90 minutes in the waiting room and received a call stating they can’t get the wheels off the car because the lug nuts were “fused on”. i returned all the tires and booked an appointment at a real shop. also, i drove home and grabbed my tire iron and broke all of the lug nuts free with minimal effort. they literally just didn’t want to do it and wasted my time. if i could give 0 stars i would.

The worst Walmart around rochester. I couldn't do a return with a receipt because the manager was too lazy to open a register in customer service. I've never seen or experienced anything like it. Shop somewhere else you'll feel better about spending your money there

Took my car in to get 4 new tires put on. When I took the car it was perfectly fine. When I went to drive off car was making a clunking sound in rear tire. When I addressed it they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem. The manager Rick did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the situation and the rest of the crew was completely unprofessional. The lady at the desk proceeded to talk about me with other employees and customers and started to curse at me because I told her that she was being rude and unprofessional.

This is the MOST unprofessional auto care center ever. The mechanics arrive late and leave early. The woman working the counter has an attitude. It's a nightmare. I'm a woman and one of the mechanics old enough to be my grandfather had the nerve to hit on me. Save yourself the headache and drive to the Irondequoit location or go to Firestone.

We had an appointment at 8am. When we got there, the technician wasn't there yet, so the manager, Steve had to rescheduled us to come back for an hour later. We were told by a staff who scheduled us the day before, to make sure we would be there by 8am or we would be resheduled. Steve was very professional and friendly, and sensed that we were a bit frustrated, he offered us a discounted price on the tires and waived other fees to make it worthwhile for us. We do appreciate that when your staff made a mistake and you find ways to compensate your customers. Excellent job to keep your customers happy!

Went there for a simple oil change and was told the oil nut is too difficult to get off. Went home, got some friends tools, and it popped off without a hitch intact and all. Yeah, im going to steer away from this place if they couldn't get a nut off. Customer service was alright, but one of the workers seemed agitated that I was even there.

Would love to go here for an oil change but I've called 5 times over the past 2 weeks and haven't reached anyone. I tried staying on the line for 15 minutes and still no one answered.

They LIED and made up a fake policy in what I assume was an attempt to upsell me - I scheduled a tire change appointment a week in advance and had a tire shipped to the store for this appointment. I needed just one tire replaced because it had been leaking for weeks. I arrive for my 7:00am appointment, and am checked in by someone who confirms the appointment is for one tire only. After waiting a few minutes, the technician comes in and says that Walmart has some policy that for cars with all wheel drive, they will ONLY replace all four tires at once and CAN NOT replace just one. I obviously do not agree to this and leave without getting any service. Later on, I check Walmart’s website and there’s absolutely no mention of this “policy.” I then contact a Walmart customer service rep and ask about this policy and they CONFIRM THAT NO SUCH POLICY EXISTS. So, thanks for wasting my time and I’m glad you got zero dollars out of me in the end.

I got a flat while driving home. I live almost 3 hours away. Was able to limp the vehicle in on the donut spare. Spoke with Mike, the service advisor. They were booked with appointments. However, their 10am never showed up, so he was able to squeeze me in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also extremely busy answering customers questions, answering the phone, going back and forth between the shop and the counter, getting a translator when needed. Many people came in wanting oil changes, air put in tires, and other services done. Mike answered each customer in turn but a lot of them did not like hearing that they needed an appointment or that he was unable to help them today because they were booked. Some of the customers were downright rude and disrespectful. Mike remain professional. I don't think I would have been able to myself. Mike was very helpful. He explained that though I had a flat tire on one, my other tires really needed to be changed as well. He explained all the sales that were going on at the time. I chose to have two of the tires changed vs all four because this was not something I had budgeted for at this time. The waiting area was small but comfortable and clean with a TV. There are four comfortable chairs that were spaced accordingly for COVID. James, the technician/ mechanic? Not really sure as he seemed to wear multiple hats doing a little bit of everything. I wouldn't say he is a people person, but appears to be mechanically inclined. He does not sugarcoat things. Treats people the way they treat him. I found this very refreshing as I did not expect to get any BS from him. I didn't. He was able to get my tires changed out in record time. They did not put my spare back underneath my vehicle like I thought they would, but rather in the trunk. Everything else in the vehicle (including the DS gaming system that my kids left in the car) was exactly where we left it. Money in the cup holder was all accounted for right down to the penny. Though I hope not to need to fix another flat anytime soon, I definitely recommend going here to get all your service needs. Mike and James will get you back on the road in no time.

I just want to think all the associates in the auto care center for assisting me with my vehicle. I started coming to get air in my tire every other week for probably a month, thankfully it was only a slow leak it was definitely time they told me. I finally talked to someone about getting tires they told me just to come in and someone will help me. They also suggested that go online and take a look to see what type of tires I might want to purchase. This was my very first time purchasing a set of tires but they assured me... Thankfully the tires that I chose they were in stock. I set up an appointment and within a couple days they were on and I was back on the road again safely with new tires... They went above and beyond helping me because I had lots of questions and they had the answers for me... You are all very much appreciated especially making myself and daughter feel comfortable. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and wish you peace and joy and a Blessed New Year's.. Thanks Again..

THEN HAVE A GOOD TIME AT WALMART FOUR TIRES ON MY CAR .NOW MY FRONT END IS SHAKING. DIDN'T BALANCE THEM RIGHT. AND THEN IT TAKES THEM ALL A LONG TIME TO ANSWER THE PHONE IN THAT DEPARTMENT I CALLED THREE TIMES GET DISCONNECTED ONCE HAD TO CALL BACK AND IT RANG FOR A LONG TIME. NOT TOO PLEASED NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE TO BROCK PORT WHICH IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO ME WHEN I LIVE IN GREECE AND NOW I GOT TO DRIVE TO BROCKPORT GAS IS EXPENSIVE I JUST SPENT OVER $400 ON TIRES NOT HAPPY

What's the use of having a tire changing service, and not have tires. they want you to buy online and schedule an install. I am not a firm believer in buying online. I had bad experience with orders they later say after you purchase it's out of stock. They claim they have a warehouse nearby, but why does it takes almost a couple of weeks. Walmart is not what it used to be.
